He knows his stuff. Trusted him with my 86 Lincoln Mark VII my dad handed down to me when he passed. He didn t just install exhaust. He ground off some rust and sprayed the spots. He puts in work. I hardly had to explain how I wanted it to sound and he nailed it! Been getting compliments sense I picked it up. Sound beautiful. Thank you guys. No complaints here. I will be back.Service: Exhaust

I had a noisy muffler and had the cost evaluated at different places, Big Muffler gave me the MOST cost effective estimation and they did it in a quick, honest manner.Great service! I saw pictures online of the welds these guys do on exhaust and I was sold....I actually cancelled my appointment at another shop when I saw the finished product of their work.They're slightly more expensive than other options...... After getting a price for muffler work from a dealership for $1k-$2k, I took my truck to Big Muffler. The part I needed was ordered and arrived in a couple days. They fixed my problem that same day and the price was a small fraction of what the dealership wanted. Everyone was professional and they performed quality work. I ve been using this shop for years. They ve always done great work. Recently I had them make a connector piece between my headers y pipe and flex pipe. All I gave them were old and new parts a pic of a measurement and a pic of where the piece would go.I couldn t being the Vehicle there as I just rebuilt the engine and it needs a tune.They nailed the piece spot on.

Had them put on a muffler two years ago in my truck. Still sounds great and hasn't moved and I've seen mufflers drop down over time. Recommend my son to take his Mercedes there to get his exhaust checked out how confident I am in there work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Always accommodating. I always bring him my old land rovers to install entire exhaust systems. He is good at being creative with the pipes and where they should go so as not to be lower than the chassis for off road use. He understands back flow pressures and how to balance the air properly for V8 engines and such. Super fast service. It s always great to come here and know I m in good hands that the job will be done better than I could imagine.

Made an appointment for a muffler delete on my 2014 Infiniti Q50, i waited there for just under an hour and it was all done right sounded amazing and a good price. Everyone there is friendly and overall good experience. I got recommended to go there by one of my friends and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs exhaust.

He came highly recommended, we met with Junior , he looked at the truck said he would order the parts and set an appointment up. It was done on a timely basis and even recommended the restaurant down the street to grab a bite to eat while the work was being completed. Great Lunch as well. I came in for a consultation on a new exhaust for my 2018 Chevy Silverado. They got me right in, put the truck on the lift and said "we have the parts in stock and can be done in 30 minutes if you wanna do it now!" I was surprised and happy, so I said yes. Sure enough, about 25 minutes later my new exhaust system was installed with very clean cuts, properly welded, hung properly, all perfectly professional, and at half the cost as I've paid for other big shops to work on my trucks. I strongly recommend Big Muffler to anyone looking for quality and affordable exhaust work.

I have a custom Jeep and the tail pipes broke off the welds. I brought the truck in and these guys fixed it strengthened all the welds and then refused payment. Where in today s day and age do you find such helpful and honest people? Here that s where. I was stunned and all I can say is never hesitate to use this shop. The honesty is real. In the age of people ripping you off with unneeded repairs this shop is a breath of fresh air.

Forget to order my mufffler and couldn't get me in on there schedule time, Raised the price 100.oo after telling me the price has increased a little since my estimate they didn't full fill on a mistake they made and wouldn't honor price.

I went in big muffler because my car made a little rattling noise, to find out my car needs 4 cats and a exhaust pipe and muffler in which I have never had a problem but a little rattle. I was quoted a price of 802.00 in shock and only had 658.00 I of course didn t get the repairs because they wouldn t come down on the price. I took my car elsewhere to find out I didn t need these repairs only one piece had to be welded together. Thank you big muffler for not doing the work I saved 788.00 and got a two year warranty

Nothing but good things to say about this place!I purchased a kit for my 2011 Silverado from an online vendor and even with being very mechanicly inclined it didn't come out they way I wanted.Stopped by Big Muffler and they were very knowledgeable and didn't beat me up for giving it a go myself. Took the time to explain my options, and saved me a lot of money by explaining why putting headers on my truck wouldn't be a good idea as long as it's going to be a daily driver (long tube headers were next on my list).A couple hours later, and honestly a lot of work, and it was ready for pickup.Again there was no griping about how big of a pain in the @$$ it was when I returned, the price was fair, and upon inspection I was very impressed with the work. As a side benefit, it sounds better and I have less drone!Thanks Big Muffler!

Just picked up my car yesterday. 2007 ford mustang v6. Been wanting dual exsuast on it for years and finally did it. So far im very pleased on the loud sound and the price was amazing. I wanted as loud and deep as i could get out of a v6, seeing i dont have a v8. And i definitely got loud. Owner was honest and professional and very patient and on time. Pipes and tips look amazing like big rocket launchers

Took my 2017 Camaro here for an issue with my exhaust. AMAZING and knowledgeable people. as soon as he lifted the car - he immediately figured out the issue and fixed it immediately. entire event took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. incredible. if you have an issue with your exhaust and live in the Sarasota area - give them a call.

These guys are true professionals. I hit a huge chunk of truck tire with my motorhome on I-75 and tore the generator tailpipe off the motorhome. The main exhaust was also moved. Junior diagnosed the problem and he and his mechanic put it all back into good as new condition at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Big Muffler in Sarasota for RV muffler issues. Top notch.

I wanted a new muffler and duel tail pipes out the back on my truck so i googled muffler shops in sarasota and it showed two, staceys custom muffler and big muffler shop. I went to staceys first and they quoted me $375 for the job and said it would take 3-4 hours. I went right over to big muffler shop and they quoted $250 and a two hour job. I pulled the trigger on big muffler and i couldnt be happier. They did exactly what I wanted, quickly and perfectly. And they charged exactly what they quoted. I will definitely come back here and will highly recommend this place!

They pinned my Subaru exhaust up so I could sell it off right quick. Owner was fun to talk to, and I intend to bring my Lincoln here to eventually get an exhaust upgrade.

Two chicks walk into the mechanics...lol. No really though my sister and I stopped by to get her tire changed. They could have taken her for a ride, BUT they were straightforward and honest with her. So if you are looking for fair and honest work, stop by ask questions and check them out.

Great work. In, out, no problem, fair price. I have a classic car, so they added chrome pencil tips to the exhaust to make it look even better. Nice touch.
