Really impressed! My car battery died unexpectedly. Not only did they have the best price in town for replacement, but I was in and out in 10min. Cameron did a great job on installing, amazing customer service, and my new battery has a 3yr warranty I'm very happy.

When I pulled up first thing in the morning to battery plus,Chris G was out front waiting to help me. What a help he was. He took the time, tested the battery, and showed me the great amount of corrosion on the top post.Clean the connections, very good and replaced both the car battery and my fob. I m a happy, grateful Customer for this business. I will share my experience with many others!

Robert changed my car's fob battery in a nano second! Robert & Cam - both at the Batteries Plus at Bee Ridge Road & McIntosh Rd in Sarasota - recognized me and welcomed me back to the store! This Batteries Plus team always treats me as a valued customer. Plus, they are knowledgeable, helpful, quick, very professional and polite! Indeed, customer service with a smile! Today, this store was packed with folks - inside and outdoors! It's so nice that I leave that shop in a fab mood!

Robert was very helpful. Had me in and out with a new car battery in 20 minutes. Been coming to this location for 20 years. Always have a great experience. Other businesses could take a lesson from these guys/girls. They are always knowledgeable and courteous.

Awesome awesome awesome! The guys were beyond helpful when I had battery issues and FOB issues. They didn't give up when one thing didn't work. Highly recommend this store. It is hard to find people who actually care about you and what they do anymore. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

I always get great customer service here. Chris was the ultimate salesman - professional, friendly and knew his product. My battery was diagnosed and replace quickly . And the windshield wipers!

Great service and very knowledgeable associates! Had issue with key fobs for vehicle. Associate installed new batteries and also explained where to keep fobs to keep it from discharging so quickly.

six years ago I had the pros at batteries plus replace a watch battery. They offered me the lifetime replacement battery option for a reasonable fee. I opted for the offer and am glad that I did. This is my third battery replacement in 6 years. I have saved money and received great service and always managed to find a great sale going on and stock up on supplies. Great staff and the best service. Thank you Batteries Plus!

Inexperienced help, very nice but nice doesn t solve the issue. Bought the battery from them, they need two days to test it, they wanted to sell me a loaner battery. Battery is still under warranty. Using a volt/ohm meter to tell me that it s dead, that was determined before I brought it to them. It s just a lead acid battery that s sealed. Hmm

The staff at this location are very friendly. The service I received was quick and efficient and the fact that if I went anywhere else I would ve waited 1 to 3 hours as a walk-in opposed to me just walking into the store and then being ready to replace my car battery then and there with no wait made my day much better than it had been.

I took my car here to have the battery replaced last week after ordering online. The technician seemed efficient and got it installed relatively quickly. After the installation, I noticed my car was louder than normal upon acceleration. My dad noticed it too. We popped the hood and my dad realized he left the air intake box that covers the battery sitting right on the engine, didn t even reconnect it. This was the reason my car was making so much noise. He also kept the clips for it so we had to replace them. My dad had to end up moving the battery over just to put the air intake box back in. Service was quick and seemed efficient, but if you aren t very knowledgeable about cars (I am not knowledgeable at all and am lucky to have my dad who is) maybe not the best place to go. My dad was pretty shocked he just left it on the engine like that. I included photos we took once he realized what happened and also a stock photo of what it should look like normally.

Sales rep Cameron expertly and calmly dealt with a faulty car battery issue and the associated complicated removal and re-installation. He made sure to explain what the issue was and why it happened. I appreciated his high level of professionalism and also appreciated Batteries Plus honoring the replacement warranty I had without any issues. Highly recommend!

A Godsend! Trying to make an appointment on time, 3 ladies trying to meet up for an item they left in my car, I stopped to get gas & utilize GasBuddy to report the gas prices... Telling myself, "Don't forget your phone". Almost overfilled the tank & used the window cleaner & squeegee to 'wipe off my mess', grabbed my receipt and took off...I left the phone on the roof of the car, thought it was at the gas station, but actually fell off while making the left hand u-turn. Came back to find the phone, otterbox defender & screen protector, with the screen cracked... Phone was still fully functional, but the lcd was out, not the back light. Needed the phone for work tonight, prayed they had my phone screen in stock. They always carry 1-2 of every type. They had my phone fixed, back to normal (as far as I can currently tell, in less than an hour to get me back to work. $140 - $20 March special (I also picked up some batteries I needed, so $140 total, with 6 9 volt batteries) was a steal to have my phone, necessary for work, back up & running before I actually needed it.Totally recommend batteries plus bulps for cell phone, tablet & other electronic device fixes. It's a chain, so if you can call ahead (from another phone) check which one has what you need in stock. Sarasota location is as good of not better than the Venice & Port Charlotte locations, with the same, "treat you like family" & your emergency is theirs, customer service & attention to detail. Highly recommend them for your repair needs.
