I take my Chevy Silverado there every time i need an oil change. They are great helpful and friendly. They remember me every time I pull up before.They even look in the computer. They do a lot more than just an oil change and I think they're great. They also let me top-up my oil. If I'm running low between oil changes.

I scooted in 1/2 hour before closing but was very graciously received. Oil change, fluid maintenance and tires checked and two topped off with air even though I'm sure the two young men's minds had been on just closing at 6. There was absolutely no change in the service I received.

I'm not one to write bad reviewsBut...Went in for standard oil change, they insisted on toping of my coolent as they said it was really low so I decided to let them do it. I come home to find my coolent completely overfilled but that is the half of it then I look at my email and see they forgot to put my skid plate back on the car. so I am forced to head back while there I adress the coolant issue and the insist that it's not a problem

They got my car in and out quickly, there were 2 men in jiffy lube shirts and 2 wonen in plain street clothes who I doubt worked for jiffy lube or they would have the proper attire. This concerned me greatly as one of them, the heavy set one, was under my hood opening air filter and taking out and replacing my oil filter! Now I know an oil change is not rocket science, but still, there is a lot that could go wrong from misaliging the filter to ove tightening it or leaving it too loose. Bottom line, I don't like people/women not trained or certified working on my car! Prior to yesterday has always had good experience. They didn't reset my oil change indicator either which they usually do....

They were kind quick and helpful. Didn't feel pressured. I was able to get my oil changed on my lunch break which was super helpful.

I took my 2012 ford f150 to the bee ridge store today for an oil change. While i was outside i heard one employ�e say something about cross threading the oil pan Bolt. When they were done they told me the Bolt was stripper and the threads came out. Which means they cross threaded the Bolt. They told me they put a plug in it. I got home and 1hour later its dripping oil. Now i have to pay someone to either replace the oil pan or try to re thread it. I will be bringing them the Bill. Im not happy about this

Amazing people kind very friendly Thank you , Joe ,Kathy, Leo, Brent,and D. Did my oil Quick and fast washed my windows for me and checked my tires and lights. Highly recommend Great Job!!

It was great to see a team in there again! I don't know if it had anything to do with the pandemic but usually when I go there's no more than 2 people working. They still did a great job but I always remembered how great the team would communicate with each other. Great enough to notice. Anyways thank you!

I had just left the Valvoline shop down the street after waiting for 50 minutes in which time they only completed 1 oil change. (I was 4th in line) I informed your staff that I was in a bit of a hurry and was on my way in about 10 minutes! Good job guys.

Very prompt and courteous attention. Obviously they knew what they were doing. Very happy with the oil change. Only slight comment is that they did not replenish my windshield wiper fluid level. They said it was too low to top off. Thanks a lot.
