What a great Audi dealership. The sales team here is super patient and thorough. Tom Clancy invested a lot of time with me to help me purchase a CPO site unseen. He was prompt and responsive, sending me everything I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. He spent nearly an hour on the phone with me, helping me get to know my new car. I am new to the audi Family and I love my new Audi!!!

We needed a new car ASAP and Tom Clancy was the Salesperson we were lucky enough to hook up with at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with to purchase our new Audi A8L. He was with us every step of the way until we drove our shiny new car out of the lot that same day! We highly recommend working with Tom Clancy for your auto purchasing needs!!

Found my new Q8 on their website on a Sunday; it was coming over from Germany and had not been sold yet. Cherrie Granada responded immediately to my online inquiry and before I knew it, I was driving it home! She helped me through a very painless trade-in negotiation process and did a wonderful job keeping in touch with me as I waited for it to come in. The delivery process was also painless and very efficient! The entire Sales team at Audi of Sarasota work well together and really seem to love their jobs - it makes me want to be a return customer for sure! I have used their Service Dept for 4 years and they really work hard to keep your car in great shape and do not constantly try to sell you something. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who loves Audi's!

GREAT DEALERSHIP! My wife and I purchased a 2024 Audi A5 Cabriolet last week and our buying experience was the best we have ever had. Every person we spoke with at Audi Sarasota was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our sales associate, Tom Clancy, was the best! He easily guided us through the process, went over all of the features of the car had us on the road sooner that we expected. I would highly recommend Audi Sarasota to anyone in the market for a quality new or used auto.

We couldn t have asked for a more pleasant experience purchasing our 2024 Q7. Curtis , who was our Audi Brand Specialist, was extremely knowledgeable and patient . He spent time to first understand our needs, then discussed and explained the available options and pricing. He then presented what we felt to be fair discounts & rebates. I must say that the camaraderie from the moment I walked in was luring to say the least. Jim Biersmith showed great poise. He was attentive to the details of the vehicle that I was interested in and answered every question fluently. I had intentions of purchasing used but they did not have the inventory available to cover my list of specific want list . So I continued my search statewide while keeping my eyes on the inventory at Audi Sarasota.To quote Emily Dickinson We shall seek to be frugal with our sweet possessions, though their enticingness quite leads us astray I found my alluring Q3.It is a brand new 2024 Q3 from Audi Sarasota.I had to Go New or Go Home .Thank you Jim Biersmith and Audi Sarasota.

I had the pleasure to work with Tom Clancy on the purchase of my new Audi. Lucky for me!I was strolling around the showroom while my present Audi was being serviced. Tom politely answered any questions about the Audi I was admiring in the showroom. His knowledge, professionalism ,and attention to detail comfortably made the sale.If you are in the market for an exceptional car I suggest you go to Audi Sarasota and ask for Tom Clancy. This is my 3rd Audi. You will not be disappointed

I do hope someone actually reads this and recognizes Cherrie for her tremendous abilities.At 62 I've now owned a mix of 15 VW's & AUDIs. I am pleased to report that my most recent A6 purchase through Ms. Cherrie Granada of AUDI Sarasota was the best experience yet. Very calm, respectful and excellent interpersonal skills. She knows her product well and was engaging and informative.At one point during delivery, she contacted my insurance company to provide the new VIN number. She then asked the Geico agent to please look at my/our policy for any qualifying discounts. I was surprised and pleased she did so. The agent discovered an incentive-savings of $600 off our yearly premium. Cherry is an example of what absolute professionalism looks like. I snapped a photo while she was on the phone. I recently purchased a 2024 S5 Cabrolet at Audi Sarasota. Chase Balliette was great to deal with, as was everyone else I talked to along the way. He was very professional and easy to talk with, listening to what I was specifically looking for and never trying to push me in a different direction. I highly recommend Audi Sarasota and Chase Balliette to anyone looking for a great vehicle and experience. I've been through the purchase process and many vehicles over the years. Audi Sarasota and Chase are tops. Highly recommend.

My wife and I finally had the experience of purchasing a new car and feeling really good about it. Today we drove home a new 2024 Audi Q3 that we purchased at Audi of Sarasota with the very able assistance of Cherrie Granada who was a real pleasure to work with. Cherrie was extremely knowledgeable of the Audi product line and was really customer focused- doing everything possible to make sure that our questions were answered and that we understood the differences between the vehicles we were looking at. The entire Audi team was a pleasure to work with including the young man Joe who gave us a great overview of the options on the car that were a little intimidating for us older folks. Suggest you give them a try and make sure you ask for Cherrie.

From the moment we arrived until I drove my new A5 Cabriolet S-line off the lot, we had a pleasurable experience. Tom was honest, hardworking, easy to communicate with, and he FOUND the exact car we wanted.The entire team at Audi Sarasota was great to deal with, but do yourself a favor...if you want and Audi, call Tom Clancy.

Everyone should be lucky enough to have Tom Clancy as the car guru. He knew everything and was so patient charming and kind. Buying a car and trading a beloved damaged car could have been painful but Tom was amazing and the whole experience not only informative but pleasant. Working with Tom Clancy was great from the beginning to the end of leasing my new 2024 Q5. He was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. He also knows so much about the vehicle and spent a great deal of time taking me through all the new technology and important info that I should know before driving the car away from the dealership. Had an excellent experience. Had a few kinks in the purchasing process but they were worked out and the process went smoothly. Cody did an excellent job introducing us to our new car and walked us through the purchase process and the features the car had to offer. Although everyone there was friendly and nice, we had a special connection with Cody and would highly recommend him and Audi Sarasota.

What an incredible experience with Audi Sarasota! I worked with Brand Specialist Jake, and he was phenomenal from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as we discussed the pros and cons of buying vs leasing. After I made my decision on the Q5, he helped me determine what rebates I qualified for and even helped me schedule transportation as I needed it delivered to a different state. Upon arrival, Jake followed up with me and virtually took me through a tutorial of my new Audi. My new license plates were mailed to me, and that completed the transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process. Jake went above and beyond--I truly felt his goal was not about the sale, but about the outcome and experience being the best it could be for me. I'm enjoying my fabulous new car and will definitely seek Jake out again when it's time for an upgrade.

My 2017 SQ5 is perhaps my favorite car ever. And I have an awesome experience every time I take it to Audi Sarasota for service. They truly know how to treat their customers. I've never had a poor or even un-caring, disconnected, or absent Service Rep, but Trever Lambert is outstanding. I'll be asking for him as my service rep going forward.
