0 stars, ZERO..AVOID..Don't let an insurance company tell you this is the only approved shop.. THATS STEERING.. 3 weeks in the shop..3 points of impact..1 was completely ignored...now the driver side is already RE-ESTIMATED to completely re-do the absolutely horrible body work. Passenger side left incomplete and the shop charged approximately $700 more than the corporate regional shop liason/manager ..he told me the repairs were $1100.. I was charged over $1600.. have it all in writing....the corporate estimator (from insurance company) that re-wrote the estimate is paying for my vehicle to be repaired AGAIN, I'll have my 1600/ passenger side refunded, per my attorney..but it's not the point, is it? 3 weeks, & garbage work, my drive side back door is actually warped. There are ripples in the skin, little points, orange peel texture, & dimples. The mgr Robert Bruno ignored my calls, but corporate didn't.., & the insurance company is making them repay what was paid, & pay for my new repairs.Stephanie, who on the day of, claimed " no knowledge " & " not my account " never once did she try to help me, fix it, figure out why the 3rd area wasn't repaired, call the mgr, nothing. Worst customer service ever, she took 11 messages & I told her I'm documenting these calls, & going to corporate. I have crash champions corporate shop liason in writing on the charge differences..I video taped the entire appointment for the estimate, & have all paperwork that completely proves these claims. I can possibly spend the next 12-18 months in litigation..per my attorney.They never called back, even earlier..I always had to chase them down for appointments, for estimates..always some excuse. But it's beyond reprehensible how my vehicle was handled after 3 weeks. I WANT THEM TO RESPOND HERE...I'll post the text messages, and estimates!!

Worse shop imo, they left parts off. I had a bad front accident involving my front tire, I insisted that they look at any internal damage since my wheel hit a guard rail going 70mph. After multiple mistakes I found when they tried releasing my vehicle back multiple times, my insurance company insisted to give them a chance, even though they ve been messing up since the first time they tried releasing my vehicle. After about the third attempt of them trying to fix there issues I finally got my vehicle. But got home and found multiple faults even more damage was done to my vehicle. Had to have them take my vehicle again. After getting my vehicle back there was still issues. I finally got the ok from insurance that I can go to another shop, now the new shop is saying my vehicle failed alignment test because of bent parts on my driver front suspension, my wheels are bent, my hub is warped etc. Even though Rob told me he will have his mechanic check the alignment and road test twice. They still gave me my vehicle with warped and damaged parts even the wheel was warped. I m being quoted for two new rims now on the driver side.They put me and my family in danger. So far the other shop has estimated almost about 4k in repair work!I would stay away if you could

Horrible experience. My insurance company sent me to them after a small accident. The side of my truck was slightly dented. They took the truck apart to verify there was no further damage . They then refused to put it back together again stating they do not work on salvage title vehicles . If they don t work on salvage title vehicles they should not have taken it apart! They told me I would need to have a tow truck come pick it up. I had to total my $12,000 truck which only had a small dent in the side panel!!! To top it off the secretary was rude. The front desk is a joke. Very rude and unprofessional. Crash Champions needs to get rid of those two grumpy ladies and hire somebody with a better attitude. I don t recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. Delayed my pick up, up to a week.

My Tesla was involved in a very small accident which resulted in the car being in the shop for over two months as they couldn t figure out what the issue was. The communication completely dried up to the point that texts and emails were not returned. Tbf the GM tried to make things right and refunded the car rental bill but has just ceased all communications regarding a 300 dollar refund that I was alap owed. I have written that off and can t be bothered chasing it, but the business overall is chaotic and I wouldn t recommend them in any capacity. Cue the canned response sorry we didn t meet your expectations

Could be the worst experience I have had in years. I was told I had to pay for my truck the day I picked it up. So I did just that. Then I found out the insurance company also paid them the same time. That was April 2nd. It s now October 16th. I have stopped by twice and called every week. They say they had my wrong address, then the check was in the mail, then they lost the check, etc. Every week it s another excuse. Not once has the manager called me back. I have left message after message at the repair shop. My truck has also been waiting on a price for my tailgate. They said they would call me when it s in. That too never happened and it s on back order. So I called ford and yep it s in stock! I m a CEO of a major corporation so I am not one to leave a bad review but I would suggest everyone to go somewhere else!

If i could give Keith and his staff and crew a 10 star rating, I would! They are so amazing to deal with! Communicating was excellent. They went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle! I won't go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

If you have a specific time frame of when you would need your vehicle done by or if you like to have accurate information relayed to you about your vehicle do NOT use this company or at least not this location. I ve been told multiple different completion dates and what needs to be done still on my vehicle changes with everyone I speak to, they will lie to you about the status of your vehicle and expect you to make your own arrangements because of their poor staffing and communication policies. It would have been fine if they were honest from the beginning and said they were having whatever their issues are but instead they lie, beat around the bush and play the blame games. As of right now they ve had my vehicle over a month and are still no closer to finishing and again everytime I ask what they re waiting on it s something different I was just told it needs to be painted but about two weeks ago I was told it was already in paint and would be done by the end of the week.Overall I am extremely disappointed, their service as well as their customer service is absolutely awful, and they won t give me a straight answer about anything, I m going to have to go through their corporate office to try to get my vehicle either completed or sent somewhere that they are actually capable of completing and following through on their jobsService: Body & Trim

I had a nagging bumper issue. They diagnosed it and took care of it in less than 5 minutes for a very fair price. I felt well taken care of- very helpful and congenial staff.

very rude to me on the phone when they were ready for me to drop off the car after the estimate was sent.Appointment was made at 10:30 AM to finish repairs.I then advised them we can only arrive when they open at 8am (due to me and my wife working) and leave the car with them.VERY RUDELY they then said 10:30 is your appointment!!!!!i then asked when is your next appointment to drop the car off at 8am and she would not give an answer.We then went with another body shop that did a superb job!would not recommend.

Worst place I ve ever done Buisness. Completely unprofessional and did shotty paint job. Customer service was horrendous, rude, and unprofessional. Had to wait 3 hours for their Wi-Fi to work so they could accept my debit card. I offered cash and check, they wouldn t accept either. Stay clear, also took over a month for them to replace and paint one front quarter panel.Service: Body & Trim

Repair was done correctly and with quality. The total satisfaction number is reduced by the customer service of this location. They were rude to my wife on the phone. They promised one to two day turn around but took five days. I could understand if it was due to parts shortage but they told me that all parts are readily available and they will have a quick turn around. I was sent to Crash Champions by my insurance company after my car was damaged in an accident. Crash champions was by far the easiest most painless part of entire accident experience. From start to finish their office staff was professional and courteous. Kylie was awesome. And getting my rental picked up and dropped off was a breeze. I was charged 300 for free estimate but since my car was towed in and not driving in it s not a free estimate . This place is a robbery please be very careful. They over charge for everything ! Tried to get car fixed took 5 calls to get appointment call back . Then rep says she doesn't have info on my estimate. Even though i had a missed call from her saying she had info .I called that morning another person had my info as well. Then I'm told company was sold and has new ownership changed system and they don't have old info . Just a very bad experience trying to get the car scheduled for repairs makes me not want to get car repairs done here fearing it will be done poorly.Service: Body & Trim

Picked up my car yesterday and can not tell you how awesome their customer service is. Melissa was phenomenal. The whole process was easy. They went over the car with me and the work they did was great. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will use them again if the need arises.

My experience with Crash Champions has not been positive. When I picked up my vehicle after a collision repair I was told it was completed and all damaged parts had been replaced. When I returned home, I realized 3 different parts had not been replaced. When I contacted Crash Champions, both Kylie and Stephanie, assured me it would be taken care of and explained the missing parts were due to supply chain issues. It has now been almost 5 mos since the repairs were done and I have had to call several times and sent emails but still no parts. I understand this shop is a State Farm perferrred shop but there has been little communication which only makes this a more frustrating experience.Service: Body & Trim

My car went in for Bodywork and throughout the entire time it was there they constantly kept me updated not only did they call me but I also received text messages once again to keep me updated. Their estimated time frame was very accurate. The biggest thing that stood out to me what's something that most people consider simple not only does my car look amazing but after picking up my car I noticed they did a very thorough cleaning in the car from washing the floor mats to vacuuming the car and even bagging up what trash I might have had on the floor. I can say in all the years of dealing with dealerships or mechanical or auto body work in the past I've never had any business go the extra mile like Signature Collision has. My mother-in-law will be getting her body work done on her car then I would recommend anybody and everybody who ever need service like this to go to Signature CollisionService: Body & Trim

These people are true professionals! Above excellent service, extremely fast, great quality of work and personalized customer care. Also, their facility is clean and they offer snacks to their customers. My Toyota was in and out in less than 24 hours and they even washed my car! Will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

Absolute robbers! They feel the need to suck as much money as they possibly can from you. I had a car and wanted an estimate but they charge me 600$ for an estimate. Dont trust them!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely friendly staff. The repairs on my vehicle looked great. Throughout the entire process I was kept updated via text and phone call! They finished my car on time and stayed late for me to pick it up! Thanks Signature Collision!
