Brian the manager at Midas was super friendly, honest and kind. I needed an oil change but also had code to check. Price is good for the repairs. I was in and out within a reasonable time. great job!

Brian and Andy took care of my Lexus that needed brakes, only sold me what I needed and not upselling, and treated me with kindness, respect and most of all a great price! Bi would highly recommend Midas and plan to return for oil changes and whatever else the car needs!

Midas was amazing! Needed to get an oil change in my tires fixed and they did it within less than an hour. The manager Brian is very engaging and helped me through any of my car needs. Definitely best place to take my car.

I had a tire that needed to be patched, called a couple of places who said it would be hours before they could get me in. The guy at Midas was able to get me in right away! Great customer service, friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely come back for future services.

A friend of mine recommended Midas since they have been getting their vehicles serviced here for years. I m am very pleased with the service they did on my vehicle and the recommendations they gave to keep my truck running. I was using the dealer but will never again going forward since this was very reasonable and next day service vs having to wait weeks just to get in and always having service try to sell you something you don t need. Highly recommending Midas.

Just when you thought the service industry died... seriously! And your friend reminds you there'sMidas ..... Great experience, at Midas.... Over and above expectation thank you Ted and Andy....... So appreciate the quality service very impressed with the workmanship that you offer your clients..... This was a present that my friend had purchased for me.I remember in 2003 calling corporate and saying how blessed I was with the two men that worked at Midas That fix my flat as opposed to trying to sell me another tire like all the other stores that I've went to before I got to Midas I think there was 4, customer service at its finest thank you.

Brian is absolutely wonderful! I had a couple of issues in my car, and Brian was extremely patient, explained everything super thoroughly, and truly cares about whatever is in the customer s best interest. I will definitely be recommending Brian and Midas to everyone I know

Brian was very helpful, his attitude and customer service were A+. They went above and beyond to service my car and to correct a couple of minor mechanical issues that I reported. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend this Midas service center when your car is due for service.

Just got a nail on I-75 in my tire. Got the spare on and made it to this Midas location. Andy at the desk was super friendly and get me up on the rack to repair my tire in less than 10 mins. Fantastic quick service when I was in a pinch. THANKS!!

I was referred to Midas from my brother. We had taken our son s Jeep to another shop and didn t feel comfortable with the quote we received and called Midas for a second opinion. I spoke with Bryan the store manger over the phone and he took his time to give me a verbal quote over the phone. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I ended up needing just two bolts replaced that had fallen out. Your honesty save me over $1,500. I couldn t have been happier with the communication and would definitely recommend you to a friend. Thank you

Midas is hands down the best auto repair shop in Sarasota. I recently moved to this area and I was really nervous to take my care to new place. I found Midas and I couldn't be happier. I have been here twice now for oil changes and it's been a wonderful experience both times. The manager Brian is a sweetheart and really cares for his customers. He told me when he got into the business his goal was to run an auto repair shop different from the rest where they don't rip you off and nickel and dime you. From personal experience I can say he has accomplished his goal. I would recommend Midas on Clark Rd to anyone!

Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. Showed up early vehicle was taken in prior to appointment time. While getting the paperwork done. Brian applied a coupon for the services riot to me announcing I had one. While waiting the staff and Brian attended to other customers letting the know the progress of their vehicles. Additionally, watch as Brian handled the typical pushing New Yorker. Very professional. Had a hiccup with my vehicle Brian and his team resolved it quickly. Many thanks to a job well done.

My utmost apologies for my delayed review!!! I came in during late October with some car troubles on my Ford and everyone here was SO incredibly helpful, understanding, and quick to fix my vehicle!!! Super affordable, as well! Especially with me being a college student, I had very little stress at Midas and Brian was a HUGE support to me and my father! I m happy to be a return customer!!! Thank you so much for everything and happy holidays!!!

Brian the manager was so honest and pleasant that I will no longer be going to the dealer. They were very nice and fair and the price was so much better than Sunset. 3 days before Christmas and my breaks were completely locking up and rattling and the team at Midas in Sarasota got me in that day and fixed my breaks and suggested new tires at a very fair price. Overall completely made me feel comfortable and took the stress away right before the holidays. My car is a completely new car. And I highly recommend then. Thank you

Outstanding customer service!!! Professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, honest and accommodating. My husband retired & was in this business for over 40 years & I who owned 5 GMC surburbans for the past 25 years are just blown away from the experience we had at this shop! We brought our 4th Yukon in last year for a repair bcuz they were the only ones opened on a Saturday when we needed help. Recently brought our 5th Yukon in for struts and new tires. Well, that s all we thought we needed til the lifters went and that s when they went BEYOND and made sure the we were covered by the mfg warranty. Not as simple as I just stated but let s just say they saved us from having to pay out of pocket 10k in repairs because they went Beyond. Brian, the manager, Andy our service advisor & technicians could not do anything more to help us. They were exceptional. Watched other customers come in who got the same treatment. My family will never take our vehicles to any other shop for inspections or repairs. Never knew Midas to be a one stop do all shop!

I arrived early for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My car was brought in right away and work completed in a timely manner. I needed a new air and cabin filter. The parts were shown to me, prices given but no strong hard sell to replace. Brian and his team kept me informed along the way and I had an enjoyable experience.

This is the best garage in all of Florida. I have a great experience every time I go. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is a great guy who cares about doing right by his customers and he ll always do what s best for you.

Always happy to bring our vehicles to this location. Very detailed with any possible issues. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel guilty for not jumping on a repair that can be done down the road.

Andy was very nice! Very inviting and helpful. They did a very fast job, and everyone treated me and my boyfriend very nicely. Great customer service.
