This is my second visit this week. Earlier this week I needed a blower motor for the air conditioning and a idler arm, which they had in stock. Today, Mikey was very helpful. He pulled all the parts I needed for a tune-up on the Dodge Ram, and helped me get the right battery for my sister's Volvo. He installed it for us free of charge after having run a diagnostic check on the old battery to determine that it was not functioning properly. Their customer service is great, the pricing is reasonable, and I recommend this the store on Fruitville for your Auto Parts needs.

Battery is clearly labeled it is less that 3 years old so is under warranty. Won t replace it as they can t find it in their computer. Run from this store as fast as you can!!! Rock auto has same parts 1/2 the price. Batteries local get interstate at Costco 35% less money and they will honor their warranty. No more business from me and I spent 1500-200k a month in auto parts.

Great customer service. I ve visited the store a few times this past week and was helped by an employee named Nathan. His customer service and knowledge is absolutely fantastic. This auto parts store will be my go to from now on.

I needed new headlights to start my evening Ubering. Kevin was nice enough to not only make sure I got the proper headlights, but even showed the installation! Super knowledgeable and down to earth guy. He even helped the people next to me with their tire issue! The world needs more people like Kevin. If the General Manager of this AAP is reading this, please give him a raise. Thank you Kevin for making my night.

Had to get a new battery last minute and Kevin was incredibly helpful and made the experience totally painless. The guys who work there all seem to get along well, which made the store inviting and fun. Great job! I'll definitely be back :-)

I called this advanced auto parts store on Fruitville after already calling 2 other advanced auto part stores located in Sarasota that day. A knowledgeable gentleman named Nathan answered the phone and walked me through my "part" situation. I arrived at the store and he was extremally helpful and continued to thoroughly walk me through my confusion. The other 2 auto parts stores failed to assist me with this simple task of understanding the confusion between these different parts. It was a simple discussion, and I am grateful I spoke with Nathan because he superseded all the others in optimal services. I would defiantly come here again if I had any confusion between parts for your vehicle. Thank You Nathan!

I called and spoke with Jason on the phone.He is so very helpful explaining what type of bulbs I needed for my Jeep. After purchasing the bulbs I attempted to install them and failed miserably! (I am a desk jockey) Paul, the other sales associate came out and helped my install them in the pouring rain. These two guys were awesome!!! I hope my Jeep doesn t have anymore issues but if I does I will be heading back.

Went this morning into Tuffy at 5050 Fruitville, Anthony and Dimitris helped, they were very friendly, took care of my light bulb in the back of my car in 10 mins in and out. Great service!

Staff here are helpful and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for years and they've earned the preferred spot in my choice of auto parts suppliers. Whenever possible, I go here first. Not only do they have great service, but they make warranty transactions relatively pain free. If you keep good records, you can expect them to stand behind their warranty.

Today I was in a HUGE bind. I mean we're talking rock and hard place kind of bind.On a Hail Mary I went here, hoping they could help me with a really difficult to find part. I was so relieved when I left, I can barely express it.The employee that helped me out (far more than he probably realizes) was named Dalton Lane. Although they didn't have the part I needed, he was able to think outside of the box and find a way to solve my problem. I mean it actually worked, and I couldn't be happier!He was knowledgeable, kind, and funny, with an exceptionally warm smile. Because of him I will absolutely be back to this place. I will also recommend them to anyone looking for auto parts in this area. I hope management realizes the asset they have in him.Thank you so much Dalton, you saved my butt!!!

An above average auto parts store. Throughout every town you will find multiple stores. They test batteries, help answer questions and the service is usually good. Advance is my go-to auto parts store for the most part, they have everything I generally have needed. Their prices are usually equal to or just a slight bit better than other parts stores. I usually order online and get 20 to 25% off and then go pick up at the store or have it delivered.

Best experience I've had at an Auto parts store! The tech working..... I cant remember his name.... Ashland? Maybe? Was without a doubt as helpful as he could have been. My stepfather had a dead battery and he went above and beyond to help him.

The female employee Cheyenne was SOOOO awesome!!! I came in to buy another battery and she figured out the one I bought in 2017 was still warrantied, I had no idea, then put it in my car in less than 3 minutes. She was super cool and very helpful. The customer before me was a complainer and she was so patient and nice to him also.

What a great service! I was in real trouble with my car battery as my car had arrived from overseas, and John took care of everything for almost nothing compared to what the dealer wanted to charge me. Simply great! Thank you, AutoZone!

The people that work there are extremely helpful and they always have what I need. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little wonky as it's a steep driveway that connects with a busy Shell gas station. Other than that, 5 stars for the staff and selection.

I stopped in last Saturday to pick up a wiper blade for my car. The lady at the register told me what size to get because it s a new car to me, so I didn t know. I was not able to attach the blade to my wiper at all after several attempts in the rain. It was not going on. I tried once more at another location where I wouldn t be getting rained on and still couldn t get it on. I ended up driving home 41 miles on the interstate without any wipers. The next day I went into the location after I asked a few of my friends to try for me and they were unable to get it on. The lady working, Cheyenne, took a quick look at my car and knew exactly what I needed. The wiper was the correct size, but not the same style. She took care of the the installation and I was so happy she was able to do it.

My daughter came in to get an oil change for a 2006 Durham Max 6.6 a They sold her 10 gallons of oil and it was the wrong kind Try to get a refund on the jug that was used And was turn down. The manager said that is what the computer tells her if you were good autos parts store you should have a general knowledge!!!!!!

Just went in to get a wrench for my fuel shut off solenoid and put my solenoid back in my pocket. After picking up the rite size wrench and one of the guys behind the counter was acting weird. and when I left he was creeping out the window?

Not impressed. We told them exact make model and Car, they gave us the wrong bulb two times had to return. Add a team of four employees to try to figure out situation terrible to figure out what break light for a simple car.
