I went in and got an estimate then call back a few days later and the guy running this place tells me he is on the other line and will call me back. I wait a couple of days and get no call back. I then call again and this time I leave a message, no return call. I guess my job wasn't big enough since it wasn't some major collision. Either way, a call back to tell me you don't want to do the job would have been sufficient.

Rude and useless. Called to get some work done and the owner just said I don t do that and hung up. Maybe offer a referral instead? Either way, would not do business with him.

Steve Girouard is amazing - talented - THE MAN - MYTH - LEGEND! This car would not be what it is without him and his team!!! They spent countless hours prepping, wet sanding and waiting for materials to shrink to ensure a flawless job. After the Lambo Titanium Silver color went on it he cleared it then cut and buffed it including the firewall.....Take your next project there without hesitation... Look at these photos. This wasn't the low bid in Sarasota....this isn't a LOW bid paint job and I could not be any MORE satisfied with the fantastic results! So many people keep asking who painted the car that I decided to put Steve's name on the windshield photo attached :) ... photos don't do the car justice. MANY THANKS TO YOU STEVE!!!

Steve and his team were great. They communicated with me and my insurance company regularly.Replaced the radiator and fixed all the front-end damage.Looks like new and drives perfect. Thanks again

They did such an amazing job fixing my 2015 Nissan Altima - front and back. It looks like I just drove it off the car lot brand new! Also, 5 stars for friendly, expedient service and thank you guys for recommending I find my own headlights @ ebay so I could bring them to you and save a little money that way. Most companies just go after the consumer for as much money as they can squeeze out of them. I trust this body shop! Would recommend them to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

My window randomly fell down into my door, and I took it in to get looked at to at least see if we could get it put back in place. I pulled up and immediately they helped to try and get it back into place. Since it was a bad motor in the window, I brought it in the next day, and it was finished within 30 minutes. It was a fix repaired quickly and effectively and for a great price. I highly recommend this shop. Very satisfied.

We recently had our Mazda CX5 repaired at this shop and the work was professionally done in a timely manner. Steve (the owner) took the time to answer all of our questions, and he is a guy that will always go the extra mile to make a customer happy. I would highly recommend this shop and it is where we will be bringing our vehicles from now on.

OH MY GOD! This guy Steve is amazing. I've never been treated so fairly in my life. What a gentleman. I'd trust him with any member of my family. He even fixed my sons door handle when we were told it was not possible. One Word - GENIUS!

Steve Girouard is one of a kind! He does great work and takes pride in what he does. He does almost all the important work himself. His work is always perfect. He also knows how to save the customer's money by fixing parts rather than replacing them. This is just good for the customer. It doesn't put any more money in his pocket. His is the only shop that I will ever use for body work for any one of my cars. You can't go wrong using him for your body work.
