Brett just came to my home to complete a windshield replacement. He was on time, very polite, and the job was completed in under an hour! Highly recommend this company! I spoke with Jesse to set up the appointment and he was very knowledgeable and courteous as well. He walked me through the insurance call and everything. I had a small CHIP in my front windshield and was approached saying that Florida replaces them for free and whatnot. I get it fixed thinking nothing of It. When the two men came to my apartment to fix my windshield, they CRACKED the new installation. It wasn t a small crack either. It spanned from top to bottom on the drivers side. I was so annoyed. They still charged me for this and billed my insurance nearly $2000 when it doesn t cost anywhere NEAR that to replace since it s a basic windshield. I had a bad chip on my windshield that was too big to fix and had to be replaced for legal reasons. I m happy I called Adonis Auto Glass. They were very professional and efficient. I got a brand new windshield and my insurance paid for it and they did all the work on my behalf. Would use again! Five Stars for sure!

Fast and professional, Adonis came out and replaced my cracked windshield quickly and professionally. My only regret was not calling them FIRST! 2 other (well known) glass companies cancelled on me a total of 3 times. Update 1 year later I go to get new insurance and you filed a comprehensive claim against my policy not the same claim you would do for a cracked windshield. You billed my insurance company as me having a tree fall on my truck or being hit sitting still. I plan on reporting this. I had wondered why my insurance rate went up and why I was charged almost $500I was stopped at a gas station and was told they come to me to fix the glass with us great. Then he says oh we ll pay you $50 as well and gave him my cash app info it s been 4 weeks and nothing. Then I was told I could keep the lettering in the top of the glass well the guy comes out says it wasn t ordered that way so we can reschedule I guess.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was approached by a gentleman named Jesse about the crack in the center of my windshield, I was super hesitant at first but upon him giving me details I decided to give him a chance and it turned out to be a great thing. Adonis Auto glass is a joke they replaced my windshield in my car that is now leaking when I called them they said they will fix it and now they will not take my calls. Call your insurance first before they do any work on your car. They charge the insurance company double what it should cost to replace a windshield. Believe me if you do not call your insurance company they will be calling you after the work is done.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called to have a window reinstalled that was removed by another company. Tytus was not only on time but also went out of his way to fit me in between two other jobs. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! No returned phone calls, no follow-up, no updates, cancelled appt AFTER I had to call to confirm. Do NOT recommend at all! Please do better! From owner to the technician overall not satisfied!

We planned to replace the windshield, but at the specified time no one came and reported about the cancellation of the installation. For two days they have not answered my calls and messages. I lost my time working with this company.
