I ve had decent experiences as a customer for about 4 years, but the last time I went in the drying buffer malfunctioned and struck my fin antenna, cracking it and breaking it off. The buffer swung up to its parked spot and stopped working. I emailed the manager 3 times, and finally got a response nearly a month after my first email saying they won t address the issue because the fin is held on with glue. The base to my fin is still intact the fin was cracked off and the entire assembly has to be replaced and the base was damaged as well. This has nothing to do with glue and pictures I had sent with my email plainly show this. I watched the next 10 or so cars go through the car wash and the buffer didn t spin or come down the entire time I watched.Given they refused to address my concerns I ve asked that the latest charge to my card for my membership be refunded since I haven t been able to use the service for a month, and haven t gotten a response. I ll be disputing the charge with my bank.I guess the only other thing to note is the people brushing the car down before the automated wash are very hit and miss. When it s only one person they tend send your car thru too fast to brush down the wheels/rockers on the passengers side and when this is pointed out they say they didn t have time but I could go through again. So they don t have an extra 15 seconds to do the minimum but evidently I have another 10 minutes to swing around and do it again?2 stars only because it was decent for a while, but this lack of care for a long time customer definitely doesn t sit well.

Stopped by after a cross country trip. Everyone so personable and professional. Opted for the full service and did not disappoint. Car clean and sparkling. Hands down, best results from any car wash I ve experienced in Sarasota.

We had both our vehicles serviced at International Auto Spa. One was a complete detail and one was a complete detail and ceramic coat. Both were done impeccably by the staff. Getting the vehicle keys at pick up time could be a bit smoother but it's a minor issue.

Hands down the best carwash besides going to get a full detail. Super friendly and very attentive to detail if they miss anything, tell them, and they ll retouch it no hassle. I honestly drive from TAMPA just for them. Probably 1 of 3 car washes I d ever let touch my car

It was a great wash and customer service. I signed up for the monthly top plan. I am unfortunately unhappy with the way the "full service" handle the inside of my car with the cleaning and all. I don't even think they wiped anything down. I still have finger prints on my control board. An there is still a bunch of dust on my steering wheel. I thought I was going to get a full wipe down inside. Still going to keep my membership. Just don't think I'll go threw the full service.

Very nice work. I did the full detail and it looks better than the day I bought it. The front windshield was a touch not clean, but to be fair, glass is the hardest thing to get perfect.

The GM Gary is an amazing individual. In the short time I was there signing up and getting my unlimited full service car wash, I felt like he was family. The wash and cleaning inside my vehicle looked outstanding, and better bang for your buck than any local full service car wash in the area. Highly recommend this place.

Went here today after not being there for about 4-5 yrs...had a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and they did a great job. Next I'm signing up for the monthly unlimited plan.

I paid specifically for the interior detailing. As you can see, much wasn t touched at all. Mainly they only did the front seating area. I should have inspected the entire cleaning before I left. Now, after a long trip back from Chicago, I have to finish the job myself. Complete waste of money and tip. The drive through car was did a good job however once it finally accepted my plate. So annoying.

Paid for the Premier car wash and left realizing dash, doors and most of interior hadn t even been touched. Dirty cupholders and leather not wiped down. Dashboard not even touched. Called and explained that this was not done was told to return and I returned, and the manager had the nerve to say that he doesn t wipe down doors because there was make up on it. Even if there was some make up on it, you attempt to wipe it down and let the customer know if it doesn t come off. They wipe down the dashboard, but didn t do anything else as the cupholders still have little splashes of coffee and the doors still have fingerprints and none of the leather was wiped down . What a waste of money and time to go back. Pointless to go back yet another time. Won t be back.

Really impressed with everything. Went in about a week ago to test and see if this is where I wanted to sign up for a monthly package. Upon leaving, I was asking the staff questions (who were all very helpful), then the GM (Gary) came out and said to come in again and get the top wash on him. He said, "I want to make you my lifetime customer". Yesterday, I took him up on that offer. It rained last night and the water just washed right off with that ceramic coating and still looks freshly washed! Looks like they may get their wish as me as their lifetime customer...

So much for being an upscale car wash. Their blower blew the cover off the spare tire of my mothers vehicle I was using for the day back in Sept. This cover was a newer item and replaced by the dealer from a car crash. BTW, this vehicle has gone through Eager Beaver on Beneva Rd. for 11 years with NEVER an issue.Received the video from the manager Gary showing the tire cover being blown off. This apparently must mean their employees do not monitor the automatic line. This damage could have been prevented if it had been monitored properly. This cost me $450 to have it replaced and repainted. The manager of course stated it was the customers fault.There are plenty of other options in this town luckily. We won t be back or refer this place.

I've been a member of several different car washes and until International Auto Spa, they all would give my black SUV micro scratches. I figured if Lamborghini and BMW use them, they must be good, and I was correct! Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the machine is the best I've seen, it actually gets my full size SUV clean, tires shined, etc, with very little water remaining at the end. I'm extremely satisfied.

Decent car wash but for full service they don't really do a full service. Some time my inside is wiped down but mostly just the top of the dash which is less than half. And they never clean my rims completely.

I went through here a couple of weeks ago on a Friday night, and I had the guys vacuum out the car. While I was in the waiting area the guy that help me pay came in carrying a piece off a car. It was on Monday morning that I realized that that piece was off my car. WHAT!!! Why didn't he look to see if it was from my car (it was the only one) I called them that day and left a voicemail which I never got a call back, so I call again the next week and got a girl that said she'd look and call me back, she never did. I stopped back in today and a nice man told me they didn't have it and that the night crew throws things out each night. Great! The top to my little trash can was also through out by the guys vacuuming. Thanks a bunch international Auto Spa I'll go back to Evie's.

Great job. Love these guys! Got my car detailed and they did a terrific job. Waiting area is comfy, clean, spacious. It was easy for me to sit and get work done while they worked on my car. I will absolutely come back. Staff is wonderful: friendly, funny, warm and welcoming. Great experience!

Great service and detail to the interior once I read signage with arrow pointing to the right coming out or carwash on my second visit. Waited in air-conditioned modern space inside where I was offered water. 7 would be to have airfreshener choices for vent as clips or other options and smells.

This place is top-notch. I tried several other local car washes/detailers before going here and I m glad I finally found this place! Wait times are minimal, and the service is excellent. So happy to pay for a car wash and climb into a CLEAN car. Shouldn t have to be said. I m so disappointed to be posting this review! Brought my car here (brand new 2023) as I really wanted my windows (interior) cleaned primarily interior windshield and I paid for the $30 full service to NOT have the interior windows not even touched by anyone at the car wash! I eve ln asked to make sure they did the interior windows! They said no problem, we ll I go to get in my car and it was difficult to see if they had cleaned the windows as the area where they clean is covered and as I drive away I see all the interior windshield marks that were there before! I was so disappointed and felt like I was brushed off once again! I will NOT be returning to this car wash again, the staff is rude and if Spanish is not your primary language be prepared to be treated poorly! Still have not received a solid! Emailed the manager who said she d get back to me, nothing ! Never again! Complete rip off !

Overall the car wash is safe. However the quality of the wash when you pay $30 for an attendant to dry, vacuum and clean the interior is sub par. They have plenty of staff. I would have expected for the bugs to have been wiped off better as well as the bottom area of the car. My bumper area was still dirty with debris. The interior was vacuumed well however again, detail to the cup holders and dash had dust left. Windows had watermarks left as well. I expected a little more for a higher priced car wash when selected.

We took our car here for the first time. Wow, what a great job they did detailing my car! Inside and out it looks like new, and the car is a 2015 Mazda.We would highly recommend this business.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Gate and kiosk is the first problem. Have to move so far forward just to read the kiosk, Gate rarely works. Employees have to manually raise it increasing wait times. Employees at the entrance are too busy on their cell phones to care about the vehicles coming in. Not paying attention at all but try to make an effort to give your vehicle extra attention by scratching the scrub brush on the car, and wheels. Majority of the time the soap inside the carwash does not even deliver soap. Water smells like it s been recycled 100 times too many. The wash itself does not get any tough debris off the vehicle. The vacuums never, ever work. The rags they supply for drying are filthy with stuck in debris that scratches vehicles. And last but not least don t even think about speaking with anyone in charge as they are all rude bullies. Never again. Too many other places to go to that do much better for even better pricing,Services: Full body wash, Vacuuming

Gary and his team do an amazing JOB! We had a Toyota that had a sunroof leak. They were able to thoroughly clean and even remove the mold! We will continue to have them detail all of our vehicles. I ve been a customer for awhile and overall pleased with the full service. However today Jonathan and Henry? (I forgot his name) did the most thorough job to date. They wiped down/cleaned the interior and exterior including seats,moldings, trim etc. along with all the other usual stuff like wheels and windows. Great job today!!

Very poor equipment performance lately. The brushes were rubbing the car almost dry with water hardly dripping - that s a sure way to scratch paint .The only attendant does an ok job only when you ask him to focus on something. Get better or lose clients! Very poor wash quality! Pics show the car right after a wash
