I served our country for 21 yrs in the United States Military. Integrity and honesty is very important to me. My situation is very unusual. I purchased a 2013 Ford f150 one month ago from them. I have been planning on using the Truck to take Disabled Veterans out on water adventures. Upon purchasing the vehicle a check engine light appeared on the Dash. My left tire started rubbing. I immediately called the owner Alec and he stated that he knew about the check engine light. He thought it was fixed. He said bring the Truck back and he will fix everything. I live 1 hour each way. Brought the truck back, left it. Later he called said everything was fixed. Picked up the truck. Tire was fixed. Then drove it 45 miles, check engine light came back on, then my cigarette lighter charger went out. Called again. Veronica and Alec apologized. They said again they would fix everything. Bring it Back. I did. This time left it for several days. Then again they called said it was fixed. On repeat. This time drove it 48 miles and Check engine light came back on and another issue happened. My oil pressure would drop to zero when I was at a stop sign. Then when I would drive it would go to normal. Called them again and they said bring it back they will keep the truck, drive it and make sure it is fixed. Well they had it for over a week. Called me said they were waiting for a part. I again got the truck after they called and said they can assure me they drove it and it is fixed. I drove 20 minutes away from there dealership and Check engine came back on. I called them. They said bring it back after the storm. The positive of all this is if you want honest people, go see Alec and Veronica. They stand behind there Vehicles and when they say they will take care of you they mean it. They will not lie to you. They are the most honest dealership I have ever dealt with. They are genuine people. Alec, Veronica assured me they will make sure my truck is fixed. They know I will be driving the Truck to California with my family. Which includes my princess daughter. I know they will fix it. They will make sure the truck is safe to drive to California with my Princess Daughter and Beautiful Wife. I believe them. I will update everyone in a further review on the status of the truck. They really care and have not let me down. Blame this Truck and never fault them. They are awesome. Buy a vehicle from them. You will get honesty and integrity. A true business that values honesty and integrity.Ok I said I would give everyone a update. Cars and Trucks are unpredictable. It never has a bearing on the person or place you purchase the vehicle. I have bought many cars and trucks from different countries. I will tell you they fixed all the issues with my truck. They are the best. Best I have ever encountered. Do not go anywhere else. Go to this dealership. They are the real Deal, No, B.S. Veterans we do not put up with B.S. Once again this is the real deal. If you need a Vehicle call them. They will try to locate one for you. I will drive any distance to do business with them again. Thanks you Alec, Veronica and your crew. Much positive energy and love to you all.
