Buying our G90 was the best experience we had buying a car. We loved our salesman, John and finance guy Steven. John and Sam did a great job running through all the car amenities. I would definitely buy another Genesis. Service was top notch!!!

Was on a trip and service recommendation popped on my G80 HUD. Booked online for next day, showed up a few minutes late (traffic). Patrick was still awesome and got me in and out quick w oil change and inspection. Professional, fair and fast. Not pushy on small issue inspection found (air filter). Recommend.

I ve had my Genesis nearly a year.. I love it. Had in for Service a few times and feel it s important to mention how amazing Christopher Lewis in service is. He always comes out and greets me and has been very accommodating with my service needs. Christopher is a huge asset to Gettel!Love all of the features in my Genesis GV70. It is such a beautiful vehicle and very impressive. I came in NYE. Santiago Vazquez, the sales rep, greeted me upon entering the building with a big smile. He was so fun to work with. He s extremely knowledgeable and has a real passion for helping people. I felt very comfortable working with him right away. I initially came in to see the G70, but it was too small for my husband. Santiago showed me the suv and I loved it even more than the sedan. It s so fun to drive and gets a lot of attention. Santiago spent a great deal of time with me and all of the cool features. My husband and mom loved my new Genesis so much they both bought new Genesis the same week! Also shoutout to Glenn Collignon. He is full of energy and made the finance/warranty part a breeze. He was able to get me in nice comfortable payments. Jorge Arrazola, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He was involved every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with Santiago, Glenn, and Jorge to anyone!

Was in for warranty service for A/C evaporator leak. Was given a loaner car right away when dropping off since repair would not be complete for several days. Much better service than I experienced at Tampa Courtesy Hyundai/Genesis who sold me the car. Gettel also previously fixed knocking sound in sun roof that the other dealer tried to fix and failed. Shop and service reps are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kept me up to date as repair was performed. Happily recommend Gettel.

I did not write this review right after the huge fiasco they call "car buying" was done. I waited to clear my head and am now ready to write the most horrendous review I have ever given. This car-buying event ended up with me happy about a new vehicle, only to be left stranded at Sam's Club parking lot 36 hours later after driving it off the lot because all of a sudden it went from running awesome to not starting. This nice family stayed with me, trying to jump my 4Runner for over an hour. Refused to take money from me up to when the tow truck driver arrived. The tow guy was extremely nice and even gave me a ride home after dropping off my new 4Runner. Then the tow guy refuses to take any money. So there are two cases with people I have never met and they all went out of their way to help me. The next day, Gettel Genesis gave me a very vague answer to what was wrong but was assured they knew what they were doing. TWO WEEKS go by and the 4Runner still won't run, they had no idea what they were doing and had to arrange for the 4Runner to be brought over to Gettel Toyota in Lakewood Ranch to install/program a new ECU, got it running, and was brought back to Gettel Genesis to be signed off. I got my 4Runner back for about a week and one day, driving on all the roads I normally drive on, somehow the rear driver-side shock blew out, NO CLUE how that can even happen. So I have to slowly bring the 4Runner back to Gettel Genesis. Once again, they took a week to find out they needed to send it back to Toyota, AGAIN. Toyota has had it for about 10 days and at this point, for the duration of time, Gettle Genesis or Gettel Toyota, and Sarasota Toyota had my 4Runner longer than I had. They fixed the automatic side step on the driver's side, which I pointed out when first looking at the vehicle, they claimed they didn't even know about the side-step even being there. So this series of numerous extra added stressful events to my life when there was no more room for added stressful events. This is where it gets good. While I was there to take my 4Runner back home, I overheard a few guys in the service dept talking and one of them said that all the work they found, all that had to be done to it before being signed off for the sales team, was already brought to sales and the sales Manager or management team said to leave it as is and just sell it. They sold it to me, knowing ALL the things they knew were not functioning properly, but didn't care and wanted it out of their laps. I am a disabled veteran, I gave my sales guy a military patch that was the Florida state flag subdued. The GM Jorge (who knew everything that wasn't fixed) even came over to me talking like he gave a hoot about customer satisfaction. I was entirely played by Gettel Genesis. By the sales team, by the service team... I am left with the absolute unresolved feeling that every time I get out of my 4Runner, it won't start again. I bought it for the reliability factor. 2014 4Runner Limited with less than 90k miles on it. This was by far the most horrendous car-buying event I have ever encountered. Esp hearing the service guys' remarks about them knowing what was wrong before selling it... I am utterly appalled by this dealership and I will not recommend Gettel Genesis of Sarasota to ANYONE.

^^^Best Service Experience***Booked a last minute appointment for my final free factory maintenance on my 22 Genesis GV70. The Ft Myers and Naples Genesis dealers were weeks out for drive in service and nearly 2 months out for valet service (where they pickup and drop back off your vehicle). Ryan was about to get me in next day at the Genesis of Sarasota location. I arrived on Saturday for my appointment. I was created by Chris Lewis. He spent time discussing the options for my service. He made me feel very confident I picked the right dealer to service my vehicle.. He was by far the best most accommodating Genesis service manager I have ever experienced. He offered to order us an Uber to and from breakfast near the beach. Which we took him up on it while our vehicle was being serviced. When we arrived back, he was there spending time with us to go over the work that was performed. I would say Chris Lewis is one of the best assets this dealership has. Sales is how you may get a new client, but service from gentlemen like Chris Lewis is how you keep a client for life!

My experience has been subpar. I've brought my GV 80 there several times, communications are lacking. My passenger door hinge broke it was on back order. Did not hear back called them. Called them. I felt like service tech couldnt care less. Left a message for service manager never heard back. l live in Venice but will drive it down to Naples to get it fix

Incredible experiences here. I didn t even purchase my genesis vehicle at this dealership yet they still provide incredible, personalized, first rate service. Chris helped check me in for my service and, even though i showed up on the wrong day, they got me in quickly! Ryan was communicative and helped provide excellent personalized service. Everyone is friendly and professional beyond accommodating! Highly recommend for any and all your auto-related needs, especially for Genesis drivers.

I had such an amazing experience. Manes ,Elizabeth was very helpful in all aspects of the car buying process that was needed. She was really helpful explaining to me what was needed , she clarified everything from the start. Really great pricing and most importantly was the level of professionalism. I was blown away. If you re looking for good pricing and professionalism she is the one !

I Had appointment for first thing in the morning came in right on time and spoke with the salesman about the car, I was interested in Santiago was very nice. My cars trade in value was Appraised it was an extreme lowball Felt like I was being talked to and treated like a child sales manager Jorge was very blunt and Gave me there logic about my car and why it Was priced at 5 thousand dollars below the Kelly blue book value very disappointing as I was very interested in the car. I was hoping for a better sales experience as I have had at other dealers this was not one of those experiences and by the end of it felt disrespected and like my time was wasted

My first service experience at Gettel. Although would prefer an independent Genesis dealership, the service was excellent. Ryan provided all the necessary arrangements including a loaner G80. The issue with my GV70 was rectified quickly

My 2019 Genesis G80 was towed to your facility because my power steering was not working- Video from mechanic confirmed the wiring harness was damaged and the power steering unit looked fine, but said the mechanic we recommend that the power steering unit be replaced because the undercarriage protection cover screw showed too much damage and the undercarriage had a significant scrape. I replied that I ran over a curb a month ago and the steering was working fine for the last 1,000 miles and the car had no electrical issues until now, and that obviously the undercarriage protection shield had done it s job; and protected the expensive part . It still was intact and exactly in the same place from the day it was built . I asked if you could try just fix the wire harness being that this was the remedy of another mechanic who also reviewed the same video you sent. I was told that fixing the wire harness @ Gettel was not an option. Cost quoted by Gettel was $7500. Cost to repair wire harness by other repair shops ranged from $500- $ 700 of which all was labor. Now, I needed to have my car towed from your dealership again to another repair shop. The car was repaired in 2 hours and the power steering is working fine two weeks and 500 miles later. Repairing a vehicle should not be a difficult concept to grasp. Instead your dealership decided to use the lowest common denominator solution in the hope of selling me something which was not needed. While wasting a lot of time and creating a lot of inconvenience for me and my family over the holidays. Coffee and cookies and a clean car after an oil or brake change is nice but your job is to also fix our vehicles not just maintain them and default to ripping your clients off anytime a repair falls outside your checklist. The car was brought in to fix and issue , instead I watched a demonstration on why I needed front brakes and speculation about a small amount of crude buildup near the engine block before my issue as to why my vehicle was up on the lift in the first place. Common sense was left of the 29 point checklist . I had nothing but good things to say about your Acura dealership in a previous review, but since your Genesis dealership treated me this way, I lack confidence in your company s business practices and will not be returning for service or a sale..

Just amazed at the service and the respect that was displayed at the service. I scheduled an oil change and rotation online for a Saturday. The Genesis Specialist was off. They went overboard on getting me taken care of. Made me feel extraordinary privileged. This will be MY dealership. They gave me another Genesis to use and it was dynamic. The Genesis in Naples where we bought the car offered me Uber. Gettel Genesis is first class

Our Sales Specialist Santiago has been available to assist us at every turn, making sure that we were comfortable with all the GV-70's elaborate technical features and helping to set them up. He has always been available to get answers to questions and he has touched base with us every few of months.At the 12 month maintenance service that we had, the Service Department was efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with.

We financed through genesis and that experience has not been very good at all requiring hours on the phone to straighten out our account every month. We appreciate the offer from Michael the finance offer and recognize this is not on the dealership but when we buy a luxury vehicle we expect the same from finance. It is frustrating that we need to call finance every month to straighten out our account and now they eliminated their Saturday customer help for finance. This not how car financing should work.

Really like the Service Advisor Ryan. Still waiting to hear back from him regarding a warranty issue on the steering wheel. Also, I was told that I would be contacted regarding the damage to the side of the GV80 door when it was serviced

They do have inventory for sale. Genesis is a good car but Gettle does not understand customer service or delivery of your car. Genesis is an upscale brand but they treat their upscale customers just like they are buying a lower priced car. The cars they deliver are dirty and still have all the factory stickers still attached.When you get a loaner, the auto is usually dirty.

Hard to make an Ppointment. Called at noon on a Friday and was told I'd get a call back. I had to call back on Monday to get an appointment over 3 weeks out. 2nd or 3rd time I had a problem getting a call back.I'd like to take my GV80 somewhere else but nothing is close.

Our experience at Gettel Genesis was outstanding! From the moment we walked in and were met by Robert Ricker, our salesman until we walked out with the keys to our new Genesis, it was a totally pleasant experience. Robert obviously knows his product and had a no pressure demeanor. He listened to our wants and answered our questions. We had a tutorial before we left and he helped to sync some key features of the car. Since our purchase, we have received follow up calls to offer further tutorials and free services. We will certainly partake!As for the physical space the entire building is immaculate! And all people there were friendly and service oriented. We would definitely send our family and friends to Gettel Genesis in Sarasota!!!
