I recently purchased a classic VW beetle from this establishment from another state. I can say the transition was seamless. They were very helpful and understanding of my reservations buying from someone that I do not know and I hadn t seen the car. They sent me videos and lots of information about them and who I was dealing with. I can say I love my car it was exactly as described in a great price. I would recommend anybody do business with this company. They are very friendly, professional and help the transition go very smoothly.

I PCS'd overseas with the NAVY for 3 years. I used Florida Classic Car Storage to store my prized Muscle Car. Frank took care of me like family, very personal attention. I felt confident in the facility being secure and my car being stored in a climate controlled environment. When I came home for visits I would call Frank let him know I'm home for a short time and I want to drive my car. I would show up and frank would have the car ready to go. When I had to leave Frank would be there waiting for me to drop off my car to go back into storage. Frank is a good guy, he will take care of you and your car. I looked for a long term facility to store my muscle car, none of them impressed me. Franks facility on the other hand from first visit with the Quality types of vehicles that were being stored, Ferrari, Porsche, Muscle cars, new and rare old classics, Harley's, Boats, I knew I found my place. Frank will always have my respect, he took care of me above and beyond your typical business. He treated me like family I really could not have been happier and it was less thing I had to worry about when I was overseas.Paul Zavada

Frank does a wonderful job of caring for all the vehicles in his garage. Battery tenders, full gas tanks, oil changes, etc. Above and beyond the air conditioned storage and personal security. They only need to get more space so they can take care of more people and their vehicles.

Because we were not able to travel to Florida, our BMW had been standing outside our condo for almost a year and could not be driven. The helpful folk at Florida Classic Car Storage moved it to their facility, got it running and did the necessary repairs to make it roadworthy again. Bravo!

Frank is a great, honest guy who takes care of your car like it was his own. This is a reasonably-priced option for car storage in a very central downtown location. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing! I stored my car at FCCS for 4 months while overseas. The website indicates that they have airport pick-up and drop-off as part of their services. Yes, no charge for taking us to the airport, but 2 days before I returned from New Zealand I received an e-mail that there would be a $30 charge (never mentioned, written or on website). Also, that I needed to have the money for the pick-up and car detail at the time of the pick-up. I asked Frank if the storage fee would be prorated (as I paid $240 per month, but only stored the car for 13 days) and that I wanted receipts. He said that I would get a refund and the receipts, but he had to call the office. I never recieved a call from Frank, but 2 calls from me later He tells me that they don't prorate partial months I am still waiting for receipts. He then went on to tell me about his overhead and espenses-not my problem. I just want to know know up front what the fees are and HONESTY. Terrible customer service, after paying more than $1,200 for 4 1/2 months of storage, I would expect more.

I moved to this area recently, and I took my 1980s Alfa Romeo to a guy named Ray here at FCCS as he allegedly has a particular affinity for the Alfa marque. The problem was that the AC and the radio had cut off at the same time while I was driving, and evidently a fuse blew or a wiring connection corroded in this 30-yr-old car. He ended up charging me SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS to trace the wires and find the problem, which is realistically 1/4 the value of the car. He was unable to point to the exact spot where he physically made the repair, but only said "something in the harnessing came apart" (direct quote). Included in the billed hours was time spent on internet chat sites asking advice and questions to other hobbyists. Mind you there was no work done to the AC system or the radio; it was just finding a bad connection. What does one do? I had no leverage, though after I protested, he came down to $500.I relayed this info to my former Alfa mechanic back in California who has been working exclusively on Alfas since the 1970s, and his response was that it shouldn't take any competent mechanic--Alfa specialist or not--more than 1 hour at the outside extreme to trace a wire problem on a simple car like this. Maddening!Adding insult to injury, my previously tear-free leather seats now have a large rip across the bottom of the driver's side seat as a result of less-than-optimum care while working under the dash. Further, the center console bezel was evidently removed, haphazardly thrown on the floor face down, and dragged across the concrete as it was stepped upon: there is now a 5" gash where the light bleeds through the otherwise opaque black bezel when the dash panel is illuminated at night.Overall a terrible experience. After having been here in Florida for a few years now, I have gained a new appreciation for the various Alfa mechanics back in Southern California.
