I brought my Kubota L5030 tractor in for service and repair and I could not recommend JC truck and auto enough! The guys were honest and reliable, which is very hard to come by these days. 10/10 service!

I am a female driver and vehicle owner, it happened in the week of March 1st 2023. My vehicle's shift handle is not working, so I had my vehicle towed to this place. The mechanic said the Internal Shift Cable needs to be replaced, Total price is $900, the part is $275, labor is 5 hours @ 125 per hour . Then I asked about this shop's two neighbor auto shops on its both sides, they all say it is under $500, So one of this shop's neighbor towed my vehicle to its shop for free and repaired my shift handle for only $320 total.Stay away from J. C. Truck & Equipment Repair shop, this shop's people is tricky and big liar not trust worthy.

One of the most incompetent business owners ive ever had the misery of trying to hire. Never returns calls. Ordered a part one month out, then two business days AFTER its due to arrive i have to call him to find out that they sent the wrong part. I went behind his back and called the business he ordered the part from; they never heard of him. Aaron is a very good liar.

They fixed one problem but created another. And my operating temperature has never been the same since I asked them to change my thermostats.I think these guys need to have more company meetings and start talking about the right way to do this and that.They measured my hoses terribly. 3 feet longer than they were. They hang out in area they could not get cut or pinched.They also said they would give me appointment treatment but my work truck was there over 3 weeks.
