We had a fantastic experience with Infiniti of Sarasota! The entire process was smooth and our sales consultant, Will Varsafsky, was a pleasure to work with. We came from out of state to pick up the car, and Will met us at the airport to pick us up and gave us exceptional service! Everyone we dealt with was professional and they did a great job of getting us in and out very quickly. The business manager (Jay Trager) was very friendly and made the paperwork portion easy. The only complaint was that the used vehicle we were purchasing had old, worn tires that should have been flagged and replaced during intake. However, the sales manager (Rolando Cabrera) was quick to provide a solution and it was resolved quickly. We would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! We love our car that we purchased from them!

I took my q50 for an inspection, Paul was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The mechanic who inspected the car was also really informative and honest. 5/5 stars great people

I can t believe I m saying this, but I bought a car, from a dealership and it was a fabulous experience! Seriously, Will Varsafsky at Infinity of Sarasota has completely converted me from I hate car shopping/buying a car! to I can t wait to do that again. Start to finish, it was the most positive interaction I ve ever had during the car buying process. Will asked what I was looking for, what specific features appealed to me, and then proceeded to provide me with exactly what I asked for in a vehicle. Not once did he mention cup holders or makeup mirrors or try to convince me that I didn t need the heated seats I requested. Extremely impressed with our purchase experience at Infinity of Sarasota. Will Varsafsky (Sales) & Rolando (Sales Manager) were both friendly & such a professional experience that we made our test drive + purchase within 2 days. We came in for a Certified Used but purchased a brand new QX80 with a promotional rate APR. The dealership did not add on any unnecessary dealer package fees, other junk fees etc. which we highly appreciated. It was a quick straight forward deal combined with a trade in. The paperwork was also super quick & overall a luxury experience befitting the Infiniti brand. Will V. is very earnest & aims to be different which is very refreshing. We left with a feeling that we can trust the folks at Infiniti of Sarasota - The entire dealership is super clean including the comfortable service area.

As an out of state buyer, it was important to find a reputable dealership. The salesperson that assisted me was very knowledgeable and has been with the company for several years. One recommendation would be for them to incorporate DocuSign or some other form or electronic signature capability which could speed up the closing process. Otherwise great experience and I love my new Audi!

Rome, and the 2 sales managers were very inviting, professional, fun and hospitable. They treated me like I was a celebrity in first class. They didnt want to just sale a car, but they wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my vehicle choice. I also loved how courteous and patient they were, and never aggressive or pushy to close a deal. At the close my approval, the entire sales team personally came to congratulate me and celebrate me becoming a member of the infinity family.

By far the best car buying experience I ve had!! Mark Miller was phenomenal!! I always dread going to dealerships because the salesman can be pushy, overbearing and I feel pressured. Mark was easy going, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and I never felt pressured to buy. He listened to all my requests and wanted to make sure I bought the right vehicle for me and that I would be happy with my purchase! Everyone was amazing, even the manager!! They made me feel welcome and went out of their way for us. Mark took the time to go through every detail of the car so I would know how everything worked! He even programmed my key to the seat settings I needed! The whole experience was amazing and that is unheard of when buying a vehicle. Very impressed with Infiniti and their staff!! Thank you, Mark!! I am LOVING my QX80 Sensory!!

I bought a car from infinity, and I had a really horrible experience. They failed to send the paperwork in so the loan was late, title work took forever. It was a used car, they said I had 30 days or 1000 miles to return it, but that was not the case. Made promises they couldn t or wouldn t keep. Sloppy paperwork. Won t ever go back.

Hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. I was unsure about the oil change schedule, because when l bought the car, the sticker indicated 10,000 miles. I was told no, it's every 7500 miles. Guess what?? The new sticker is set for 10,000 miles later. Little details like that can breed a lack of trust in the service team's ability to handle small tasks.

We recently had a great experience working with Steve Sipes and Michael Capito to purchase a new Infiniti. Steve had everything set up for delivery and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Michael was beyond patient in walking us through the features of the new vehicle and answering all of our questions. This is our third Infiniti purchase with them and the experience has been the same each time. Infiniti of Sarasota offers the great personal service you would expect from a local dealer while still competing in price with the larger markets. If you are in Sarasota and need a new vehicle, no need to look elsewhere.

People are friendly and helpful but the prices are just ridiculous. I ended up paying $15 for a plastic grommet for my brake pedal switch. That's obscene. They quoted me $1900 for a TCM Module, which is also, crazy. Be prepared to open your wallet even for the smallest part and service. Best part, they are open Saturday. See the pic of what cost me $15.

My shopping experience with Brook at the Sarasota dealership was truly exceptional. We arrived at the dealership at about 3:00PM on a hot Saturday afternoon and drove out in my new QX50S at 6:30PM.I also own a 2014 QX35 which I love and have never had any problems with, so it was natural to repeat my driving experience in my new Infiniti.Brook and the entire team were most helpful in making my decision and I thank them for their professionalism.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. Roman (salesman) is a true professional. He has worked for Infiniti for over 15 years. He has won many awards and I can truly see why. I was treated with respect for my time, kindness, & courtesy. The pre owned certified QX50, I previously called about, was parked out front, newly washed and waiting for the test drive I scheduled. Roman went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car I was about to test drive. The negotiation process was quick and easy. The manager & the finance gentleman were both very efficient and didn t waste my time. The manager personally came over to thank me for my business. Roman, personally vacuumed out my rental car as I was concerned about returning it when my dog had ridden in it. He also helped me take it back to Enterprise rent a car when we finished the purchase of my new vehicle. Having my previous car totaled was very stressful and Roman helped ease the stressful couple of weeks I had. I was in & out in just over 2 hours and had a beautiful Infiniti that I felt very comfortable in. I prayed the morning before arriving to the dealership I would encounter a salesperson that would treat me with respect and kindness as I couldn t handle any more stress this week. My prayers were answered. This is a top notch team! Thank you to all who helped me.

Overall good experience. The only negative thing was that they recommended almost every fluid service imaginable most of which had already been done but by other shops so they really had no way to know they had been done. But obviously they are recommending that stuff purely by time and mileage and not by looking at the fluids to see if they were actually dirty. They also recommended a differential service which when I looked closer literally just involved looking at it for leaks, not even a fluid change... But the cost they gave me for all four tires seemed pretty reasonable even though in my opinion the car really only needed front tires

Just got off the phone with Junior in service. I bought an Infiniti in a private sale, that was serviced there. Junior took the time to find the records for my car and explained services. I was dreading this phone call as I've dealt with factory shops that dont make anything easy. Junior is a pro. I'll be getting my car serviced at Infiniti of SRQ from now on

My salesman Mark was awesome. He respected that I knew exactly the QX80 I wanted and was so knowledgeable about all the features. Zero pressure, was a totally laid back experience and a very quick process from looking to purchasing! I had done all my research prior and felt the price was actually lower than what I'd budgeted for purchase of my Living Room on Wheels!

Friendly service but be careful with how much they charge you. They ll lie and say they re giving you a $10 off coupon and then charge you $8 for shop supplies when all supplies are supposed to be included in the PARTS and labor charge.

Update to previous review-Had a good experience purchasing a 2023 loaner QX60 at first and great service from Will, but when we brought it home we noticed that the Infiniti logo and word was imprinted into the back window tint. They promised it would get it fixed for us and tried to buff it out. After that didn't work they said they would get back to us and assured us that it would be as good as new.Unfortunately today we got a phone call saying that they were unwilling to fix it because they would need to replace the back glass because it's permanently oxidized into the window. I worked from BMW years ago and whenever we sold a loaner we would replace any glass that was cracked, chipped or any damage to the vehicle before we sold it. That standard practice in the industry. It's the cost of doing business. You do not sell a vehicle with their logo permanently imprinted in the windows.So we're left with a car that has a permanent logo and Infiniti word in the glass that you can see when the sun is shining through it or when it starts to get dusty. It's very disappointing that we were promised it would be fixed and now of course it's drawn out for a couple months and they've decided not to fix it. we will not be buying from this dealership again and would have expected a discount or compensation if they were not going to fix what they promised would be corrected. Not good especially for a luxury dealership that sold us a 2023 loaner vehicle at full price.
