Fortunately the damage to my vehicle was not major, but was complex in nature. I sprung my drivers side door, which put a crease in the fender.The repairs made at AutoNation Collision Center Sarasota are outstanding, painting of the parts and the blending into existing is not noticeable.From the estimate, to the timely scheduling of work, the on time scheduled delivery of the repaired vehicle, AutoNation Collision Center Sarasota. My AutoNation Collision Center Sarasota experience set the gold standard for such services. Absolutely amazing! My automobile was returned to me in brand new/showroom quality condition. It is as if the damages to my auto never happened. There was outstanding communication throughout the process. They also handled everything seamlessly with the auto insurer. Bought a car a few months ago, was given to me dirty so asked them to detail it again, still dirty, wondered why my new car smelled like dog, then when moving the back seats saw this . Absolutely covered in dog hair, awful detailers! Disgusting

Had our new Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 for all of about 24 hours before someone pulled out in front of us. The only delays were in getting the parts in from Germany, the service was awesome. Quality is paramount with this shop - highly recommended. Looks and feels the same as the day we brought it home.

Nobody's ever happy about needing to get their car repaired. But we had a great experience at AutoNation Collision. We were directed to go there from the local Mercedes dealer they did a fantastic job kept us informed I got our car back looking better than ever. So while I hope I don't have to do business with them again, if I do ever need that kind of work I will go there and trust them with my vehicle

Matt Holecek had great customer service! He got my car right in and finished and dealt with the other car insurer! My car was finished in a timely manner, he always answered my calls and followed through! I highly recommend!

So far they have exceeded my expectations. They fixed all the damage my truck sustained from the hurricane. They took about as long as they told me they would, and submitted all of the necessary supplements to make sure I didn t have to come out of pocket for anything. The insurance company did not catch initially.

Worst place ever, don't take your car there. I had a 2022 GLE 450 amg package got rear ended done a very bad job gaps where horrible like I got this car off rebuilt auction. My window would open up by them self and they where joking around telling me that I have ghost in there. Staff is very un professional, takes couple of days just to return a call. Stay away, they are not Mercedes-Benz. Had to get a new car because I was so frustrated how the fixed my SUVServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Best AutoNation around! Thanks to Matt and Kirk! My Mom was in an accident with a drunk driver and her car was in really bad shape as she was hit in the front and back! Matt ordered all brand new parts and had his best mechanics on the job! When we got our car back and it was driving better than before! Extremely customer friendly! My job was prioritized because of an impending storm and I was taken in immediately and processed very quickly. This was the preferred body shop for the insurance company of the driver that hit my car. I usually take my car to the dealer for all service issues so was hesitant to take it to a body shop because of all the horror stories that pervades the sloppy work so many of them do. However to avoid any hassles with the insurance company, I took it there. I have to say, the experience with the facility and with the service estimator Robert (Benji) Johnson, was EXCELLENT! and far exceeded my expectations. He dealt with all of the procedural things the insurance company required and kept me fully informed through the process of getting my vehicle properly repaired. When I picked the car up, it was clean and as good as new. Lack of communications and professionalism is my complaint. Setup an appointment in Jan for my MB SL63 AMG. Before I was to come in they said they could not find the right part number and other stories as to a delay. I had a MB authorized repair service validate the correct PN for my car and sent this to them, but they seemed to ignore that information. Yada, yada, after 4 months of no progress, I talked with Kurt , the manager, and he said he world order 2 parts for the car and arrange for a date to get repaired. 2 weeks go buy an I have not heard from anyone, and now refuse to call me back. I called every day and left a polite message to call be back for status update. I just don't understand the issue. Will NEVER recommend them for service.

I had to bring my car here to get repairs due to a hit and run, which was already a huge hassle with insurance issues, but Sarah has been AMAZING. Every problem that I've encountered with the insurance, she has handled smoothly and efficiently for me. I was concerned that damage I had done to my fender would make it dangerous to drive from Sarasota to Boston. I consulted with Kirk Shivell II who was forthright in what he could offer to do and told me that the car was completely safe to drive. He was kind, honest, and very reassuring. A very positive experience.

Scott was aligned with our insurance company and able to oversee a quick (three days) fix to our fender bender. Scott and the receptionists were courteous and friendly. The center was able to accommodate an early drop-off. Bonus: the inside and outside of the car were cleaned. The car looked like new!

I have gone here three times for three vehicles and never have I been disappointed. They always communicate with me on the details of what's going on. They only ONCE missed a deadline BUT! I was given a rental that was free! No other shop has that kind of pull or service. If you're lucky, Scott is your guy. He's irreplaceable and the the best. You got me the best parts and brand new looking car every time.

I am blown away by the customer service at this place! My car is still in the shop now, but every day or so I get a new update sent to my email with all kinds of details about the progress of my vehicle. I will update again when my car is finished, but if their customer service is this good, I can only imagine the quality of their work would be the same!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Was directed here after a USAA member backed into my vehicle. Lack of communication between the insurance company and this business costed me 60.00 because AutoNation did not tell the Insurance company about the progress of the vehicle and USAA would not extend out my rental TWO extra days. I ll NEVER use this business again.
