I think that the work was top shelf, but only time will tell. My problem relates to the time it took to complete a 2700.00 job on my Volvo. I asked how long it would take, I was told 3-5 days. It took 3 weeks. They deny that they told me 3-5 days but the service consultant most certainly did. Also NO communication except those that I initiated and one that said the cost was going to go up because they forgot 100.00 worth of parts. They wanted to know if they should continue. So be careful on the time especially if you really need the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The worst experience I ve ever had with any repair. I had to wait a month and half to even get in. After I got scheduledfor my appointment they wanted me to bring an estimate. On the phone I mentioned I was in a car accident and what is probably wrong with my car this was the first time getting the car in therefore I don t have any estimate. The reception is very rude absolutely not helpful. After I arrived for my appointment she keep asking me for this estimate which I don t have because I haven t been there yet so I don t know what s wrong with the car. She proceeds to tell me that now the appointment cant be taken care of and I need to reschedule and wait another month and a half. She lied and said that she emailed me multiple times and called me I have no Emails from this lady. And the only time that she called me was stating that she needed this estimate which I sent her a copy of the insurance send me after that there was no contact whatsoever so in my mind I m thinking that she has everything that she needs because there was no further email no for the phone calls. But upon arrival everything was different. Terrible customer service and she didn t even care.

Dropped off my Audi S3 and had it back in 4 days even with the holiday season. Car is good as new, the paint matching and blending done to the nearby panels was perfect (having a white vehicle this is concerning when getting done), you couldn t tell it s ever been touched.Highly recommend, the staff was polite and effective and communicated with the insurance company (and I) throughout. Definitely the place to go if you want things done right.

Believe the reviews, I wish i had read them before taking my car there. Very poor communication, and some that are quite rude. Still don t have my car back and can t seem to get an update as to when, hoping their body work is better than the way the handleCustomers and communication.

Where to begin.. awful experience start to finish. Can't believe VW uses them as an authorized repair place. Communication is awful was promised car would be ready at a certain point and then the vehicle was just sitting for ever with out any service people being aware as to why the vehicle was even there. I was literally waiting for a vehicle that was promised to be done without anyone even having knowledge of what was to be done for the car......I am very disappointed and would have been stranded if I hadn't been consist and talking with service as it was taking forever. Would not ever come back....

I went here as this was stated to be the number one location to get my Cadillac fixed after being hit by a drunk driver. Work was completed and the car looked great. Roughly 3 months later I had a leak on the side of the car which was repaired inside the door well. This caused my skid plate to warp. I brought my car back and was told that this wasn't caused by the repair that they did and was met with terrible customer service. After going back and forth I ended up having to go over to the Cadillac dealership next door and talking to the head of both places who was very apologetic and was able to get my issue situated. 4 weeks later this shop called me back and put on the new piece which was warped. Everything looks great now but I was so disappointed in the customer service skills that this place has and how I was treated. Going back the customer service was terrible again. If another client had the same issue they might have not been willing to go through what I did to get it fixed correctly.

Awful place. Bad people. Bad customer service. No sense of customer needs or focus. They are rude and unprofessional. If you are from the area go elsewhere! If you are visiting town and your vehicle is drivable . Make sure you take it elsewhere when you are back home. You will regret trusting your car with these con artists. They had my vehicle for over 3 weeks and they still weren t able to tell me when parts would come in or give an estimate of how long the repair would take, I was initially helped by Karen (Yes! She was a right Karen). I ended up having to escalate to Connie who is the body shop manager and she had the Audacity to tell me that my car has no priority and that she couldn t provide me with an estimated time of completion because they have over 50 cars waiting before mine to be worked on . At this point she offered to cancel the repair with them and she let me know I could cancel the order of parts before the end of the following week. Which I did on Wednesday (within the timeframe I was asked to let them know by) and she still went ahead and charged restocking fees. Connie is for con artist. Either way, I wasn t at fault so ultimately the other parties insurance paid for all those fees but there s a lot to be said about integrity and values for this place.

I have been in the collision industry for over 30 years when my wife wrecked her Audi I was very concerned on where to take it to have it repaired . we've never had work done in Florida but I must say premiere collision center of Sarasota did an outstanding jobon our car. Mike handled our claim very professionally and the technitions did a fantastic job bringing our car back to preaccident condition. I would highly recommend any anyone needing collision work completed to use this facility we are extremely satisfied with the outcome . The customer service at premier collision is fantastic! They kept me up to date on the repairs for my truck. They even sent me a link to keep track of the progress and expected pick up time! My truck came out looking like new, good detailing job and everything! I will be referring my friends to premier collision for repairs and etc. Karen and the whole collision team are out of this world. 100% recommend.

Diane Short was A+ in my book. Got into a really bad accident in early June, was hit on the driver s side by a large vehicle. Not only on the physical injury, I was really worried about the major repairs that were needed on my vehicle. As soon as my SUV arrived, the communication and Premier s follow through gave us confidence in the process of what needed to be done. The repairs and finish work came out very nice and I will say the results were and still are professionally done and look great.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I only called to schedule a repair estimate but over a few days, it was the nicest experience Ive had. I cant begin to tell the story details but I was having a hard time, not working, needing an estimate but having to cancel if I was offered temp work. The day I called, I broke down and cried. Fast forward a week and they fit me in and it was the best decision I made to go there. Thank you so much to Sheena, who went so beyond the efforts of customer service. The same appreciation goes out to Jessica who was the one that agreed to squeeze me in and she greeted me as soon as she realized who I was. Both these ladies are a pure example of kindness, understanding and consideration for others. The world needs more of this kind of human interaction!

I own a Porsche and wanted to make sure it was repaired correctly. They did excellent workmanship, and got everything 100% right. Connie was extremely accommodating and made sure that I was pleased. When driving a high end car, make the right choice and go see Connie. You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

Would not recommend. They had my car for 5 months. We actually sold the car to a dealer before it was finally fixed. Did not communicate unless we contacted them and all we heard was thanks for your patience. Can t comment on the quality of work because we never saw the car after it was finally finished.

Jessica at Premier Collision was the excellent from start to finish! Jessica was amazing with customer service, keeping me up to date, and dealing with a horrible insurance company. Jessica made the process smooth and was great at communication. If you ever go to premier ask for Jessica!!

Where do I start... Karen was the first smiling face when i arrived at 8am. unbelievably professional and extremely thorough! this is what service should be like. excellent job someone give her a raise. Skilled auto body workers, but suffer from an ethic borne of insurance claims writers do only what we pay u for! The model sacrifices professionalism; that which is in the details.In summary, your car will come back w the damage repaired and painted, but the entire part fender, hood, bumper cover, etc. may not be prepped and painted w the same skill and attention to detail as was applied to the damaged area. The attitude We did what the insurance company paid for leaves ur car unfinished and devalued.The results: u will have an unfinished part on ur car, and buyers for it will likely choose another s offering after they see urs.In most cases, this can be avoided by the 5 it takes to sand n smooth over rough areas of the damaged part, unseen w/o careful examination, and applying the paint method used on the damaged area. The decision by Premier (and others) risks the customer service most talk about, devalues ur car, and encourages reviews like this one.As w all work done on ur personal property by trades, u must practice effective oversight know what they will do, their method of completion, the result they expect (in specific terms) and their willingness to stand behind the work. The answers to these questions will likely qualify trades people as equal to ur expectation or professionals in their trade.Premier (would) not fully disclose their work on my car, which I allowed them to work on by the recommendation of the dealer for our very expensive and unique brand. Our insurance carrier (and its claims Dept) was a weak sister.The net: I had to find another auto body shop to finish the job.

Perfection! Impressed with the collision damage repair this shop provided. Karen P is excellent, and is extremely knowledgeable. Repairs were communicated in a detailed fashion and took a little while, but worth the time. Highly recommend if you're looking for perfection and not just a quick fix.

The entire staff at Premier is so friendly and professional and I am sure it is due to the culture of the company and the guidance of the manager, Concetta Schultz. All the work is lifetime guaranteed and of the finest quality. Great collision center.

Premier Auto RepairsTook my car in and received a $3000 estimate. When my appointment came, the estimate changed to $15000. Reason: the girl who did first estimate no longer works there! I took my car somewhere else

WORST REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT FIX MY CAR RIGHT 3 TIMES BEFORE I ACCEPTED IT BACK. BUT COME TO FIND MY STEERING WHEEL WAS EITHER SWAPPED OR DAMAGED. THEY DIDNT USE SEAT OR WHEEL COVERS ON OUR BRAND NEW VOLVO SUV. THEY LEFT RAZORBLADE LIKE CUTS IN OUR (BRAND NEW WHEN WE LEFT IT WITH THEM )STEERING WHEEL, THEY TRIED GIVING OUR CAR BACK TO US WITH A CRACKED TAIL LIGHT, DAMAGED RIM (WITH NEWLY MOUNTED TIRE) WORST PAINT JOB ON A REPAIR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. KEEP IN MIND INSURANCE COVERS THESE "NEW PARTS" , BUT NOW COME TO FIND MORE AND MORE ISSUES, A SENSOR IN THE SPOT THAT WAS REPAIRED IS NOW DAMAGED, THERE ARE RUSTY DIRTY FINGERPRINTS ALL OVER THE TRUNK CEILING LINER, I MEAN THE LIST GOES ON....NOW I HAVE TO BRING MY CAR 1 HR ONE WAY BACK TO THIS PLACE TO GET THESE ISSUES RESOLVED... NEVER, I MEAN EVER, BRING YOUR CAR HERE.SOMEHTING IS OFF WITH THE WAY WE GOT OUR CAR BACK IS NOT AT ALL WHAT YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU DEAL WITH LUXURY CERTIFIED REPAIR SHOPS. I HAVE MULTIPLE FRIENDS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES THAT OWN REPAIR SHOPS, AND THIS JUST DOESNT SIT RIGHT WITH THE AMOUNT OF WHAT WOULD SEEM WILLFUL NEGLECT AND SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP, COUPLED WITH THE OBVIOUS LACK OF QUALITY CONTROL WITH PARTS BEING INSTALLED AND UNINSTALLED.NEVER AGAIN.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
