Fantastic, quick service. We are from Ohio and had a flat on I-75. We put our spare on and called Goodyear to see how long we would have to wait. Their tremendous team had us on the road, back to Ohio within a hour. They are first class business!

Update 05APR24: just got back from picking my Tacoma up from Goodyear. And had a great experience. Didn t get the tire rotation this time, but that was due to them calling me and letting me know I should wait and informing me as to why. Also, they were running a coupon I wasn t aware of and gave me the discount. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Thanks guys.**********Normally do my own oil and tire rotation but was on a crunch for time so I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated.When I got back to pick it up I asked if my tires had been rotated, but was told that they didn t need it , even though I had specifically requested it.I was quite angry at the moment, and likely won t use them again. But I will say that they got around to rotating my tires fairly quickly and they knocked $10 off my bills for the inconvenience.I was pleased that they did what they could to make it right, but upset that what I had asked for in the first place wasn t done. But as the saying goes, if you want it done right you should have done it yourself in the first place.

Always the best customer service at this location. I have been twice this month to get a new tire after running over a screw. They have been so quick and efficient each time & it is the only place I ll go for tires! The road hazard insurance they have for tires has been the best.

On the way to work Friday I noticed my car s breaks were not working well. This car hadn t been driven much in the last few years due to extenuating circumstances. I called Goodyear and the gentleman told me he d fit me in no problem. The work was more involved than expected, but he made sure to have it done by the time I was off work. When I picked it up I was treated with respect and watched the two gentleman employees treat two elderly customers the same way while I checking out. I was impressed and will use them again!

Been going to this Goodyear shop for four years, never had a bad experience before this year. This time they tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires, fact is that front tires are only a year old with 3200 miles on them and 8/32 tread (Paul claimed they measured 5/32). They lost a customer, won't be coming back.

I was in a pinch to get tire s quick. Long story short there was confusion as to what exactly was needed. I went ahead and purchased what was available since several other shops had no inventory of my tires. The slight difference in size affected my gas mileage significantly and when I called to question if they knew it would happen, they asked few questions and offered nothing but solutions. They quickly ordered the tires I truly needed and are swapping them out even tho I had put 150 miles on the first set in a day. The 2nd set cost a good deal more but they are not charging me the difference. Tim and his staff went way above and beyond than I m used to from any outfit in the auto/parts/repair industry. They showed that my concern was more important than their bottom line. This was my first time here, but I will most definitely come back soon for any further service I may need. I highly recommend you do as well.

These guys here are amazing! Brought my flat tire in worried about how I could get it fixed and they brought it back right away and helped me out less than 10 minutes !!! Shout out to Tim and his team !! <3

Needed one tire as mine was damaged and not repairable. No one had one to match my other 3 new 2 month old tires. Goodyear rescued us and mounted it. They saved the day.

Everyone was very polite. I came in with a low tire error on my driver panel and within 45 minutes I walked out the door with a repaired patched back tire. I didn t have an appointment but I was prepared to make one but they took my car in right away. Very pleased.

Went to the Goodyear store at Cattlemen and Bee Ridge to get 4 new tires for my Tesla. Paul and Eric were very helpful . Didn t have to wait long, great service. Would highly recommend this store. Sue Gerharz

I have used Goodyear at this location numerous times and been thrilled with their professionalism and their work. The most recent being a tough alignment on a lifted truck. They got it perfect the first time, amazing. And the price was right. I'm a life long resident with substantial mechanical skill so I know these things.

Goodyear on cattlemen road is awesome! I was having leaking issues with both my tires on the driver side of my car. I was expecting to pay at least a few hundred dollars for the repairs or even replacement. Turns out the repairs for my car were FREE! I was very surprised & thrilled to hear this. All thanks to the customer service from Tim & the Goodyear team as a whole.

Our daughter was heading back to college and we needed new tires. Tim, the Store Manager was professional and set an appointment that morning and had us in & out of there within 90 minutes. Great service!

I can t express how grateful I am for Tim B the store manager! I had a huge screw in my tire, I tried to get it to keep air but it wouldn t. I called the store and Tim was amazing and got me in ASAP and had my tire plugged with in minutes! I highly recommend this place!

The staff were quit efficient and above all honest and confident. It was a pleasure taking my car here for a tire issue, and I would definitely highly recommended in. This will be my service tire place of choice going forward.

After a horrible experience at Pep Boys I decided to stop by and see if they could fit me in to repair my tire. Tim got me right in and took great care of us! Thank you to the young man that stayed and did the repair. You guys are amazing!

Mistakenly made my appt. at Beneva location but Eric took me right in here at CattleRidge, no problem, and I had my alignment finished within an hour. He also applied a $10 coupon to the cost, saving me money without my asking. The friendly customer-first attitude extended also to the Beneva location when i called to apologize for missing appt. They were more concerned with my getting my service done than any inconvenience they suffered. Excellent customer service. A pleasant change.

I was referred to the Cattlemen location through a friend and I went in for an oil change and had a great experience. My service was by appointment and I was all done and leaving within an hour, very impressed. Will refer anyone I know needing auto services.

Have an appointment scheduled for 9:30a on a Monday morning as I have 1200 mile drive ahead of me. I get a call on that morning at 7:30a (thanks for waking me up) from them letting me know they won t have time for my vehicle today for a patch and rotation. They said they could get me in the following week at the earliest! What is the point of having an appointment if you can t honor it and then when they reschedule, it s over a week out!

Just took my sister there for a tire repair...Tim was amazing...found the slow leak, repaired it at no charge...Best place for tires...certainly will head back there next time I need service or a new set of tire...Thanks Tim for a job well done!!!

We were driving through the area with a rental car that turned out to have a nail in the tire. We had an hour leeway to get to a tour reservation we had booked. We stopped in their shop to see if they could help us on a time crunch, they didn t hesitate! They patched the one they found and checked all of our other tires to make sure we would be good! We highly recommend and appreciate all they did to keep us on the road!!

Chuck and Tim (along with the rest of the crew) are kind, fair and honest. We've been bringing our vehicles to this Goodyear for tires and brake service for the past 6 years, and have always been happy with the service. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely the best balancing job I ve ever had. I had a 2012 4Runner with over 160k miles. It looks very new and I keep the truck in good working order. I developed a shake in the steerage and was convinced it was tie rods but the guys ensured me they were good and said my balance was off. The truck rollsLike a dream!

Well, had a large screw in my tire Friday night, and was close to Goodyear on Cattleman, drove and parked the car there in case tire went flat (was after hours). Made appointment on line to 9 AM on Saturday. Got a call early from Tim, who was asking about what service I needed. I told him about the Screw, but also that it was about time to get 4 bed tires. He said come on down to discuss. Got there, and he had already reviewed my tires and had a plan for me ready to discuss and review. Tim was awesome to work with. Knew his stuff, made suggestions where I had questions, and we worked up a plan for 4 new tires. He worked to get me the best price and deal, and I was pleased to get a call early that my car was ready. Highly recommended. Amazing Customer Service...which in my mind is most important.

Stopped by Goodyear on Cattlemen this afternoon around 3:45 to get pricing on two new front tires. Not only did they have matching tires in stock but they were also able to work on my car right away. I spent about an hour in the waiting area and couldn t believe how many phone calls and walk in s Tim, the Goodyear manager, had to handle! He was efficient, courteous and professional the entire time! I commended him as I left and he seemed surprised and appreciative that I noticed.Keep up the great work Tim and the rest of the Goodyear team!I will definitely be recommending you to all my friend, family and coworkers! :)

Entire staff is so very cooperative.I had two front tires replaced and aligned there... they were completely worned out and Chuck did a phenomenal job providing the best results on time.Although it was their lunch time they understood the urgency and took care of my time constraint. Very grateful and appreciative for their generosity.I was on the road to Tampa within 45 min!!
