Special thanks to the entire staff at Encore. Kendra in sales was so professional and polite. She really went the extra mile. Guy the manager was fair in negotiations and honest as well. I buy a lot of cars and this dealership was probably my most positive experience ever. Oh and I love my new to me 911!

I can't say enough good things about the repair shop at Encore Motorcars. Scott was my service technician. I recently took my 2014 Infiniti Convertible to them for help in fixing the inoperable convertible top. My local Infiniti dealer quoted a repair cost of $4,000 which would involve major electronics replacement. Instead, Encore, after troubleshooting the problem, were able to simply reload the software into the existing system and the car is now working as good as new. They did this without replacing any parts. And, they ended up charging me less than $600. What a bargain!If you have a car with a problematic convertible top, make sure you visit this shop.They're the best!

Chris Jett did all the work for me before I even left Virginia Beach Va. to come get the car. Flew in to Sarasota, picked up the convertible from Chris, drove it to Flagler Beach FL. and put it in the garage (I recently became a snowbird). Thank you Chris and Encore Motorcars for making everything so easy!

Stopped in to check out a car that caught my eye and met one of the owners, Nick I believe. He was very informative and helpful, and I took the vehicle for a test drive. He provided me with an Experian Auto Check report and a CarFax for the car. I would definitely check them out in the future, and suggest you do also.

Working with Chris Jett was easy and the process of purchasing was seamless. Being an out of state buyer came with minor adjustments due to out of state financing. Initially planned to have our 2011 Lexus IS350C with less than 24k miles shipped but decided to fly to Sarasota pick it up and drive back to GA. The process was quick and efficient. We were satisfied with the representation of the condition upon arriving the vehicle condition looked as pictures described and mileage checked out. We look forward to years of enjoyment from this beauty. In December, bought a 2016 jeep renegade 41k miles for $16k (KBB). This vehicle was slated to be a gift for me daughter this summer when she goes off to college.1/22, I called to inquire if they knew when the last oil change was done. They had no record!1/24, we took the vehicle to another dealership for inspection. To my surprise, they found that the vehicle has had a moderate/serious accident on the passenger side. Strange, since it was NOT disclosed. Also strange, now the accident shows on a Carfax, but wasn't showing at time of purchase. Completely, explains why the vehicle drove horribly on the interstate.WE DROVE FOR 1 MONTH, 1,300 MILES. LOST $7,000...THANKS ENCORE FOR RIPPING US OFF!PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US UNLESS YOU ARE OFFERING TO COVER THE MONEY WE'VE LOST BY HAVING TO TRADE THE PEICE OF JUNK.(UNDERSIDE STILL HAD BENT ITEMS FROM THE UNDISCLOSED, OLD ACCIDENT)

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from John Steinhauser a week ago. Encore motorcars Is definitely the place to go for any high end used vehicles. Our experience was hands-down the best customer service experience we have ever had. So many people have probably their worst experience in customer service buying a car. Let s face it can be A very stressful experience. From there first phone call all the way through to the day we picked up our vehicle we were treated like family. Such a unpleasant service. From the time getting the appointment for service. The forgot we are the customers, no manners.Took long time while, the car didn t have so much to do! My Audi Q7 TDI, had some issues which were common considering the mileage. I went to the Audi dealer and they wanted an astronomical amount of $$$$ to fix a very minor problem. I decided to go to Encore Motors for the repair, from the moment I scheduled to my arrival there was proper communication. Charles the service manager, took great care of vehicle and everything completed with-in 2 hours at half the price $$ of the dealer, cleaned and ready to go . Bought my car here. Chris (salesman) is phenomenal. No pressure and was refreshing to work with. Went as far to replace the tires on the car as the ones on it, basically new where of a poor quality. My initial experience with the Scott Rogers went well and he provided the information I needed to make the purchase of my dream car. Obviously I had some reservations about buying a car without having actually seeing it. They clearly had experience in these kind of transactions.The first day of driving my new to me car the engine locked up due to lack of oil. As part of our deal I wanted to make sure all of the service was done and that the car had new tires which Scott had provided.This happened on September 27th and I notified Scott about the problem and that is when the finger pointing started. Encore motorcars couldn't get away from the car fast enough. They just ensured me in writing that the car had been serviced and was "ready to go". Encore Motorcars apparently doesn't have a procedure to check vehicles out. A "check list" to make sure the car is truly ready for the new buyer. It had been serviced by a Dodge dealer in Florida and they only put 5 quarts of oil in the vehicle, it holds 11. To Chrysler's credit they did installed a brand new complete motor and I received the car back on December 20th.I notified Scott on November 26th that I still didn't have my car back, still wasn't satisfied that they hadn't stood behind the their promises and asked that they give my money back. No response. I never got a vehicle to drive while this one was being worked on, no compensation to reimburse me for my expenses and loss of use. Nothing.I really hate using a form like this against companies. We all have problems that don't need to be aired like this. They didn't give me a choice. I didn't buy the vehicle from the dodge dealer I bought it from them. They completely passed if off as someone else's problem. I am posting this late to make sure I'm not doing it out of anger. However, I am still frustrated and hurt. I saved, put kids through college and finally splurged to buy my dream car. I am really disturbed that Encore Motorcars has done absolutely nothing to make it right.

My truck decided enough was enough. I had the pleasure working directly with Scott Zimmerman. Very knowledgeable and professional. Scott kept me updated on the repair of my truck and the approximate costs. When I went to pick up my truck I was met with a smile . Though I was told over the phone what was wrong, meeting with Scott the repairs made much more since. I will be back if needed for sure. I bought my 2013 Porsche Boxster from Encore MotorCars in Sarasota on 01/18/2019 and was provided a clean Carfax report dated 10/30/2018 with no accidents/damage reported.Today, 07/15/2023, I attempted to trade it in on another vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Myers who printed out an updated Carfax report on my car. Unbeknownst to me a damage report showing minor to moderate damage was reported in chronological order on 07/28/2017 in the Carfax report furnished to me today from Mercedes Benz of Ft. Myers. Upon looking at the original Carfax report I was furnished from Encore MotorCars of Sarasota, this particular entry was not shown. If I had known this information originally I would not have purchased my vehicle. Today was a real eye opener for me and quite frankly I m very disappointed with Encore MotorCars of Sarasota. These are the kind of practices that give car dealers a bad reputation. Buyer beware!

I had researched a little Mercedes they had online, so I headed there to see it in person just a few days ago this week. Chris Jett did not just try to sell me a car but impressed me as to how well he understood me as a buyer and which car would be best for me. Other more expensive cars caught my eye, but he was right--the little SLK250 was "me." Even as I looked at more expensive cars, he was honest and discerning enough to know which one would make me the happiest, even if it was not the most expensive. This meant a lot to me. I told him I would think about it but called within 30 minutes after I left to tell him I wanted it. I went back and bought it and returned the next day to work with Chris again, trading in an old SUV for an Audi SQ5. I had not seen it on the web site, but, thanks to Chris, I got two cars that I absolutely love for the price I had budgeted just for one. Thanks to the right salesperson, they are both perfect for me. I love my cars, and Chris and the nice people there make you feel like friends. They do not pressure, because they do not have to. They have beautiful, well maintained, high-end cars, and the customer service and car knowledge cannot be beaten anywhere else, either. Within a week, I am telling everyone about Encore and what a trustworthy and knowledgeable salesperson Chris Jett is. They give far better deals than the dealerships, and no wonder they have so many repeat customers. I know, because I am already one of them, and plan to keep being.

I drove from Texas to Sarasota Florida to have my convertible top fixed. I was very satisfied with the service. They fixed the top, replaced transmission mounts and fixed two oil leaks. I can t say enough about the service. I would highly recommend Encore. Their service is far superior to any and they have competitive prices. Thank you so much!

We recently purchased a car from Encore. We were there on a Sunday and knew which vehicle we were interested in. The dealership was very busy, but we never felt ignored. John Steinhauser was our sales person. He brought us the keys to take the car for a test drive. He was never high pressure - this place has the luxury of letting the vehicles sell themselves. All the cars on the lot are way above average in terms of looks and with low mileage, however, the pricing is amazing for the quality!!! We wanted to purchase the vehicle, and the entire process, from the time we got there until we left (with the car!! :)) was about two and half hours. Very fast! The bumper needed a little touch up but the only day that could be done was on a day we were not available to take the car in. John went way over above and beyond to help us out - getting the car back for the repair. I could not believe the service we got from him!!! I have purchased several vehicles and this was by far the best experience I have had. I highly recommend John and Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.
