TERRIBLE!I stopped in for an oil change, and before I left I was told my starter was going bad. I never had any issues whatsoever with my truck starting before taking it to this jiffy lube. The blond lady at the desk told me to keep an eye on the starter bc it was gonna give me issues which I thought was weird. They put a jump box on the battery, started my truck (again, weird cause never had any issues) and sent me on my way. I noticed my clock in my truck and radio stations had returned to factory settings so I stopped at a gas station, shut the truck off, and tried to start it again, and it wouldn t even attempt to turn over. When I popped the hood, the positive cable on my battery had been loosened. Tightened her back up and magically my truck starts. These people are crooks. DO NOT GO HERE

Great service, was in and out within 20 minutes. Technicians were friendly, informative, and professional. Price seemed high, but it seems that prices are high everywhere for everything.

Unfortunately, I can't say that I had the best experience here. First and foremost, within fifteen minutes of me leaving after having my oil changed my oil pressure light came on for the first time in five years. I called and they told me to return. After they took a look at it they told me oil needed to be added which they did, thankfully. This solved the problem but it shouldn't have been underfilled to begin with. I came here to prevent oil issues not acquire them.In addition to that, the employee working with my car left several large and greasy fingerprints on the cloth interior of my car. Thankfully, this came out with some scrubbing but this shouldn't have happened either.Finally, I was charged an additional $8 over the already not competitive price I was quoted beforehand for "shop supplies." All in all, not a great experience.

I brought my 2014 Greek Jeep Grand Cherokee for an oil change. Jiffy Lube completed the oil change. However, they failed to install the O-ring on the oil gasket. Therefore, when I got home 20 minutes later, I was not registering any oil on my dipstick, leaving a vast oil slick in my wake.

Michael at the Clark Road location in Sarasota was great. Great follow up. They were very busy and he said go have lunch and we will call you where we are done. He did just that, and didn t try to upsell. Just did what was necessary. I stopped in the Clark Road location to get an oil change on my Honda. I asked them how much and they quoted me a price which was considerably higher then where I usually go take five. When I told them that was too high, the guy slammed my hood down. Told everyone to stop and then told me okay you can leave. I asked him if everything was put back underneath and he said yes everything s fine. Well I went to take five today and they advise me that all of the bolts on the back of the skid plate were missing. I will be filing a complaint with the BetterU Bure and I recommend you stay as far away from these characters as possible.

Dakota, the manager, nice guy. 1st, Took my own oil in they supplied the filter. $68 and change. No other service. All of their fluid pumps don't work. Could not top off any fluids, or, trans, rear end and could not lube the front end because no grease pump. Why are the doors even open? It's a joke.

I haven t used Jiffy Lube previously but it s close to my new jobsite so I tried to get in and out in a jiffy well . That didn t happen. When I got there they told me it would be approximately 30 mins which it was well over an hour to get my vehicle done. Before they started the service one of the employees that kept running back and forth slamming doors came up to me and said that since my truck took 2 extra quarts that the service would be $133 and change instead of the standard price. I told him that was fine and I had a coupon. Once the service was completed he tells me it s $160. I told him no you told me it was going to be $133 and then I told you I also have a coupon. He said oh well I can get you to $133 with a coupon I said no you told me it would be that price prior to me mentioning I had a coupon. So then he said well the best I can do is $124 even though that still isn t the price quoted minus the coupon. I told him I needed to speak to a manager because my service ticket in the desk showed $133 before the coupon and now I m getting the bait and switch then getting charged more. So the manager comes in and sets the service ticket behind him and says I m sorry for whatever he quoted you before but the oil change for your truck is $160, I m not sure how he got to $133. I told him that he moved the service ticket to the table behind him so we could just look at the ticket and see how he came up with $133. The manager refused to go over the quoted ticket with me and then said $160 is pretty much the standard price for any diesel oil change even though I ve never paid more than $110 anywhere else for my truck to get its oil changed. He still tried to debate the price with me then finally conceded and gave me the price originally quoted minus my coupon. This was the worst oil change facility that I have ever been to and will not come back again. This place screams poor management and you can tell by how disorganized and filthy the place is. Organized is efficient and efficient is fast, chaos only leads to issues and loss of revenue due to loss in customers.Service: Oil change

The friendliest service I ve received at an oil change company. Ismael, Deante, Noah, and Christian were really hospitable. They were transparent about what I needed asap and what could wait. Thanks guys! I ll be back for oil changes! FYI, their high quality service is no secret. I was there at 2pm on Thursday and there were two cars in front of me waiting, and by the time I left, there were 4 cars waiting.Service: Oil change

These guys are great! David and Dakota were both very professional and helpful. David took the time to check my car out even though they were really busy. He found I had an oil leak and fixed it right then and there. These guys treated me so nice and I appreciate that especially since I'm not from here. Keep up the good work!

Wouldn t honor the online coupon price. Told me that taxes and shop material fees almost doubled the price that online stated it would be. There are no pre honest shops left

I had came to jiffy lube to get an oil change 4 days ago. Today my car started to smoke and my check engine light came on. I called the shop and David was amazing. He asked me to tow the car to the shop since I had been at work the day of the incident. There was a fault in the filter due to a manufacturing error. They not only reimbursed me for the tow, they gave me extra cash for an undercarriage cleaning if need be, and the highest grade synthetic oil. They were quick to help and I m glad there was no further damage.Service: Oil change

Took my mother-in-law s car there for oil change and check. Robert E. was very friendly and did not try to oversell. He made good suggestions on what services we may need in the future based on the age of the car(2008). We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Went in for an oil change because my dealer set a notice for 3500 miles for oil change. The technician came out to the wait room and stated my oil is clean because it is a synthetic and will last 10,000 miles between changes.. I didn't need an oil change for another 3,000 miles. No charge. I highly recommend this jiffy lube for their integrity!

Mike, and the team did a great job with everything. Fast service, quick, and accurate answers, hell of a team work. Saved the day after Andrew at the other branch was so inept as he answer customer questions with sarcasm, and rudeness taking franchise down in the area with his poor customer service skills.
