Gave us a car with the transmission messed up had other problems with it asked if we could get our money back within a week of having the car texted moe never responded finally went in and he was very very disrespectful asked to speak to his boss nothing was done had a police officer come to them and was still very disrespectful infont of him don t don t get a vehicle from there put my hard working money into that vehicle to be ripped off and to start all over with saving my money to get into another vehicle this place is not a good place to get a vehicle be careful if you do !!

So happy I came to auto outlet of Sarasota. I ve been given the runaround with financing at other dealerships and came to an auto outlet of Sarasota and this is the real deal. They guaranteed financing and give me a very nice car I give this place 10 stars.

Look no further, this is a solid shop if you need any car! They are very reliable and fast. We are very happy with our purchase. From the first moment, the manager is friendly and helped us every step along the way. Lot of car selections at the lot and very speed process to get your new car. Would definitely recommend.

WORST CAR LOT!! They sold me a car that had been in a terrible accident and told me carfax was lying and the car had never been in an accident. They paid to have a clean title made. I put down $4000 on the car and they came and took my car after 3 months of having because they said I didn t make the whole down payment. They bought the car for 5-6k and put it back together then sold it to me for over 20k. After they took it they said I had to pay $2000 to get it back. The car had so many problems and they told me they didn t have a mechanic. Don t EVER get a car from here. These people are faulty!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

I've had my car for almost a year now. I was actually planning on giving them a good review until I found out the truth. They ripped me and my mom off... and we paid in cash. They are scam artists. I would not trust any of the 5 star "reviews". Either the reviewers didn't know like I didn't know OR they are fake reviews.It's disheartening that men once again would take advantage of two women looking for a car. This isn't how life should be as a woman, especially in 2022. But here we are!If you are looking for a used car at a good price do NOT go here. They truly do not care and will sell you anything for a ridiculous price.Here's a tip for anyone looking, don't buy a car between 80,000 to 99,000 miles unless the price is nearly half the value. You will get screwed on the resale value.The truth is these people are just looking to make a quick buck off of you. They won't be honest. They will make everything seem normal. You will regret coming here. You'll see their cars and think oh these cars look all right. They are probably all right cars to an extent but they hot glue things together to make it appear like things aren't broken and will give you an awful rip-off price. Bunch of other small problems.

By far the worst car lot I have ever been to in my life. If you re a woman don t go here alone, the men will make you feel uncomfortable there s not a female in sight. I went there with cash and knew what I wanted and they didn t even let me look at it They tried to put me in some of the worst cars they have on their lot. None of the cars looked like they were reliable. All had high miles and horrible interior damage. It looks like they found them off the side of the road and just fixed them up just to get rid of them. If you re gonna listen to any review, listen to this one and don t buy or finance a car from this lot take the bus before you go here.
