First, Tyler is extremely responsive which is a huge plus these days. Understanding I just wanted a quick fix and preferred to not replace the whole bumper, Tyler was able to pop out my dent and match the plastic texture to nearly 100%. I'm very pleased with the outcome! Highly recommend.

Caswell Corrective did an amazing job. I barely had one payment on my new truck when someone "gifted" me a door ding on my passenger door. Tyler came right to my work, was professional, and on time. He completely erased the damage to my baby like it never happened. I couldn't have hoped for a better result. He also did some touch-up and left the door jamb cleaner than new. Thank you, Tyler, for doing superior quality work at a great price. I know who to call if I'm ever "gifted" another opportunity.

Tyler did a great job on my Genesis G70. He is very detail oriented and takes his time with each project. He took extra long to get the fine detail perfect so the dent is not noticeable at all. This man has great work ethic, integrity, and honesty, and he is very easy to talk to. He also answers my texts very promptly, schedules all his appointments, and is on time for his job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs body work done on their car.

Tyler did a great job on my truck. You'd never know It was ever damaged. More than fair pricing, professional and a nice guy too. I still have a little more work to be done on my truck and he's the one that's going to do it. I highly recommend him. Flexible scheduling as well which is very helpful.

Tyler Caswell has performed two miracles on my MB C250 coupe. The right rear was crushed while stationary in a parking lot and subsequently I damaged the right front corner getting it into my garage. The rear damage was a serious dent and Tyler pulled that out so that it is impossible to find where it was. The forward damage was where one body panel was wrenched away from its neighbor and was protruding out away from the car. Once again, when Tyler was done with it, it is now impossible to see that the damage had ever happened. This man is the absolute best at what he does. And for a miserable amount of money!

Tyler successfully tackled a small ding at a very hard to reach location just underneath the door handle. He arrived promptly with a very friendly and professional demeanor. No holes were poked into the door jamb. Looks good as new! Thank you, Tyler!

Tyler is great! He offers options as to what kind of repair you need, is up front and honest about pricing, and the repair work is first rate. There's nothing good about getting a dent in your car, but Tyler's repair makes things work out for the best!

I had Mr. Caswell repair two hard to reach dents on my classic Thunderbird. Not a trace of a dent was visible after he worked his magic! I had other estimates and his was half the price of his competitors. I was ready to pay the price he quoted me but he said it didn t take him as long as he figured, so he charged me even less.

Fantastic service all around! After sending photos of my dent, Tyler responded immediately that he could make the repair and we booked the appointment. I had a dent in a tough spot on the frame and he spent hours getting it out. He shared the photos of how much larger it was inside the frame. Tyler is a true professional and I would trust him with any car. Hopefully, I have no more dents but I know who I will call! 5-Stars all around and 100% trustworthy. Excellent work. I would recommend this business to anyone needing dent repair. The owner, Tyler, has years of experience working in the body shop for a local dealer, and now he is in business for himself and producing professional, high quality results at affordable prices.I rate five stars for the following reasons:1. Easy to get a hold of over the phone. Responsible, personable and on time with scheduling.2. He gave me a complimentary ride home after dropping off my car.3. He had extra time during my repair and, as such, repaired two additional small dents that I told him he could ignore. This suggests a commitment to quality over and above what was included in the price quote.4. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and when I could pick it up.5. He allowed a 3rd party to pay for the repair at pick-up, which made it much easier for me (settling a rear-end collision without the help of insurance).I would use Caswell Corrective again and recommend them to anyone. And it always feels good to support local businesses!
