I will never take my car anywhere else! Honest, speedy service completed by Master mechanics. Top notch facility & phenomenal service from start to finish. These guys are amazing!! Starting with my initial phone call, Travis was great to work with. He did an inspection of my vehicle, and then we discussed what was needed. I was Uber'd home while the work was done, and brought back when complete. I rely on my vehicle to care for my mother, as well as get to work. I know it's safe and reliable now. Thanks! Great experience, and nice to support local business.

Exceptional customer service! Diagnostics and options for repairs were explained in detail. I received a complimentary loaner car while my car was serviced. Simply the best auto mechanic experience I have ever had- highly recommended this shop. Travis and his team are amazing!

I highly recommend Automotive Technology of Sarasota. Our 2016 Ford Explorer shifts hard from time to time and we ve been searching for answers. Travis and his team took great care of us from beginning to end. First running diagnostics on the vehicle and finding that it s due for a transmission flush. Having trust and confidence in your mechanic is something everyone can say if they bring their vehicles here. We really appreciate everything and will bring our vehicles back in the future.

Travis and Mike help me with my car. Their service was outstanding I was very impressed with their service! I went to get my tires filled with air and they discovered a nail in my tire and they took it out for me and patched my tire with no charge! God Is Good!

Having lived in Sarasota over 10 years we found a great mechanic and have followed him when he moved to different shops. So, in early March our car was taken to Automotive Technology of Sarastoa for an oil change. We were told new tires were needed and we approved same. Our total bill was few dollars shy of $1,200. One line item was $91.56 for oil change (coupon from mail advertised $39.95). Travis told me he would credit me the difference. After several weeks the credit did not show up on my Visa statement. I called this week and was told my account with Automotive Technology was credited, not my credit card. Travis said they are not able to process a credit to my Visa card. I've never run across a merchant who could not process a refund or credit.I am happy with the work performed, but very disappointed with the refusal to credit my charge card for the oil change coupon discount.

After having an oil change & tire rotation at an area independent repair shop, I found they were higher priced than the Audi Dealer, making the decision to shop & price check other area shops. What a pleasant surprise finding Travis at a shop staffed exclusively with certified ASE mechanics. I stated my displeasure with JSN Auto Repair pricing asking for an estimate for 2 motor mounts & front brakes, Travis explained that they only staff ASE certified mechanics, they use only OEM quality or higher replacement parts with a 3 year 36k mile warranty, they have 3 loaner cars plus complimentary UBER ride share. After receiving another estimate I made a decision to go with Auto Technology, I left my car there, they called for an Uber to take me home. The next day I texted to ask about retrieving my car, Travis stated we're finishing up, I was about to call you, asking if I needed a ride there. When presented with the invoice, I found Travis deducted $69. with the mailed promo I had, saving me $80 from 2 other area shops. I have an auto mechanic background, these guys are ASE certified professionals, they use OEM quality parts or better with a 3 year/36K mile warranty plus having 3 loaner cars available or complimentary Uber ride share at your disposal! Why would anyone go anywhere else for repairs that are guaranteed ? Thank you Travis, expect a call at the end of the month for you to address my front brakes.

World class customer service. They provided a free uber for me. They took really good care of my car. I have never seen inside of my engine before or any parts of my car until this service. They took pictures of the problem to show me so I know what I m paying for and why, that makes me feel they can be trusted. They re worth it. They ve won my business. Thanks,Rose .

It's a great place, and Travis is the best. I had my oil changed there. Then, a week later, I was driving to my dentist appointment and noticed my tire was going flat as I was driving. I drove over to Automotive Tech. I asked Travis if he could do me a favor and fix the tire. I was going to my dentist. He had someone working on it immediately and offered to have Uber drive me if I was going to be late driving. If he could not get my tire fixed on time. Ten minutes later. I was on the road. Travis is a kind, hearted man and a Christian in every sense. After this, I have become a loyal customer because he has earned my trust.

New owner alters his reviews. The worst place in town to take your car. ZERO stars if I could. Travis has illusions about his grandeur and boasts. Travis is pompous and arrogant. Travis tried to scam me. STAY AWAY from this business.

Travis is your man. Can t believe how great this place is, quick and convenient, I was in and out during a lunch break with a fixed car in 15 minutes. These guys know their stuff and won t overcharge you.

I moved back to SRQ got the coupon from a friend, called and Travis had me in that day. He is outstanding in all aspects of professionalism. Automotive Technology of Sarasota was extremely successful in fixing my mother s car. My mom and I were headed to Tampa when we noticed that the car was on the verge of breaking down. Luckily the staff here at Automotive Technology of Sarasota was able to help us fix our car problems!

I took my car to the dealership believing that I needed a new starter, unfortunately that was not the case. Instead, some critters had eaten through wires in the harness. The dealership quoted me $4400 to replace the harness and 3 weeks to get it done (it had already been there 4 days). I called Joe at Automotive Technology and he thought he could do better. I had it towed over on a Tuesday and by Friday he had it ready to pick up!! At Auto Tech they took the time to fix the harness versus replacing it and he did it for 1/3 of the cost. Incredible! The customer service was spectacular and I'll never take my car anyplace else! Thank you Joe & the crew at Auto Tech!! My car runs great!!

What a great experience I had. Started out at an unnamed Ford dealership in the atea to try and fix the quality of ride after transferring rims and tires from my old truck to new one. Seems Ford had a hard time balancing my tires.Joe was able to ballance and find one of the tires was bad. After talkiyt with Joe it was decided to do away with the all terrain tires and go with a road tire. He found me great tires at an exceptional cost. Had me in and out as promised at cost that couldn't be beat even on the web for Goodyear tires.I will be ending my service contract with Ford. Joe will be doing all my truck work going forward other then warranty needs.... Hell even those will go to him.Thank you Jor for meeting my expectations.
