Ordered Custom Domed inserts and I couldn t feel more excited! This is your sign to order custom my friends! We love the beach so went with a beach theme. With that said, BD Trims customer service was amazing to ensure we loved the image before production (emails back and forth for less than a day, VERY RESPONSIVE). The process was smooth beginning to end! Thanks BD Trims, y all rock!

Put in an order based on reviews saying that they make a good product. Submitted the order, and received an email saying that it would take 2-3 business days to process my order. On the 4th day, I sent a follow up email to check on the status, but didn't receive a reply. Sent further follow up emails once every other day but still never heard back after 2 weeks. Went ahead and filed a dispute with my bank.They were probably good at one time, but based on the newer reviews I'm seeing, absolutely do not waste your time or money.

WORST Customer service EVER..... Took $89 from my account for letters and created a label and THAT WAS IT. Emails go unanswered, 17 phone calls later I got ahold of an individual who stated he was the owner of the company and would call me back after he looked into my order..... NO CALL BACK and NO ORDER. Florida BBB never heard of them. BUYER BEWARE!!

Be careful when buying here on this site, it is a trap, they charge you the money and neither shipping nor returns. I made a claim with my bank for them! They also do not answer calls or respond to anything, it is a pure scam.tengan cuidado en comprar aqu� en este sitio es una trampa,te cobran el dinero y ni env�o ni devoluci�n hice un reclamo con mi banco para ellos !,tampoco contestan llamadas ni dan respuesta a nada es una pura estafa
