I just bought a car from Ed, Howard Lincoln in Sarasota, Florida. I dealt with Bailey Stinson, who is absolutely terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable patient and answered all of my questions with a high-level of expertise. The overall dealership was similarly terrific and didn t add all of the extra charges. I felt they were very fair in their overall pricing. I recommend them highly without reservation.

My wife and I just purchased our first Lincoln. Our salesman Bailey Stinson worked extremely well with us to find the right vehicle within our budget. We purchased the 2014 nautilis. Beyond purchasing a wonderful vehicle, the service we received during the purchase process was off the charts. Definitely a great business to spend your money with.

We drove an hour to this dealership to see the Black Label Lincoln models they indicated they had in stock on their website, we were seriously considering buying one. We went into the showroom (which had 1 vehicle) as we walked over to look at it we were greeted by a salesman who said it was sold and we couldn t touch it or look in it! I indicated I had seen Black Label models on the website that I was interested in seeing in person. He said they had nothing to show us and everything they had coming in was already sold. A very clear I have no interest in your business message was sent so we left and will never return to that dealership and would suggest no one else bother either as they clearly have no interest in new customers! I have never in my life been treated more rudely and disrespectful by a salesperson!

WOW!!!! What a great experience! Mac was a gem. No pressure no hidden fees (Hyundai dealer was adding 5K in fees and no warranty). Great price on the car. Great price on my trade. What more could I ask for? I looked for days and didn't find a better deal on a certified pre owned car. Bought a 2020 and got a two year warranty. Don't hurt your head looking.........just go to Ed Howard and relax. See you next time. I will be back.

Absolutely A WONDERFUL experience purchasing my used SUV from Ed Howard.Very pleased with the SUV.BUT what even more important is that Ed Howard is fair and honest dealer.THEY PLAY NO GAMES. They charge just one fee along with Tag/Title.Other dealers charge multiply fee on top of thier prices, $1000s of dollars.NOT Ed Howard's..... i will always recommend to my friends and neighbors.thank you,Frank a

Frankie was excellent. My partner and I came in one afternoon looking to purchase 2 Navigators. He made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner so as not to have to wait. It was as smooth a transaction as I ve ever had at any dealer, ever!

First time customers! We had a very good experience with the service team before, during and after our service. Before our scheduled appointment we experienced some issues with our car. We phoned the service group and they allowed us to stop by just to ensure the vehicle was safe and that we could wait a few days until our actual appointment. Justin ran some diagnostics and told us we were fine to drive it until our appointment. When we returned for the appointment, we asked if anyone was available to take us to do some errands. Dave was available and did a great job of driving us to a couple of stops. We had lunch and called Dave to pick us up. He was amazing - so friendly and helpful.Because we were going to have to leave our car, Lanora organized an Enterprise rental for us. Everything was seamless. Our vehicle was serviced after just over a week and we were contacted to pick it up.Lenora again had paperwork all organized when we arrived and all went very smoothly. We were offered (and accepted!) waters from the impressive customer lounge area and we were on our way.Great experience - we will continue to be loyal customers!Robert and Mary Martin

I came to this dealership last month to trade a vehicle, I didn't tell them what I owed, but somehow, they contacted my bank and was able to get the payoff. I found that a little strange as I did not give permission. We couldn't make a deal last time, but I was satisfied enough to know I would give them another chance someday. Today was that day, and I couldn't be more disappointed. We spoke with a salesperson and he asked our name so he could find our original dealer, unfortunately he wasn't there. As we were speaking with a different salesman, a manager called for him, and our guy left us immediately and never returned. We walked around the lot for a few more minutes and even passed by the salesman we were speaking with. He looked at us and didn't say one word. This place has a very strange feel, and I will never go back there based on today's event.

Literally the last hour of the year and made a left turn into Ed Howard Lincoln. After test driving 12 other cars throughout the day I m happy to say we made a great last minute decision. They not only stayed open late for us to complete the deal, they worked with us on the financing. This is a great car (Lincoln Aviator) and so far everyone has been absolutely wonderful.

Super nice dealership to work with. Loved our salesman Paul. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Jim Halas, Finance Manager put the best deal together for us. Very pleased with them and I will continue to buy from them!

Sight... this is my story with Ed Howard Lincoln after a very satisfactory car purchasing experience with them. I drove all the way from Miami to Sarasota to buy a 2020 Lincoln continental which i found to be in good shape with low mileages, i just grew tire of dishonest dealerships down here in Miami, so i thought a little further north it could be different, how wrong i was. As i was driving down to Miami i noticed the car was swaying and wobbling a little bit from the rear, also the dashboard leather was coming unglued from the dash, since the car still has the bumper to bumper warranty i decided to take it to Lincoln of Coconut Creek so they could take a look, what worried me the most was the wobble. After an inspection they told me one of the back tires had a flat spot ( this usually happens from the car sitting for too long without moving ) and they recommended to change all four tires since they all look to have cracks and could be dangerous, as well as the rear brake pads were almost gone. Now how can a supposedly certified car be sold with bad tires and rear brakes almost done for. So i called Ed Howard Lincoln again to have them take care of this issue and reimburse me for a set of new Michelin tires and rear brakes. They simply did not take responsibility nor accountability for this and basically ignored my request and told me that Lincoln of coconut creek was trying to sell me new tires and a brake job because when they did the inspection everything checked out. I decided to pay for the set of tires and the rear brake job, yes the tires were bad and the rear brakes were done for, so Lincoln of Coconut Creek was not lying or trying to sell me something i did not need. Suffice to say this is my first and last car i buy from Ed Howard Lincoln.Response from the dealershipThe Continental you purchased was our courtesy car for our service department. It had 17,000 miles on it and was used on a daily basis. When we put it up for sale it was fully inspected by the service manager the week before you purchased it. It did not have a flat spot from sitting and the tires have a warranty that should have covered any defects. It is impossible to have the rear brakes be completely worn out on a front wheel drive car at 17,000 miles as the main wear would be on the front pads which were ok. The dealership you took it to to have the warranty work done did take advantage of you and unfortunately we can't control that. Your car was serviced and inspected before you purchased it. Both the tires and brakes had over 50% wear remaining or we would have replaced them. This is beyond ridiculous, now trying to blame another dealership for your lack of transparency, the tires did have a flat spot as it was stated on the report from Lincoln of Coconut Creek, and the rear brakes were completely worned out, this i saw with my own eyes when they were being replaced. Anyways money comes and goes and i wont lose sleep for the money i had to spend on tires and brakes which should have been in good condition to begin with. It was just a poor financial decision on your part, now not only you lost a customer forever, but i will never recommend your dealership to anyone i know. It will not be fair to others.

Speechless about the poor technician service. We have the Black Label Navigator and it s been back 2x and the change oil message still appears. Car was never washed post service .

Called the parts department, and spoke to Scott Kessler regarding a discontinued part for my 1997 Lincoln Town Car. Scott went out of his way to find said part, and sold and shipped it directly to my residence in SC in two days! 100% would do business with the parts/service department of this dealership again.

Excellent Service Department! My car had a repair that became a safety issue and was going to cost $3700+ to repair. I have always taken my Lincoln to be serviced at a Lincoln dealer and having moved here just over a couple of years, I found Ed Howard Lincoln. They have always done a great job on my vehicle and I have not had any big repairs to be done. This time was different. I went ahead and had them fix the problem and when I arrived to pay for the repairs, Lanora Smiley, (Lincoln Service Queen!) found that my car was still under the Lincoln extended warranty and this repair was covered.I had believed my car was no longer under that warranty due to the date and mileage but she found that it was indeed still covered. She and the service manager, Travis, were able to save me $3490.95!!Ed Howard Lincoln has always had amazing customer service. This time, it was a huge bonus to me, thanks to them!

My wife and I went in to look at a used car the other day. Frankie came out to see us and was super helpful. Most notably, he wasn't pushy. We test drive the car, then sit down to talk price/financing. Everything's going well, and by "well" I mean it's pretty standard for a car buying experience. We go through a couple rounds of pin the tail on the price range. We land on an offer that's pretty competitive and that my wife and I are satisfied with. But like any sensible car buyer, we say we'd like to go have lunch and weigh our options. As many readers might know, walking away from the sales floor of a car dealership often sparks last-minute final offers. So we have a financing estimate in our hands that we're happy with and are ready to walk out, thanking Frankie for his time and letting him know he'll hear from us soon. But Frankie returns with an even better offer to get us to say yes right then and there. I'm guessing there's a strong correlation between people leaving the sales floor and a dealership losing the sale, so they do everything they can to get you to say yes. They really wanted our business, which we appreciated. But we still weren't ready to sign. It was between this car and another one down the road (not that it should matter how many cars we were looking at that day). The latest offer from Frankie was presented as "take it now or it's off the table." Fair enough. But we absolutely were not going to sign anything without talking about it in private. At this point, I thought Frankie and the finance manager had two options. They could say "aww shucks, well then talk it over and let us know if you'd like to go ahead with the second-to-last offer," or they could honor the last-minute offer for an hour while my wife and I talked about it. The finance manager, Jim Halas, decided on a third option, which was to come out from his office and berate me for not taking the take-it-or-leave-it option. I don't know Jim. Maybe he was having a rough day. Maybe he recently lost a loved one. Maybe he was just hungry. It would be unfair to declare Jim a bad person. But Jim had a really bad moment. Rather than let us leave with the second-to-last offer in hand, he decides he wants to lecture me about how business should be done, how it's messed up that we "wasted" their time. It was bizarre and disappointing to have a grown man all but tell me to F off because I didn't want to make a pretty big decision right then and there. Jim walks away. I'm speechless for minute, but then I hand Frankie both offers and tell him he can keep them. Jim's actions were completely out of line, off-putting, rude, and wildly disproportionate for what seemed up until then to be a pretty standard car buying experience. Kudos to Frankie for trying his best to be diplomatic, but Jim took the sale from 50/50 to no chance. I'm not going to sit here and pretend I know what this dealership should or shouldn't do in response to this experience. Clearly they have good reviews otherwise. The best I can do is share my experience and give an honest rating. If Frankie didn't start off the whole experience so well, I'd give 1 star.Update after the dealership's response: At no point did my wife or I say we were ready to sign a deal, no matter how competitive the offer was. Secondly, we had already looked at the second vehicle down the road when we came into Ed Howard Lincoln, which we made perfectly clear to Frankie. As for me laughing at the finance manager, that's a gross misrepresentation of the interaction. I smiled at the finance manager when he introduced himself because smiling is a pretty standard thing to do when you meet someone. The fact that we allowed you to run our credit is a testament to the fact that we were, in fact, taking the offer seriously. We also tried for at LEAST 30 minutes to tell Frankie we needed to go have lunch and think about it. You guys continued to push with more counter offers. At this point, you're making excuses for what was at best a miscommunication, and at worst a customer service failure. Review is now 1 star.

My experience was great. The service department was very nice and helpful. The service was done quickly and correctly. While dealers sometimes get a bad rap regarding cost of service, Ed Howard was very reasonable and I was surprised at how low the bill was. Highly recommend this company.

Took my MKZ in without an appointment with a break relay issue. They identified the problem, a recall issue, got me in and had it repaired in under an hour! Not only that, they identified two other issues and got me on the schedule to get them repaired.

Mike Hillman @Ed Howard Lincoln. I work for America's Veterans and found myself needing a RELIABLE reasonably priced used car, well in my search I found Ed Howard Lincoln purchased a vehicle had a few issues & had to upgrade but in the process Mr. Hillman made sure that I/Veterans had reliable transportation till something more reliable was available. A short time later I was blessed with my 2010 Lincoln MKZ with less than 18,000 miles REALLY! It drives like riding on a cloud, is clean as a whistle & more importantly my guys LOVE it! Mr. Hillman, is a wonderful person, understanding, patient & kind he NEVER hesitates to answer my calls or return my messages, he always made himself available was honest and upfront. I shudder to think what Ed Howard Lincoln would be like without him...or better yet what would've happened to ME...I'm forever grateful for him and ALL he's done, if you're looking for a new or used car call and ask for Mr. Hillman. I'm a customer for life and so is my family

The Service department is outstanding. I have had my MKZ serviced there for the last four years and have dealt directly withthe service manger Lanora Smiley, service manager. I have had many cars serviced over the last 60 years and Lanora stands at the top of the list as far as communication, knowledge and customer first service.

My wife and I went to another Lincoln dealer in Florida. The difference between the two is as different as night and day. From the moment we walked into the Ed Howard dealership the sales and staff were friendly and so helpful. A special shoutout to Paul Palma he was excellent. Jim Halas was so helpful helping my wife and decide how to arrange financing etc. Ed Howard Lincoln is several notches better than any auto dealer I have dealt with and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We are so happy with our new 2023 Lincoln Aviator! Thank you for all you did to make this process painless and easy!

If you are tired of dealing with dealerships that love to add in hidden fees and BS charges like "reconditioning fees & advantage packages with nitrogen filled tires" then stop by Ed Howard Lincoln/Mazda. Its a smaller dealership compared to many others in the Sarasota/Bradenton area but they more than make up for it in customer service and being upfront and honest.Major shoutouts to Austin Ashby and Manager Jon Zimmerman for being courteous, upstanding, and professional which made the purchase of my Infiniti Q50 as smooth as a red hot knife through butter. Dealing with their F&I office was also 0 pressure on additional offerings like extended warranties, no gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics. If other dealerships were like Ed Howard the car buying market would be a much better place and not have the stigma that it usually earns.10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent car buying experience. Frankie, my salesman, demonstrated excellent product knowledge. He was never trying to hard sell me. He let the car and the product speak for itself. He was ready for me when I said I was coming back. My car was completely ready for delivery at the scheduled time.Jim handle the paperwork was efficient and knowledgeable. They didn t try to offer me any third-party after market products.I look forward to being a member of the Ed Howard.I love my car!

Absolutely the best. Our service advisor was kind, friendly, understanding, very knowledgeable, and efficient. She got our car into service quickly and the tech was on it in short order. At one point our service advisor brought me into the shop to have the tech explain the problem and solution in person. He was great. After the repair was completed they gave us a complimentary car wash ( in & out) and we were on our way. Oh- by the way, the bill was very reasonable - less than I expected. All-in-all, I rate them A+Ron

Bailey was a very professional and helpful salesperson. He even drove to Miami and back to pick up my new car. The entire sales process was easy , efficient and quick.I had to change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The dealer upsold me on the surface protection warranty for approx another 1K. I was told that this was a FORD warranty that ALL Ford or Lincoln dealers would honor. Although the warranty covers tree sap, I had a nightmare experience getting my local dealer AUTONATION in Clearwater to honor this. I had to file a claim through the third party. After 3.5 weeks, I am still awaiting resolution to getting the sap off my brand new Aviator. The third party can't get to my car for 2-3 months. BUYER BEWARE with this "extra" warranty. I got ripped off.
