Best service experience I ve had in many years. Our service advisor Bri was amazing. Very helpful, very responsive and friendly and had my daughter and I in and out quickly. As far as the technician that s serviced our vehicle, 5 stars for being so thorough and honest. I was shocked to receive a text with a 3 minute video created by the technician showing what was done to our vehicle and had gone as far to exclude parts of the vehicle he felt had no need to be addressed as well as suggesting our items highly recommended that may need service on the next service call.Thank you all for the amazing experience Alex Tzelepis

Had a problem installing android auto in my lexus. So I called them and left a message. Their electronics expert talk to me through the installation. Very knowledgeable and patient. Great place to get good service.

Roberto was gracious and empathetic to my issue. Because my vehicle is L-Certified, I was given a loaner. I brought the vehicle in on Saturday morning. It was finished on Monday afternoon. I was able to keep the loaner throughout the repair. They also did a safety check, while they had it. Appreciate the excellent service.

Recommended unnecessary cleaning of AC..Cost over $300! Agreed b/c didn't quite understand it was the tech who "smelled" something. Convinced this was an "upsell tactic." Never would have happened under Wilde.

I thought it would be bad. Didn't think it'd be this bad.Jozef Trzos is the poster child for scam. Never finance your car here.Michelle, please don't make me laugh this early. Lexus has their own scam where the Lexus reviews that (you-Lexus) sends out. Then when Lexus doesn't like the review they write you and tell you that "this review is a violation."I thought going through a car dealership would be bad. I didn't think it would be that bad.But don't worry there are a lot of places to write reviews. I hope Jozef Trzos is happy with the money he ripped off from me.

Stopped by the Parts Dept and ordered a Lexus hood emblem Thursday late morning. The part was ordered, and I received a call, as promised, that the part had come in Friday morning. Service was extremely great and friendly when requesting this part. However, when picking up the part, the cashier was cold, and nonchalant. Maybe she was having a bad day as I did nothing to promote this during our transaction.

Wilde Lexus service department is awesome!! They have a great system in place where you are greeted at your car, informed along the way as to how things are going and how long your visit will last. You have several places to wait both inside and out. Complimentary drinks and cookies. The service reps are the best. Even the showroom salespeople are more than friendly and informative. And your car is washed before you leave. Makes taking your car in for service an absolute pleasure.

The service rep who we consult with when we bring our car in for servicing is a consummate gentleman . He explains what needs to be done in detail , this leaves us with no unanswered questions . And when your service department finishes making the repairs ( those guys are great ) our car feels like it's brand new . And also your waiting room is excellent . Comfortable seating , a nice assortment of beverages and snacks , and televisions to occupy our time and make the wait go fast . So in plain English you have a class establishment and I'm happy we bought our car through your organization . And when it comes time for us to buy another car look for us because that's where we'll be coming .

Went for car wash, my Lexus died. Devon and Tim were so very helpful in getting it started and washed. Lexus has the very nicest personnel... always.
