I recently got my car serviced at BMW Sarasota and was able to get my 328i back in great shape after dealing with on/off ABS system errors and check engines lights for 3 months. Brooke was my service rep and she was very straightforward as to what needed to be done and how long the service would potentially take. I appreciated the video breakdown that Juan prepared for me to see the needed repairs before working on my car. The car is running much more smoothly and I it s nice to drive without seeing disturbing warning lights on the dashboard. The repair and replacement service cost me a pretty penny of nearly $5K, which is a steep setback, but from what I was told, it wouldn t have been a couple thousand more without the price reduction that I was given. So I m thankful and God willing, won t have to see the service team again for while other than a standard routine service check-in.

I worked with Greg B. He was awesome. He spent several hours on the phone with my warranty company and got them to cover the repairs on several issues. His perseverance and patience paid off, thanks Greg!!He also hooked me up with a rental car which is right there at the dealership so that I had a car while repairs were being made.My car is running and driving like new again.I would not hesitate to send my friends and family there. Great place! Thank you guys for a great experience.

My service advisor Greg Jones is the best! When my 11-year old 328i recently developed some oil leak problems, Greg patiently walked me through my options for either repairing or replacing my vehicle. Since I love my beautiful, low mileage car, I chose to repair the most urgent parts, and postpone the optional ones. This allowed me a chance to have more time to make the best decision in the months to come. I love BMW of Sarasota and appreciate their great service, complimentary loaner cars, and caring professional staff!

They replaced a run flat tire. Service was quick. Advisor Greg was helpful. My one issue is the 2.9% surcharge because I paid the invoice with a credit card. I was not told of this in advance. How many customers come to a BMW center and expect to pay cash (instead of using a card) for service or repairs? Not happy. That said, I will think twice before taking my car back except for warranty repairs.

Do not purchase a vehicle at this dealership. My wife and I leased our X3 from this dealership last week. Our sales guy Tim seemed very nice at first and offered us a fair price. When we arrived at the dealership, I confirmed with him our deposit that we already had made and how much the difference of the down payment would be and that the down payment included the first month s lease payment. He confirmed this. We waited over an hour to get into the finance department and after sitting down with the finance manager David, he told us that the down payment did not include the first months payment and that we owed another $1,200 after already putting down a $5,500 down payment. This was a classic bait and switch tactic to get us to pay more for the vehicle. We had three other quotes from Tampa and Orlando BMW dealerships that were cheaper and the first monthly payment was included in the down payment in all quotes. We decided to support our local dealership and that was a mistake. I would highly recommend going to a more reputable dealership in Tampa or Orlando for your next purchase or lease.

When changing oil and tires in the future. Be sure to check your car when you get it back! This is definitely a shock. After I get my car back and get home for half an hour. I can't believe I found these marks on my door.

I got my first BMW X3 2 years ago, it was a few years old at the time. It needs a little bit of age-related maintenance, oil changes and new tires. I ve taken it to BMW of Sarasota several times for all my needs and I have been very happy with the customer service. Highly recommend!

We had unexpected issues with our car and he immediately evaluated the situation to get our car running again.He was very knowledgeable and gave us peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. I am very impressed with the service I received. I brought my car in minutes before the service department closed for the day. They insured me my car would be taken care of first thing in the morning, they quickly got me into a rental car to use in the meantime. I was sent a detailed video of the findings with the car, and was given grace when an emergency came up and I had to pick up the car later than expected. Joshua was extremely attentive and BMW Sarasota far exceeded my expectations.

Was in FL for a short stay and needed an oil change. Called for an appointment, was assigned Joshua Cash. He was fantastic, made me feel as though I was a loyal customer for many many years! Josh had the Technician take care of an open recall for the brakes, and he ordered new wiper blades. When I came back a few days later after the blades came in, he installed them, and showed me how to do it myself (at my request). He is everything the dealership could want in an employee, professional, friendly, provided excellent customer service BMW of Sarasota is lucky to have Joshua as an employee, he represents them, and BMW extremely well. BMW of Sarasota once again provided stellar customer service! Called about a flat tire, and they had me scheduled for a few hours later and put one of the two tires that had in stock on hold for me! Upon arrival my service rep, Cameron, was very professional and very accommodating. He offered me a day loaner, but instead said I would wait. As a result, Cameron put a rush on my service. At the end, the tire was replaced, car washed, and I was on my way in less than 2 hours. Great experience thanks to Cameron! Highly recommend BMW of Sarasota!

BROOKE as ALWAYS was friendly & professional.ANTHONY was also as I waited in the usual spot for my car. He asked if the one parked there was mine & was as he hit the door unlock.Enjoy the video just not back AGAIN for another issue for a BMW with only 52,250 miles & a 2017.Guess time to "consider" trade time maybe a Z4 again. Loved it just was not a good car in Indianapolis snow but now NO snow so......Thanks Brooke & Anthony & also for the good !!!!

Cameron was my advisor and he kept me up to date with the status of my car service while in the shop.Car engine and tire checks were thorough.My car came out from the service nice and shiny as it was car washed and the inside were vacuumed and cleaned.Always pleased with BMW Sarasota service

My three-year lease has come to an end, and I was seeking another BMW X3 for another three years. Initially, I visited my local dealership, Daytona Beach BMW. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst treatment I have ever encountered from a lot BMW dealerships. Mr. H. Cruz displayed arrogance, and to make matters worse, he attempted to deceive me. When I confronted him, he became upset and refused to service he shake my hand, didn t give my keys and not provide information about where my vehicle was parked.Subsequently, I explored other options in Florida through their websites and contacted several dealerships. The first to respond was Sarasota, located 200 miles away from my residence. Despite my initial hesitation, Dave Gor convinced me that the journey would be worthwhile. He maintained regular contact, demonstrating a high level of commitment and enthusiasm. I was impressed by his attentiveness to my needs, which ultimately persuaded me to visited the dealership.Upon arrival, I found the process to be efficient despite the dealership being busy with customers. I am grateful for the positive experience and consider Dave to be the best salesperson I have encountered at a BMW dealership.

I am so glad that I was given service advisor, Josh. I was considering taking my car somewhere else for service and repairs because my experience has (in the past) not been great with BMW of Sarasota but he changed my mind. He is an excellent advisor. I feel confident that he would not over sell me. He was attentive to questions and explained everything comprehensively. He also, didn t make me sit and wait gir 30 minutes like I have experienced in the past. I hit the advisor jackpot with him. I was disappointed that the I was charged (incorrectly) for the Hertz loaner. I was charged for gasoline when I actually filled up before I returned it. Josh is looking into this for me.

Bought New BMW 5 from dealership love the vehicle Best I have ever owned but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is TERRIBLE First and Last car I will buy from them .19 days later got car and work not done didn t even Wash car, after it was out under a tree all weekend.

This was our second purchase from BMW of Sarasota, both were very pleasant experiences. Everyone we have encountered at this dealership has been pleasant, courteous and not overbearing. My service advisor for our previous vehicle, Maria is very easy to work with, she is friendly and attentive. She accepts your answers and does not try to up-sell you. Looking forward to a continued relationship with her. The salesman we had this time, Chad was also very pleasant and courteous as well as being knowledgeable of the BMW product line. We have gone to several other dealership on Clark Road and none compare. If you are in the market for a BMW or a used car, I highly recommend them.

Visited BMW of Sarasota in order to get a quote for window tinting. Promptly received a quote plus offer to complete tinting on same day. I was also offered a rental car to use while being serviced. Great service and support plus same day service was very much appreciated. Cameron G was the excellent adviser who made it all happen seamlessly and quickly.

I ve had difficult past experiences with this service center. (3.5 hrs for an oil change twice). This time I was 33 minutes early in case check in kiosk had a line. Which is what the serv advisor claimed was my previous delay.Checked in early and sat until 1 minutes past appointment time. Yet my service advisor was not with a customer during my wait. Maybe he deliberately delayed my service as last time I didn t treat him kindly due to my extensive wait and I went to the service manager. This time -on time per estimated time to do service.Nice waiting area, appreciated the free coffee and water.

I wasn t impressed initially. My first service advisor did not respond to my three separate calls in which I left messages. I needed questions answered prior to my appointment the following day. But once I had a new person everything went smooth and uneventful. The reason for four stars.

Brought car in for a check up before driving north. It took almost an hour before I saw a service person and that s only because I questioned why I was waiting so long. They did do a thorough check up at no charge.

It was a smooth experience. Jarmo is a great sales agent. His service level throughout the process (and even now two weeks after purchase) was exceptional. I negotiated a fair price from the dealer both on my new 2024 530i and the car I traded in. I would definitely buy from Sarasota BMW again.
