Godspeed is the only place we will take our Jeep. Tried two other places to fix a problem, couldn't do it. We were recommended to Godspeed. They got us in, fixed the issue first time, and at a very reasonable price. Have been back since for other work, always excellent work at a fair price. They are forthright in their advice and suggestions. We would highly recommend Godspeed, especially to anyone who owns Jeep, but also for regular work on anything with wheels. Can not say enough good things about the entire crew.

Visited this business because it is close to my home. Paid extra to have a Sunrider top installed by online company I had bought it from. It leaked and rattled horribly! Went to Godspeed to fix it. They were able to get me in quickly and professionally. Learned my lesson! Fast forward 3 months and someone had dented in my front bumper and left the scene. Decided with Godspeed s advice to get a steel bumper. It would have been the same price I would have paid to get a new plastic one from Jeep manufacturer! They got me in quickly and I love it! It is sturdier and much safer. Will definitely go back to them when I replace the back bumper with a steel one. Highly recommend them. I love my Jeep!

GodSpeed was incredible to work with. Reid was very knowledgeable about the products and options available. They made the process very easy and did a awesome job on my Jeep Gladiator. I had them install a lift, tires and wheels as well as fenders and everything turned out great.

I brought my Wrangler into GodSpeed recently because it wasn't braking like it should. I wasn't 100% sure of what was happening so when I brought it there the owner told me that they would start looking at it right away and that's exactly what they did. The owner gave me a call, explained the issue, and without me asking, sent me pictures of what was wrong with my rotors/brake pads so I could see firsthand (I attached to this review). I have never had any other shop willingly do that for me. I am confident in saying that this shop can be trusted for any service work, aftermarket upgrades, etc. I have done both here now and will continue to do so for the life of my Jeep.

2.5 years ago I spent over 25k customizing my brand new Gladiator at this shop. The owner was unorganized, and rude at times during the build. However, the finish product was quite good. Fast forward to a month ago and I needed follow up work that is covered under factory warranty. Once again the owner was unorganized, and rude. . Not only that, after several calls,the owner was unwilling to help me with the work. (I was hoping something may have improved regarding customer service since the original build, but no such luck)I have since chosen a different shop, that made the repair while I waited and made arrangement with the parts supplier and had it covered under warranty.

I'm VERY HAPPY that I brought both of my Jeeps to Godspeed. They have the knowledge, advice, & ideas to help me make some decisions for my TJ & JKU.I decided to sell my JKU & Godspeed did a GREAT job of detailing & polishing her up to get her ready.My TJ is STRUTTING around town now after her Godspeed makeover. Detailing, polishing, removing old peeling window tint, refinishing a section of dashboard, removing interior rust, adding interior rhino lining... you wouldn't know she's a '98 & I'm falling in love all over again.Thanks for a stress-free, personalized customer experience.See you soon to add more fun to the TJ!

If you want your Jeep or truck customized this is definitely the place to go! We have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler, bought new, with over 100k miles. It was in really rough shape. The choice was get rid of it or update it. Since it runs very well, is paid for, and new ones are crazy expensive we chose to update. Unfortunately, other than seeing what we like, we aren t very knowledgeable about all the options to choose from so we needed someone to suggest, explain, and help us understand instead of someone to just install whatever we happened to pick out, right or wrong. So who do you trust? We shopped around, talked to other places, and then visited GodSpeed. Reid is absolutely the right man for the job! We told him and Danielle the look we were going for and knew instantly they were honest and love what they do. He offered suggestions, gave us less expensive options to choose from, told us what we needed and what we didn t, what would work and what wouldn t, what would look right and what wouldn t, and once we made our choices he did a magnificent job on every bit of the work he did. People keep telling us they love our new Jeep and are shocked when we tell them it s a 2008 with over 100k miles and that we ve owned from day one. People on the road have actually sped up and slowed down just to look at our gorgeous new Jeep. If possible we d rate GodSpeed 10 stars!

Cant say enough about God Speed from their excellent customer service to the Professional service I received!!! Not only Did Reed (The Owner) go over every detail to explain what was needed to make my jeep 100% . I have been to many auto shops and have never felt in better hands as I did with them. From price to the quality of work!! Don't look any further!!! !God speed is a Gem its by far the best place for service ,quality and price!!

Had these guys remove factory parts on my jeep and replace them with a lift kit and everything they possibly recommended to improve the driving capabilities of this Jeep Wrangler. Spent over $5000 and it still doesn t drive good. The customer service in their shop is great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the owner has a terrible attitude. Danielle was also a pleasure to work with but I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone based on the experiences and conversations I ve had with the owner.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM Friday morning when this place opened, to have 4 new tires that I bought, mounted and balanced. They didn t call me to pick up my truck until almost 4 PM and then Reid charged me $350.00!!!. (almost 3 times the average rate anywhere else!!) they did not even replace the valve stems And to add salt to the wound, my drivers window was off the track when I came to pick up my truck. If you see this place on Clark rd., keep driving, it will save you money. I don t know how you run a business like this because I ll never come back and everybody I know I will tell them to stay away from this place.

I can't say enough about Godspeed Offroad. The owner Reid is very knowledgeable about Jeeps. The technician's, Dan and Mike deliver quality work..In the front office is Daniella who's customer service is outstanding.I recently had a new tie rod and drag link installed on my Jeep. I created a problem for myself which was not foreseen. The steering stabilizer was contacting the lower radiator bracket when I ran over speed bumps.I called Reid and he was just as curious and concerned about the problem that he had me come back the next morning to see if there was a work around.I ended up purchasing a lift to fix the problem (which I was planning to do in the future)Lift was installed within a couple of days. It is awesome! Went back today for a retorque and added the rear trackbar relocation bracket.I love the work they have done on my Jeep. Its drives amazing and looks awesome.I couldn't be more satisfied.Thank you to everyone at GodSpeed Offroad. If your looking to modify your Jeep or Truck I highly recommend them.

Absolutely great people to work with. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Went above the call of duty to get lift kit and rims done by a specific time the first visit. Second visit a few hiccups out of their control and again they rearranged their scheduling to get Jeep done by a specific time. Their work is excellent and very honest and I would highly recommend them.

Reed worked on my recently purchased jeep about a week ago and replaced a few different components (shocks, control arms, etc). Today, I had an unrelated issue and decided to swing by the shop while running errands. I was really discouraged and worried that there was going to be another repair needed. Reed had no issues taking a look, tightening some stuff here and there, and taking a test drive with me. He really took his time fine tuning everything and making sure I was happy. He also recommended I try to get something covered by my warranty rather than trying to sell me something. I really appreciated that he took time out of his day On a Saturday (without an appointment) to make sure I was satisfied. They have earned my business without a doubt. Thank you!

I had a great experience purchasing a Jeep Gladiator from GodSpeed Off-Road. The jeep has a bunch of modifications that were professionally done at their shop and everything works perfectly. The Gladiator drives and looks great. I look forward to working with Reed and his crew on future modifications and would highly recommend GodSpeed Off-Road

I could not be happier with the craftmanship and attention to detail Reid and his crew put into the installation of a premium 6 inch lift kit with new wheels and tires. They went above and beyond what was anticipated exceeding my expectations by a long shot. Reid's experience and education showed well when assisting with selections, what would preform and look best for my make and model truck. Most importantly their level of customer service is second to none in any industry.

I took my jeep to 3 different shops because it was making a lot of grinding crunching noise which was worse when in 4-wheel drive. they all told me I needed a new transfer case and front axle. Reed at Godspeed took a quick look and said my front drive shaft was about to fall out. I left it with him for a week and he fixed tons of stuff! Rides 1,000 times better now and no noises. Godspeed is a Godsend! I'll be taking her back to the gang at Godspeed from here on out. they know their stuff and charge a fair price. 35,000

Reid is not to be trusted. I had a lift on my wrangler. He sold me shocks fo 600.00 that were included in the kit I bought and charged an additional 400.00 plus for installation that he told me would be 7 to 8 hundred without any authorization. BELIEVE ME HE STUCK ME FOR AN EXTRA 1000.00. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. He s a good talker but don t trust him.

Excellent professional service with Reid, Danielle, and Shawn. They really pimped my Jeep into one BADASS JEEP!!! What came out of God Speed is absolutely remarkable, it doesn t even look like the same jeep . Reid gets a vision no matter we re he s sitting and comes out with a masterpiece. I lost my wife in January and she couldn t stand my jeep, but she knew how much I loved my jeep and she would of loved the way it turned out. So much thanks to the crew at God Speed for making my dreams come through and definitely PIMPING MY RIDE. I really appreciate it y all!!!!

I brought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to this shop and I was more than impressed with the installation of my aftermarket lights. You can really tell that they're not only excellent at their craft, but they also care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me. I definitely recommend getting your Jeep work done here.

Was thinking about having some work done on my jeep and shopping around town to find a place to do it. I was told it was a good place to bring a jeep to. When I walked in I noticed that the show room was very small and there was not many parts there after speaking with my friend I was expecting something much bigger. While I was there, someone was talking about their jeep sitting for more than two weeks the amount they were being charged and how it was not fixed correctly then I heard somebody who works there on the phone yelling out 4 letter words one after another. I don t think that person noticed that I was there. I was going to bring my son with me because he loves jeeps thank god I didn t there is no way that I would have wanted him to hear that language. Needless to say I slipped out of there as fast as I could. I honestly can t say anything about the quality of their work because after hearing that tirade and the customer complaining there was no way that I would feel comfortable having them work on my jeep.

I called them today, the 2nd of January to see what it would cost to get my alignment done properly on my 2020 Tundra, instead of professionalism and respect I expected I got"Yeah?", I asked him what it would cost do an alignment and he laughed and said "On my day off, 4,000 dollars" I told him that his google hours say he's open till 2PM today to which he gave me an attitude saying "I deserve a day off after working the whole year" If this is how unprofessional you are with handling (albeit inconvenient conversations) phone calls with a customer you bet your behind that you're not professional in the shop and I will not be trusting my $50,000 truck with you.STAY AWAY.Update to owners, I have proof that I called you on January 2nd at exactly 11:13 AM. The only shop I called that day because it had listed on line that you were open.

Got my Jeep regeared at GodSpeed. Great customer service and very honest guys. Mark and Jeff do an awesome job. Would recommend this shop for all Your Jeep projects.
