Store Manager Steve and Eric D are the BEST! I was in the area and had to receive a battery jump. I called them 15 minutes before the store closed and came directly there to have my battery tested. It was a bad battery. Manager Steve said they would help me despite the store closing in a few minutes. I bought a new battery and Eric replaced my bad battery with a new one. I am very grateful for their assistance and great attitude despite the inconvenience it may have caused with me arriving as they were closing. Thank you so much Steve & Eric D.!

Nick DExceptional customer service ! I was blown away at the commitment to client care shown by Nick D. Your company is truly better with him, I will be honest I want to ask him to join where I work as well since it s rare to find talent like him. I called in since my car had trouble starting and he let me know that he would be able to come right out and test to see whether it was the battery or the starter or something else entirely. Nick came out and tested everything and changed everything out perfectly, he also recommended the products based on the need and car which I immensely appreciated. Hats off to Nick D, thank you.

My niece had a problem with her battery, So we ended up going to the AutoZone off of Fruitville at 8:30 at night. Before they sold us anything they checked to make sure the problem was the battery and it was. The young man noticed it was one of their batteries and he checked to see if it was under warranty. It was and it was nice to see that he was honest and helped out. He changed her battery. In a time when it s all for me forget everyone else the store went above and beyond. I wish I knew the young man that helped out because he needs to be recognized for his awesome customer service.

I had a bit of a wait but once helped, the cashier was so helpful and kind. Then DJ did a great job of changing my battery, explaining all of the steps along the way. It was a great visit and I appreciated the kindness and smiles from the staff.

I went to AutoZone last week and everyone was very helpful. They assisted me with getting a new battery and installing it. I wanted to also add that I was called today by my car insurance who let me know that my insurance card was at AutoZone. When I called AutoZone, I spoke to Nick. D who let me know that he had called the insurance company to help me get my card back. I really appreciate that he took time out of his day to help a customer get their personal items back!

We were having problems with my cars battery connection. A young man by the name of Carson came out to look at it and checked it out very thoroughly and cleaned it all up and did whatever he could to help us. He was amazing so kind, polite, and helpful. So appreciate him and his willingness to help us. He mentioned his mom a couple times when helping us out and said my mom always said I want to thank his mother for raising such an awesome young man. We had just come from the car wash where our car had let us sit and we needed someone to jumpstart it. The manager at the car wash asked a young man there to jumpstart our car, and he was so rude and angry. But then we were blessed to meet Carson. I will definitely be shopping at that store because of him.

By far the best customer service I ve received from this autozone compared to the others within the area. Very Smooth, Quick and responsive to what you are in need of. Highly recommend choosing Autozone on Fruitville.

Nick and Braden were very helpful getting my battery warrantied. The bad battery was barely 1.5 years old and would no longer hold a charge. The 51R battery wouldn t start my 2013 Honda civic without a jump start or constant trickle charge. This Autozone is better than others!

Very helpful manager and employees. The store is nice and tidy. While I was there, they helped some folks diagnose some problems and also helped me figure out my small issues. Overall, a great experience and I would come back.

I needed a little help. I m gonna be short is Maddie and Nick Jamie. Great great service offered every bit of help they could and I was out the door and gone within 20 minutes. Got everything fixed excellent service excellent customer service. Excellent customer representatives type people and all-around quality, thank you Nick and Maddie were excellent at the Fruitville store in Sarasota Florida

The manager (I believe his name was Nick) and employees on duty when I went in at about 5:00 on 1/8 were all very helpful and patiently helped me find the right part, even though it took a few tries.

My Lexus needed an air filter and cabin filter. The dealership wanted a total of $173 to replace them. I called Auto Zone to see if they had the parts in stock, which they did, more over Steve had said on the phone that Auto Zone will install at no cost! I couldn't believe it, but that's exactly what happened. I purchased the 2 filters for a total of just under $43 and Steve promptly came out to my car changing out the old and putting in the new! Now that's service and a savings of $130! Thanks Steve!

Car was having trouble starting. Took it to two auto parts stores and a mechanic that all ran diagnostics and gave varying advice. Here, Chris looked at my battery and noticed the terminal was loose, greased and tightened it for me with various tools, and my car starts fine now. This store will be getting all my business now.

Amazing customer service and just help in general. Our battery died on the way home from a trip and a man by the name of Nick dropped everything and came to help us right away and even went out of his way to come to our car and assist us. Big thank you to Nick.

I purchased a duralast car charger 2 days ago, I went to return it because it was not working properly, and the manager on charge today 7/8/22 refused to accept it because the box was already open yet the return policy is 90 days with receipt. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. Terrible customer service.

I went to Auto Zone last night as my driver side head light was out. I asked the store manager Chris if he has one in stock. He advised me that there are (3) different options with brightness and I was not sure.He then went outside to my car and removed the bulb for me to find out the correct one. I then asked him if this was easy to install and he then showed me how to install the bulb and did it himself.This was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received in my life. I even offered to give him a tip for helping me and he would not take it.I would recommend this store for anyone looking for anything car related.
