This dealership is best in class. Went in for a new Mercedes AMG, drove a few with Blake, wife decided it was too much tech for her (currently drives a loaded Escalade) Blake was kind and patient along the process. We ended up in a Land Rover defender. The car was perfect. Low miles, great price, perfect for kids+ mom. Best part- we do NOT have to go to LandRover to get it serviced. All service and maintenance done at Mercedes Benz of SRQ. I appreciate Blake and his wisdom and will buy all my cars here moving forward!

I came down from Clearwater, and was in and out extremely fast! It was amazing working with Tony & James. This was by far the best experience I ve had in any type of business EVER! Tony was very helpful and fun to talk with.Would strongly recommend coming here for your next car! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Edit: I had some buyers regret and wanted some help and was asked would you like to trade in for another vehicle in a passive aggressive tone of course. Then as part of the deal they were issuing me a check for $1250 to cover a part of an extended warranty for my vehicle. I signed for a check for $1250 that I was told would be mailed to me. I had money in the amount of $1228 deposited to my Suncoast Credit Union account. I was told by Suncoast this was my GAP and my overpayment of my 10 day pay off, which I expected because I made a payment the day before I traded AND I was always a payment ahead so I wasn t surprised. So after a month or so I called Mercedes to see where my check was that F&I TOLD me would be MAILED to me. Mercedes notified me that it was part of my loan. So, 1. I m paying interest on $1250 they agreed to GIVE me to go towards my warranty and 2. My $1250 somehow turned into $1228 including my refund of GAP and overpayment on 10 day pay off balance. Y all, just don t even bother with these people.I reached out online. Heard from salesman and sales manager before my appointment the next day. I was welcomed with a smile, not one but pressured and left with a beautiful vehicle. They went above, beyond, below and bent over backwards to make the deal happen for me. Everyone from sales to finance (let s be for real- who has ever met a finance guy they like? Well, THIS GIRL), my interest rate was unreal, the finance manager-the whole team/knowledgeable, approachable, determined and kind. I am proud to now be a part of the Sarasota Mercedes family. The entire team was phenomenal. Couldn t be happier with my experience.

When you really don't know much about cars, you rely on service personal. With that being said. I'm am truly grateful for Randi at Mercedes Benz of Sarasota. Her quality of work is impeccable. From the drop off to the pick up. Randi is amazing. They are truly lucky to have a service rep like Randi!! Thank you Randi for all your help.

It's not often that I can say that purchasing a new car was a pleasure, but this was certainly one of those times. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed at every step of the process (the car was built to my specificaions). On delivery, he spend over a hour going over all aspects of the car, insuring that when I left with the car, I would be comfortable behind the wheel. My trade-in was smoothly handled with a very reasonable allowance applied to the new car purchase. I have dealt with this dealer previously and have always left satisfied.

My husband and I recently visited and had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership with a great experience. Tucker was awesome! He was friendly, answered all of our questions without any pressure. James, from finance, made the signing process smooth and hassle-free.After many years of being loyal to another dealership/brand we had to jump ship due to declining customer service. Glad we made the change.

This is the way all pre-owned car buying should be. No-haggle, attractive pricing and great customer service. Only because of the transparency of the transaction was I comfortable buying from 1000 miles away. The only surprises were pleasant ones such as pick up at the airport, hospitality at the dealership and a full tank of gas to get me on my way. Great job by Bill Zimmerman and the MB of Sarasota team!

Had a great experience leasing my car from this dealership. Our salesperson Kurt was fantastic and very responsive. We have not had to utilize the Service Department yet, but so far we have been happy with our interactions with Sarasota Mercedes.

We purchased my wife s Certified AMG GLC 43 from Sarasota from out of state. We had nothing but issues from the beginning with sales, finance to service. When we finally received the vehicle delivered to our home, the communication from sales manager Tom Schnelle was nonexistent, reaching out on multiple occasions with no response so we then reached out to the GM Jamie Muldoon who did not respond to our emails either.Part of our purchase was to take our vehicle to our local Mercedes dealership to have the we owe completed locally.Upon our local Hilton Head Mercedes dealership s initial multi point vehicle inspection, they found an Engine Cylinder Head leaking along with a battery warning message on the instrument cluster in addition to 3 other minor inspection items i.e., wipers, alignment, and air filter. Mind you this Mercedes AMG GLC was Certified .We requested the receipt from when service took the vehicle in to see what was completed, these guys only did an oil change, then certified this vehicle. What kind of multi point inspection is that? Much less a certification.My question is: how did this Mercedes make it through a certification process with these issues? How does Mercedes of Sarasota, albeit an Auto Nation, CERTIFY a Mercedes with a LEAKING cylinder head and ANY warning messages? How did even the 3 minor items not be completed during a typical initial vehicle inspection regardless of certification? Although it is an Auto Nation it is still a Mercedes dealership. It is supposed to be of a higher standard. Nope, not Mercedes of Sarasota.Not to mention we had to pay the we owe out of our own pocket to the local Mercedes dealership in Hilton Head, wait months for a reimbursement. Never has this stuff happened anywhere else. Who makes their customers pay out of pocket to be reimbursed? Mercedes of Sarasota does.Our local Hilton Head Mercedes dealership told us they could not believe this Mercedes was certified with these issues. They stated that these issues should have been corrected prior to the sale.Needless to say, buyer beware, a Mercedes certification from these guys means absolutely 0. The technician who certified this vehicle should not even be employed. Sarasota refuses to pick up the tab on the non-warranty issues. Really? This is a certified Mercedes. It should not have ANY issues; it should not have ANY warning lights much less you take it in, and it has a leaking cylinder head? Thankfully that leak is covered under warranty cause these guys are shady and unethical.I have purchased many, many cars from BMW & Land Rover and have had to use competing dealerships for service and have never had another same brand dealership comment disparagingly on another dealer as they have towards Sarasota Mercedes. Not even remotely. 9 times out of 10 they tell me what a great car I received but not this time.A word to the wise. Get your vehicle inspected by another Mercedes dealership do not trust these guys they should not even be able to certify a Mercedes Benz.

Mercedes of Sarasota sent me a coupon for a $109 express lube oil change. In response, I called and made an appointment, telling them I was using the coupon. The representative acknowledged my intention and told me to simply take a screen shot of the coupon. When I arrived for my appointment, the two ladies at the service reception desk balked and told me the coupon was a mistake, and they had been ordered by the service manager not to accept it. I was told in a very stern manner that the issue was non-negotiable, take it or leave it. Since I had driven an hour for this oil change, I told them to proceed with the $230 standard express lube oil change. (Later I happened to run into an employee (CR) who was willing to hear how I was treated and intervened on my behalf.) The treatment I received from these two employees (and the overall treatment from past visits) was/ has been appalling. Since moving to Florida, I have taken both of my Mercedes exclusively to this dealership for service. The consistently poor and unprofessional treatment is simply not acceptable. I have no intention of returning. I will drive the extra 10 miles and use the dealership to my south it can only get better there. BTW, I understand mistakes happen. A responsible and professional management team, upon learning of the coupon error, would have simply sent a follow up email acknowledging that the coupon was sent in error. Instead, this management team just hoped no one would show up, and if they did, treat them like garbage for responding to the communication they initiated. Profoundly disappointed with Mercedes of Sarasota.

The dealership was very helpful in getting my mother s car sold. Sam was a standout, giving me his cell phone number and keeping me updated by text. He was very helpful and responsive. We got the whole thing done in under a day. He even went to assisted living nearby to deliver paper work and a check. Many thanks!

Brought my car to this location while on vacation with a leak in a tire. The online appointment process was fantastic - waited for fix got tire patched drove an hour each way. Next day flat tire light was on again. Had to go back to dealer a second time - they patched it AGAIN. Seems to be holding now. Should have been fixed correctly the first time.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Sarasota. Although, I did not purchase a Mercedes, I was still treated as though I did. Our sales representative, Ms. Jeanine was excellent. She took all our needs and concerns into consideration so that all our questions were answered and we were comfortable with the purchase of our Lexus. I highly recommend this dealership and their teams for your next purchase.

I always get the best service when I go to Mercedes Benz Sarasota and I know it s because of Steven Appolloni! He s always very helpful, responsive and friendly. Even when he has to communicate a hard pill, he is does it with a chuckle and a smile. He goes above and beyond to make me enjoy my service experiences. He is a great service advisor and I appreciate him. I will continue to service all of my cars at this location because of him.

I had researched my car's value on Kelley Blue Book. Several dealers called me and were very rude and offered me 30% less than the top value on Kelley. I have taken exceptional care of the car and it had less than 45,000 miles. It was a brand that holds value over time. The final caller was James Lally, the Acquisitions Mgr. at Mercedes-Benz Sarasota on Clark Rd. He was very respectful and collaborative. Initially he low balled me but not in a demeaning or aggressive manner. We ended up agreeing on a price very close to my target. The whole process took a while but James was very decent about everything, plus I got a ride home from a very respectful and helpful young man named Lincoln. Thank you James and Lincoln for making my experience with Mercedes-Benz very positive. I would heartily recommend these 2 people at the dealership.

Visiting from Savannah, Ga my Gwagons check engine light came on, so of course I panicked! I immediately called Mercedes of Sarasota and was told to bring it in. A wonderful young lady named Megan Massey was my service advisor. Megan was so kind and knowledgeable about everything. My heart goes to Megan and Mercedes of Sarasota for their Kindness. I deal with MBS Service and parts department almost weekly if not more. I cannot say enough good things about Christopher Robinson which is my service advisor for our Fleet vehicles. He always keeps me informed about the progress on my vans and works diligently to get them in and out in a timely manner. The Sprinter technicians Marcel, and Todd are the best of the best! Having 19 Sprinters in our Fleet, if I have a question they are there to answer it. Steve is who I call for parts. He always goes above and beyond to get our parts in and even offers delivery if I am unable to get to the dealership when they arrive. Hands down Mercedes Benz of Sarasota are a cut above the rest.
