They fixed my car perfectly. Was a little high but they removed the gas tank. Plus the part was expensive. Very nice family business.

I wish I could give HQ Auto Center ten stars! Mr. Perez Sr., his son and his team are truly outstanding individuals. I needed a front strut and Airmatic compressor replaced on my vehicle and they did a wonderful job and very quickly. Their customer service skills are top notch and their labor is reasonably priced. I am very pleased to give HQ Auto Center my recommendation and many thanks for fixing my Airmatic suspension.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

I used to frequent this repair shop for my auto repairs. The pricing was cheaper than some of their competitors.The Last time I used them my car had a small dent on the front driver side fender,which wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Originally my cost for labor was decent, but the last quote I had was for brake job labor was 120 dollars more than the repair shop I used. There is a rumor amongst their neighboring shops that they overcharged customers for labor only jobs. And they add repairs that are not required and this came from personal experience.I was told over the phone I needed all new wheel studs,that they were all stripped and given a price for the job of course I agreed but decided to go to shop and check it out myself. Needless to say non of the studs were stripped. Be careful if you use this company for your automotive needs. I would give them zero stars in the trust category.

I took my car to HQ to have some work done because the dealer cost was almost double. They did tires, oil change, spark plugs, filters, belt tensioner, etc. not only was it more cost effective, but when I got my vehicle back I could tell they had cleaned my floor mats and my car smelled wonderful. They do it with such excellence! We will definitely be taking all of the vehicles for repair here again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

BEWARE! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE! I called on the phone they gave me a price for a service but when I showed up the next day the grumpy old man pulled a switch and bait on me!. He tried to raise the price by 60$$ for no reason at all!!. They are unhonest and not trust worthy! Go to Randy's brakes next door he was so much better and better priced!

Edgar Sr and Jr have always been top shelf and every single time we need them they take care of us above and beyond expectations. They re honest and reasonably priced as well. Great place. I took my BMW in for brakes since I've sworn off the BMW Dealership for good. The parts and labor was very fair. They gave updates as I chose to wait in their lobby. I'm going back for an oil change (priced awesome for full synthetic) and then a HPFP and injector issue(s). For this review, the brake job was done perfect. Sensors were replaced and no dash lights. Used a performance set of pads and it feels better than the stock pads I drove around on for quite a while. Definitely check them out and I'll either edit or wrote another review for my oil change and the injector/fuel issue.

My sister's mother in law was new in town and She had a light on the dash. The manager came out and asked a few questions. She did have an oil change on the way down from the North East. He said let me check a few things. He reset the oil light. Spent a few minutes checking other things. NO CHARGE!!! Her car is a 2003 Toyota Corella. He said, "It a great car and in good shape" ( Giving peace of mind to this 87 year old spry lady) He asked that we keep him and the garage in mind for any services. Would not not even take a tip. Just a kind gentleman running his business with ethical standards. It's been a few weeks since. No issues with her car. Will use this garage again and again. I have had my own oil change there, too.

Best shop in town. I have 2 vehicles and I trust no one else to work on them. Edgar and his Dad are hard working and honest. I worked with Edgar for a long time before he opened this shop and I can tell you he understands customer service and how to build relationships with his customers so they keep coming back. Stop in or call and see for yourself.

I stopped by at about 4:30 last Thursday because my air conditioner went out. I was expecting to simply schedule an appointment. Instead, they quickly checked my A/C, told me the issue, AND got my air conditioner working again in less than a half hour! Although, I must return to get my air compressor replaced for a permanent solution, I'm still amazed that they did all that for me that late in the day. I was grateful to be able to drive away with cool air for the time being.

I was referred to HCC Auto by my cousin and I can honestly say that it has been the very best auto service I have ever received. David, the owner, is not only a great mechanic but he is extremely reasonable and honest. Many mechanics give you the run around with what's wrong with your car but with David, he tells exactly what you "NEED" fixed not trying to sell you a bunch of parts and services.I highly recommend this place!!!

Long story short, they hoped right on my car to get me back on the road when I had brake issues!! Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable owners/mechanics!! 5/5 will without hesitation return if I'm in the area.

Dave is an honest and reliable mechanic. He does a great job and has extremely fair prices. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. If you are in need of auto repair or even someone to do a quick oil change, I highly recommend HCC auto center.

I was driving down by this shop and heard a horrible noise coming from underneath my car and I pulled in and these guys were so nice , they checked it out for me . And it happened to be a darn stick caught under my wheel well . They were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back to use their services.

I had a big box tire shop tell me I had major front end problems wanted 3,200 to fix it. I found HD auto repair, it may not look like much but this family business is the most honest repair shop I believe around. My front end was fine the shaking was from a bad rotor in the front they saved me $ 2800.00 the car runs great thank you Edger and your father for being so honest. There employes were all so polite and very eager to satisfy the customer...before you get a job done take it to HD auto repair for a second option.

First time there for me but my mother and grandmother also frequent here. Great prices. Friendly and nice staff. Very upfront and show you what they find. Don't try to sell you on anything you don't need. Would definitely recommend them for any auto service.

David Casanas, and his crew did an amazing job on my 2009 Honda Accord. They beat both my local Honda Dealership, and Firestone by $200. I live in Tampa, but for good service and a great price I am willing to drive down to Sarasota.Diego Ordonez - Owner of Twisted Wires

Thank you David for you hard work! I've never felt so confident in a shop. At Hcc your not just handed a long print out bill of what you need leaving puzzled; the technician took the time out to explain and show me the problem areas then and guided me with proper restoration. I highly recommend this shop !!

Paid to install a part but didn t bother to tell me the part didn t work correctly. Took my money and said they did their job. That s true but I don t support businesses without integrity.

I brought in my vehicle to see if they can tell me what was wrong with it after I told them the symptoms and I was told that a tune up is all it needs, a few minutes later they tell me that an oil gasket needs to be replaced since I'm doing the tune up the gasket needs to be done now. $400 later the problem still exists and they asked me to bring it back and I did, now they said it could be the "MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR" so what I'm trying to say is this..... Don't pay them to guess what is wrong with your vehicle, you can guess yourself and it's free. I spent $400 on something that didn't need to get done right now and my initial problem still exist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst place I've ever been to very misleading and dishonest had my truck there for 4 days they did nothing flon the 4th day they said they were going to do an alignment so they sent it to Tires Plus do the alignment when I went to pick up my truck is that I owe $90 I then ask to see paperwork while he was getting paperwork I called Tires Plus and Pardro who works at tires plus told me they did not do any alignment trying to get me for $90 Hector who works at HQ is very far from a mechanic very unsatisfied with there service

ABSOLUTE SLEAZE. They sold my girlfriend and me a car with a cracked block that they had filled with sealant. They refuse to do anything about it. The sealant indicates they knew or should have known the engine was trash. Stay away.
