Calloway was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. This may be the best experience I've ever had at a car shop. I didn't have a ride, so I waited there while they worked on it, but they were right on schedule with the time that they told me it would take. During my wait, Tome was incredibly hospitable and I just sat there and worked while I waited. They did a wonderful job and gave me a thorough explanation of everything that they did and why. The go above and beyond with the pit stops that they provide to their customers. The love that this crew has for their jobs and for the cars that they work on is evident. I am so thankful to have found this place and only wish that they did non-import cars as well so I could bring both my vehicles here. Absolutely amazing experience!!!

Tom came recommended by our prior mechanic that we used for decades and who we trusted completely. The prior mechanic did not work on Mercedes and suggested Calloway Automotive as being reliable, trustworthy, and providing excellent work. He ll tell you the whole story upfront and let you decide what work you want to do - vs. only recommending the minimum and then telling you about other items when the work has been started.

Tomme is an excellent engineer and has expert knowledge of vehicles beyond German brand. He takes care of my Ford Escape and my wife's Beetle.Readily explains routine service needed and other factors that will keep the vehicles truly road worthy and safe.He and his fellow staff are dependable, and polite.

Ever since I got my 2011 Audi A4 I have used Calloway European Automotive services for all my needs. Highly knowledgable and experienced, detail oriented. Tommy always check my car in details and suggest things that need attention. Never try to push up sale, but leaves up to me to make decision. overall, grate service. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Calloway European Automotive Inc is TOP NOTCH! I was having issues with my 2001 Saab. I had my car towed in and reviewed. The owner was honest and straight forward with the diagnostic, repair timeline and pricing. Its never fun or easy to have your car break down but when you deal with honest and hard working individuals its makes the process less painful.

I was referred to Tome's repair shop by a neighbor who had been a long-time customer. I reached out on a Tuesday evening via email for an appointment and was scheduled for the following Friday. They offered Thursday but my schedule was full. I told them what service I thought I needed and a quote was worked up and price delivered over the phone. I arrived for the service and stayed with my vehicle in the waiting area. I brought my laptop and used their free Wi-Fi to work while they got busy. They took my vehicle to the bay after a quick test drive and completed the work in 2 hours. I appreciated that Tome did a test drive after the service to make sure all was well. Overall great experience.

Tom is one of the best in the business, we have utilized his services for over 20+ years for BMWs and domestics. It can be stressful when you need work done on your vehicle & you're at the mercy of a mechanic who you may not know. With Calloway Auto that stress disappears as soon as you speak to Tome. He had my dead A/C fixed at rock bottom $ w/in 2 days at a price I was happy to pay (nearly half what the dealership wanted). Tom and his staff at Calloway European Automotive are knowledgeable and experienced in repairing Foreign cars. I use Calloway because I get expert service at a fraction of the cost I was paying at BMW dealers. Tom is great. I have my Lexus RX serviced with Calloway European Auto and I know it is in great hands. I have had many questions about things I think need to be serviced but he has told me I am not ready. This proves he is not going to charge me or tell me something needs to be done when it doesn't. I really appreciate his honesty and the way he does business. He is a trust worthy mechanic! I highly recommend!

I have relied on Tom at Calloway European Automotive to keep my vintage BMW's running in top form for years. He is timely and realistic with his suggestions regarding repairs and maintenance. I trust his work, and feel it has kept or increased the value of my cars. I also know he really loves what he does, he is a true craftsman.

Tome Calloway was able to work my vehicle in at a date and time which was convenient for me. He did a very thorough inspection and found little things such as safety running lights that needed replacement. He has always done excellent work and kept on top of issues on my 36 year old BMW. Tom Calloway is incredibly good at what he does, and his team does an excellent job as well. My family has been trusting Tom with our cars for years, and he's some right by is 100%. If you're looking for a mechanic with expertise, integrity, and reasonable prices then you should definitely consider giving him your business.

You won t find a more knowledgeable, honest, or good-hearted mechanic. Had to call Tom for an expert consult on some work another shop did, he immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me pointers on how to resolve the problem.

Thomas Calloway is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I've been going to him for years because he is a trusted advisor. Was a bit skeptical not taking my Audi S5 into the dealer. I am glad I took it here instead. This place is top notch. You can tell Tom the owner takes great pride in his work and business. Hard to find these days. Knew Tome and took my '18 Subaru Crosstrek to them for it's first 'non-dealership' service after their 'free maintenance plan' wrapped up and I can honestly say I wish I had just never bothered to use the dealership. Excellent Service, clean and professional shop and REALLY good tips and advice for getting the most of your vehicle - even if it ISN'T European, Thanks Tome!

It's hard to find a good honest mechanic but I hit the jackpot. Not only does Tom do an excellent job but he explains in detail the work you had done or anything you have questions about. Because I'm a visual person this is important. Very pleased .Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have a bug convertible that had rear electric window regulator failure on both sides within a two week period. I was referred to Tom Callaway, owner and a Technician of Callaway Eurpean Automotive, by a convertible top technician in South Sarasota. Tom was proficient, professional, thorough, organized, personable and fair priced for the job, completing both sides, one each day a week apart, as promised. I was really impressed and feel like i have a relationship that will last my lifetime. Thank you Tom, j skalet

I brought my '05 VW GTI here after the front left axle blew. As soon as I walked in the door, I realized Calloway Automotive was in a class all it's own! Thomas Calloway and his team, Andrew, know how to treat their customers and their customer's cars. They are authentic, honest, and extremely experienced. I won't go anywhere else to have my VW serviced. FYI - The bad fake reviews on here are from Solorzano.

I have my Audi A6 And my BMW 535Xi serviced at Calloway European Automotive as needed or any time a light comes on.I know I will always receive honest and trustworthy advice about my cars and services are always done in a timely professional manner!I wouldn't go anywhere else
