There are no words to express how very grateful I am to Beiler's Auto Repair. Not only were they able to accomplish a full repair to my vehicle, but they also did a full inspection to ensure that it was ready and safe to travel the 500 miles I needed to go the next day. My van was in their shop at 2 PM and work completed by 5:30 PM. Granted, a cancellation that afternoon was a miracle that opened the time slot up, but all the scheduling, getting the part(s), and doing the work was all Beiler's expertise. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I noticed a nail/screw in my front tire and contacted Beiler's. Not only were they able to take a look while I waited, but confirmed the screw didn't puncture the tire and never charged me for thier time! Honest and integrity makes the difference, and I would recommend these guys for your auto service or repairs.

I needed my car serviced while I was in Florida. The local dealers could not get me in so I called AAA. Beiler's was a recommend site. The online reveiws were very positive and I could get in quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I would recommend and will be back!

I was so pleased with Beiler s from start to finish. These cool guys are so low key and professional.. The customer lounge is spacious, super clean, and decorated in a retro vibe that really welcomes you. The work is expert level, and Chris (The Cutomer Rep) is just a real human being. He s awesome. My car rides better than new with 60,000 miles on it..

I highly recommend Beiler s for your auto care. They are very professional and thorough. They have serviced my Toyota Highlander twice for regular required maintenance when I was visiting the Sarasota area in 2022 and this past month. Chris was super to work with and responsive.

I was visiting in Florida from Minnesota and had a brake problem. Beiler's Auto Repair provide a fast and complete diagnosis and quickly got me on my way. They were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Beiler's took good care of me when all of my tires were flat. It was an emergency situation, they ordered and fixed my tires all within 24 hours and communicated with me so I knew what to expect throughout the process. They even offered to drive me to work. My first time getting a car serviced here. It was absolutely painless. I asked for a couple things to be corrected and each one was corrected just as I asked. I got options for things like tires. All work was completed in a timely manner, in and out same day. They called later in the week to make sure the work had been done properly. The employees are very friendly and the premises are immaculate. From what I saw they work hard at their customer service. New to Sarasota, I chose to bring my car to Beiler's for an oil change largely on the strength of the shop's excellent google ratings. Beiler's proved true to its reputation -- accomodating, communicative, skilled and honest. I highly recommentd this shop.

Beiler s Auto Repair is the right choice - end of story. I ve been taking my Lexus to them for a few years now and they ve been nothing but kind, efficient and honest. Every time I have an issue they talk me through my options, explain why it s necessary when asked, and ultimately do a phenomenal job when all is said and done. One specific area I appreciate is their concern for your safety.I worked with Mick previously and now Chris - both have been awesome to me. They have a great reputation for a reason. Highly highly recommend!

Last week my car broke down on I-75. When the AAA tow truck driver asked where I wanted my car towed I was clueless. Bieler s Auto Repair was closest and one AAA recommends so that s where we went. I had just had a bad experience with an auto body shop in another state so to say I was trusting no one would be an understatement! They were direct in telling me what to expect. It was almost 5 pm so they drove me to a car rental place, made sure I got my rental car and the next day called me to let me know what was wrong (I needed a new engine!!) and helped me get it towed to the dealership. They made it all very easy. I would definitely trust my car to them again. There really are good, honest auto repair people in the world!

These guys were SUPER responsive, very customer service focused, and even helped me save money on a tire replacement (they recommended a patch instead of tire replacement that I had even offered to pay for!). They called me every step of the way and only charged $75 for two tire patches. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.

This shop is what gives all mechanics a bad name. I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak. They called me that day to tell me I needed a new engine. It would be over $5,000. I said please just fix the oil leak since it seams to be running fine. And I didn t have that much money. I picked the car up the next day and it was running very badly. It would stay running and it was shaking, it was fine when I brought it in. I called them and they asked me to bring it back, which I did. I got a call a few hours later informing me It was not anything to do with what they did and I would have to pay them almost $200 to diagnose the new problem. This after I just spent $1200 the day before. I said no, I would take it somewhere else. When I picked it up, they told me they must have moved some plug wires and my spark plugs were old and needed to be replaced. My new mechanic told me my engine was fine and he pushed all the plug wires in and it ran fine and has been now for 6 months. Worst part is, I still have an oil leak though. If you take your car here, you do so at your own risk. These are scandalous people who prey on their customers. Update as of 10/23 Jeep is still running like a dream and I never had to put a new motor in it. I did have to have the oil leak fixed again though. They are are still scandalous people. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Everyone was very nice and the website was very easy to use when setting up an appointment. The issue came when I was quoted $1300 for brakes. I was advised that I needed new brakes and rotors front and rear. I decided to get a second opinion and was told I only needed rear brakes on my Jeep. My bill went from $1300 at Beilers to $380 at another shop. I guess it s easy to be nice when you are quoting twice as much as other shops.

Honest and fair! Toyota told me I needed new tires but the serviceman at Beilers showed me how to judge and my tires were actually in good shape. Even though they had pre-ordered the tires for me, they didn't charge me anything and took their own time to have them sent back. Danny is an amazing mechanic and, person!! I ve been using him for years, not as much lately because my cars have been under warranty. But recently I purchased a certified used car and, needed my power steering rack replaced. When I took it the car to the dealership, they told me that it wasn t covered under my warranty and, I d have to pay out of pocket almost $4k. I immediately called Danny to see about getting my car fixed. Danny, then stepped into gear and, did some research, finding out that my car was in deed covered under warranty. He lead me to the right contacts and, helped me get my car fixed, even tho he wasn t the one doing the work. I highly recommend him for any and, all your car service needs. He s an honest man, with reasonable, fair prices in todays market. Tell him I sent you!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They are the best mechanic shop in the town... They are really attentive from begging to end.They were able to supply parts really quick and by the time I was able to get loan car with decent price per day ...Mic was able to give every updated going on my car which was awesome and thanks for Johnathan to set up appointment very quickly....highly recommend for everyone this place

I am very thankful to have an Auto Body Shop that I can trust. They were reliable, fast and very knowledgeable. They were referred to me by a friend. They did not disappoint. My car just so happened to break down in this area, Beiler's is not my regular shop. I saw that they had great Google reviews so I gave them a chance. Let me just say, they did not disappoint! The team was fantastic at keeping me informed with what's going on with my car. My car needed major work and had to be at the shop for an extended amount of time, they gave me a loaner car to use at a very very cheap price so that I didn't have to pay for a rental the whole time. They made everything as smooth as possible for me and worked with my difficult work schedule. Then when I got my car back, they had even cleaned the interior and exterior! I couldn't believe it! I've never had such high grade service from a repair shop! Definitely recommend and will be going back!

I made a decision to invest in a major repair to my AC in my 2005 Lexus since I owned from new. I had two other Auto Repair centers make their own evaluations on discovering the problem. Each one came back with the same diagnosis requiring the replacement of the ac evaporator. This was a major costly repair that cause me to question whether this option was worth it.But after receiving prices, understanding the procedures and with the confidence to move forward, I choose Beilers.Beiler's were my best choice. They informed me of the procedure, the time frame needed and the cost to complete the job. They also advised me and recommended some other things that may need my attention.Bottom line the work was done perfectly, I was more then satisfied and I would recommend Beiler's Auto Repair to my friends or anyone that would seek my recommendation for their auto service.Larry Dombach

The nicest, cleanest, friendliest, best mechanic shop I ve stopped in at. Handle everything with professionalism, I spent hours in the shop and I will say it s comfortable and accommodating. Fast, fair and friendly! I stopped by Beiler s auto repair when I was driving through town in a rush and read their Google reviews. So glad I did, these guys are above amazing and welcoming! I was helped as soon as I walked in and was back on the road within 20 minutes. Ladies, I know sometimes it s a scary task to get your car looked at on your own, but Beiler s is seriously the place to go!!! Super trustworthy and honest! Danny took care of me and my 2007 Lincoln MKX while I got to hang out in the unique and retro waiting area. He was so professional and kind. The attention to detail and customer experience really makes this place stand out. If you are looking for an auto shop in Sarasota, you are in good hands here. I spoke to Mick over at Beiler S s auto repair. I had a major brake issue. They were available to get me in the same day. Whereas I called other mechanics and they were a week scheduled out. Beiler S s auto repair called me when they found some other issues with the car, and were very knowledgeable in explaining the problems. We've had a lot of work done at Beiler's with our older cars and always get a full diagnostic with explanations of needed, recommended and/or could be put off repairs. No high pressure selling, just the facts and at a fair price. Strongly recommended as your go to repair shop. Types of work done on two different vehicles: brakes, tires, ball joints, oil changes, coolant flushes, AC inspections and diagnostics for engine repair. They also have loaner vehicles if you need one, you do need to schedule in advance but worth the extra time invested.Service: General repairs & maintenance
