It's a dangerous place to service a car.I had my oil changed there on Friday. But when I got home late at night, I noticed smoke coming from under the hood. Turns out it was all flooded with oil. They forgot to tighten the filter (or forgot to put a gasket in, not sure). About a quart of oil had escaped. My entire driveway is stained with oil. They are closed for the weekend, none of the phones were answered. Monday morning I drove in asking for a check up. However, the manager (Luke?) tried to convince me that it was a leak from the engine.After an unpleasant conversation (he even wiggled my accent - sorry, my English is not perfect), the car was looked at by a mechanic. The problem was fixed in a minute - it turned out that it was their mistake after all.I asked for the oil to be changed again, as I had refilled with a quart of a different grade. The manager refused, and in a mocking manner offered a refund.I don't need a refund, but I do need the work doneproperly. Also, the vehicle needs to be cleaned - oil splattered all the way to the rear axle, oil burning on the manifold, oil is on the wiring harnesses.The manager said he would do a claim and that I would be contacted shortly.It's been two weeks, but no one has contacted me.I would like to note that the shop is staffed by excellent guys. Everyone can make a mistake.However, the manager acting so unprofessionally and insolently that I will not go there again.BTW, I was surprised that such a large, nice shop is actually idle - I was there 3 times and each time there was almost no one there - the boxes were empty. But after talking to the manager, it became clear why.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I had a screw in my tire and was in a major time crunch. Service manager Phil was able to get me in without any notice, and got my tire patched literally as fast as could be possible. Communication was excellent through the entire process, prices were exactly as expected, intake and checkout were an absolute breeze and easy as can be. I can t say enough positive things about the service I received. Above all else, Phil was genuinely nice guy who explained everything thoroughly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Phil and JSN have without a doubt earned my recommendations, and my future business. 5 stars all the way! Thank you!!

I stopped by JSN Auto Repair to get an oil change, tire rotation, and new spark plugs. The tech J Ramirez did a great job and got done a lot quicker than I expected. The service advisor Bryan was friendly and very knowledgeable and made sure my car was taken care of. Excellent job guys! I will definitely be returning.

I forget his name but front desk guy was amazing!! The guy in the back that actually worked on my car went the extra mile a little bit past closing time to make sure my services were completely finished! The front desk guy constantly gave updates and answered every question I had!!! Great experience! Definitely my go to shop.

What a horrible experience. Dropped car off at 7am and got a call around 9:30 that there are no issues with my car. I left work and came to do a test drive with their techs to show the issue. One tech said he noticed the other did not. The car jerks like crazy when driving in traffic. Both were extremely dismissive and didn't seem to care to help. I'm not a mechanic and have no idea what the issue is but was being told to tell them the issue. That is not my job. I bring my car to the repair place and they figure out what the actual problem is. No one looked under the hood, no one checked ANYTHING!!!! Stay so far away. A simple search would have shown there was a recall on the car. But it seemed the techs rather sit around talking then work.

JSN was my go to shop for Auto maintenance until I scheduled my Audi for an oil change & tire rotation, then told I needed a premium oil filter @ $27, the bill came to $110.21 with a $10 discount promo mailer. I walked the shopping center to peruse the China Buffet, coming to an auto parts store where I price checked the oil filter @ $19.99 but that price was for an upgraded filter not the non descript filter they installed. As I paid my bill, I stated their charges now are more than the Audi Dealer & I will no longer use their services. They did a multi point inspection, noting I need 2 motor mounts, front brake pads with rotors, spark plugs, & fuel induction service. I knew the motor mounts were compromised when I used the careless valet park at SMH & Audi stated I need front brakes 2 years ago with the same 3 mm reading of remaining pads. I questioned why I need spark plugs @ 62K miles when their life expectancy is 100K miles, after a stutter he stated we like to notify owners @ 60-70K miles, as far as the induction service I use B & G product additives as most auto shops do. I did shop pricing at 2 other repair shops, having the motor mounts replaced, saving over $80. I was able to find an independent shop staffed with ASE certified mechanics that guarantees part replacement for 3 years or 36 k miles. The mechanic called me asking if I'd like an oil change? I stated It was done yesterday, to which he replied, the dash reminder continued to show needing service, JSN never reset it. Adios JSN!

I own a 24 Airstream sprinter van with the dual rear tire structure. The passenger side interior rear tire blew, but fortunately I could drive very slowly using only the outside tire. The dealer and three tire shops could not handle the job, but the JSN located on Bee Ridge in Sarasota could. Manager Luke and Brian were exceptionally helpful in getting 4 new Michelin tires and the required extension stems. Tires were balanced, mounted, the spare checked and job completed in less time than promised. Luke & Brian exceeded my expectations and have earned a lifetime customer. I highly recommend JSN for any automotive need.

Hands down the best customer service I ve ever received. I called ahead Phil answered the phone and was able to get me in right away for an alignment and oil change. Once at the location phil continued to help with a big smile on his face! The ease of approving jobs and being notified when my truck was done is perfect and smooth. The guys over at the bee Ridge store were very courteous and they were very honest my quote was on the money, thanks Brian we will be back when we need your help again thank you. And by the way we pulled up in our motorcoach and needed air in the tires and they were very helpful and quickly got us on the road thanks again

I recently moved to Florida and had 2 vehicles repaired there since I've been here and couldn't ask for a better place. They are very professional, honest and very affordable. I highly recommend this shop for your any car repairs you may need.

I went to this place after calling was told that it would be $49 to evaluate my car and tell me what's wrong.. when it was over with it cost $67 they never touched nothing they didn't do nothing but put it up on a lift and told me it would cost $2,800 in parts alone for my car because it's a Porsche.. mind you they knew this before going into it they knew this over the phone. Bottom line I got my car fixed for $600 at a foreign car auto mechanic shop CRM I would recommend them to anyone. I also had an oil leak and I was told that my car was not worth repairing CRM quoted me $800 to repair it jsn told me it would be an upwards of $5,000 for them to touch it.. they also waited till I got my car there to inform me that they don't work on foreign cars as a practice... And that was only after they told me things that were wrong with my car that I didn't bring my car there to have checked..So my experience with them was horrific they tried to cheat me on price for parts they try to cheat me on price for labor when they couldn't find the parts and I found the parts they then told me it would cost more in labor fees. The guy Luke was a combination of sarcastic rude and attempted friendly at the same time if that makes sense.. bottom line as I wouldn't take my car here to get the tire fixed if they were my last option.. I dropped my car off the CRM yesterday my car was done today parts ordered included etc jsn said it would take days to get parts. Good luck people!

Needed a full synthetic oil change. The reservation process was easy, and the staff was very pleasant. They even erased the "Change Oil" notification on the dash. We'll definitely be back.

Really good people working in this location, they genuinely wanna help or do the best they can to help, the employee trying to help me today made a few phone calls to see if he could help and gave me a really good price on the job he performed also I seriously thought something else was wrong with my van but after they inspected the vehicle it was all little maintenance

Several oil change places wouldn't take my 3-wheel Polaris Slingshot until I checked with the Pit Stop near the One-Eyed Jacks Poker room on MacIntosh and Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota. The guy behind the counter looked up the specs and told me they could do it. So, while playing poker, they changed the oil for a very reasonable labor price and used synthetic oil and the proper filter. When I get back from my suspension on Facebook, I'm going to let all my friends who drive Slingshots know about this great place!Service: Oil change

I have found my new mechanics. I have been there twice and am scheduling my next appointment with them. They treat their customers exceptionally and offer a very reasonable price. It's been very hard to find a good mechanic that doesn't try to swindle you because you are a girl, and they did not make me feel that way at all. I hope to have all of my car issues taken care of here.

I had a nail in my tire while making a 2.5 hour drive and hopped off the expressway and stopped here for a repair. It was last minute and they got me in right away and I was done in about 45 minutes and back on the road. This was by far the best experience as far as getting my tire plugged on such short notice! Highly recommend!!!

Stay away from this shop. I take my car for a simple oil change and get it back without the engine cover. Unfortunately I didn t realize is missing after 5 months until I had to open up the hood. They said it wasn t them. I guess you need to take pictures of your car before and after. And this is how you lose business. Unreliable businessService: Oil change

I came in to get my tire fixed. They were able to plug the problem and gave me great information on new tires for my car. Very friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely be back for new tires when I'm ready as well as oil changes!!

Overall, just an okay experience. The price seemed high to me for a radiator hose replacement. 400$ The service manager was very short with me. He told me that I should junk my truck or trade it in for new one. I own a 2013 Ford F-150, V8, 4x4 104,000 miles. I don't make a lot of money, so, I was hoping a local shop could help me out, since, they are only two blocks from my house. I will be willing to bring my truck back there but, honestly, I can't give a great review on the last experience I had.
