Quinton W. was professional, friendly, explained things in a way that I could understand. The replacement part was reasonable with the visit fee on 4/11/24.I have been with A/ C Today for the last couple years and found the company to be reliable, provided excellent customer service. My previous technician was Romero and he was very professional too!

I had an outstanding experience with Randy B from AC today. He truly went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner, ensuring I didn't have to endure a whole weekend without it. Randy B of AC Today serviced our AC system today which was not working. Diagnosed it quickly and get us back in business. Randy gave a very thorough explanation of what he found. And gave us a professional presentation of different maintenance plans they offer.

This is a bad company. First they don't return phone calls you go into a call service and then the main office doesn't call. They were served a certified letter in which they never even responded too after failing inspection. Their service guy came out to do the service contract said well this isn't right said someone will call you. We'll guess what you got it no phone call. In fact I want into the York distributors and one of their senior guys at AC Today was in there as I was complaining and he's like I don't know whats up with that place. Chris the sales guy total douche he's no longer there go figure.At this point going to fix it and sue them since it's flagged now.

Technician Ramiro G notified me when he would arrive by phone. He showed up when he said he would. Tech was friendly and very efficient. He provided advice regarding my AC unit. I was very pleased with the service. I would rate Ramiro the best tech I ve had with AC Today.

I ve had several HVAC companies service my home equipment over the years, but AC Today is without a doubt the best in this area! Our technician Randy was excellent! Randy was very professional, polite, and offered great advice on how to maintain our equipment on a regular basis. Great job Randy and THANK YOU!

I have filled out the request form over the computer and within an hour Greg the technician had called me back to ask questions and assess the problem, to set up and confirm a time to come out. He came out the next afternoon Greg was very thorough he spoke confidently about what needed to be done and gave helpful tips on how to care for the equipment for the future.

Service techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Quinton was very thorough and answered all our questions. We love the gold plan as it gives us a security that our system is operating at its best. Plus they can address any issues before a breakdown.

I've used A/C Today in 3 homes since 2014. Usually no issues. Today's maintenance was done by Randy. He used a strongly scented cleaner in my system, which permeated through the vents and house. Very irritating smell. I told him that I have my system maintained regularly. Every house I've been in. I've never had an issue with a smell during servicing the unit. He said well, they didn't do a good job then. I told him I have used A/C Today for almost 10 years. Guess they didn't do a good job. He did mark on the unit inside for future techs not to use anything smelly. As I was trying to remove the A/C Today sticker that he put on there today, my arm brushed against what he had written. All that black lettering rubbed off on my arms. Wasn't even a permanent marker. I removed everything. Great company in the past, but the issue with the smell today is unbearable.Update: After trying to reach Melissa, spoke with Jessica (who said someone would call me), Randy called and said he was told to call, but didn't know what to do. He said he'd have a manager call me. No one did. I had to leave my house for the night - couldn't sleep there with the smell. I returned the next afternoon (24 hours later) and the smell was still there. Luckily, Amazon has great service, and the charcoal filters I ordered yesterday had arrived, and I installed one. (The new M11 filters I had in the cabinet where the unit is had absorbed the chemical smell and had to be trashed) Still NO ONE from AC Today has followed up. If this smell doesn't disappear, AC Today will be responsible for cleaning my entire system, including air ducts.Update: (12/1/23) no one ever called me. I called and spoke with someone who said he was one of the owners the day before Thanksgiving. He asked me to hold off and he would be in touch with his team on Monday after Thanksgiving to see what had happened. He promised to call me on Monday. Here we are Friday, and still no phone call. He said that he had been out of town due to a death in the family. But upon thinking about it, if he was one of the owners, why didn't the other owner at least call me. No one has followed up. It took over a week for this smell to dissipate. It ended up smelling like rotten hotdogs as it dissipated.Again, good service in the past years. But, apparently they've gotten too big to care about their customers any longer.Update: 12/9/23. I still haven't gotten a phone all or any type of communication from AC Today, as they'd promised before Thanksgiving. And, they've blocked me on Facebook, so I can't reach them there. You would think a company that claims to have customer would address the issue caused by their technician vs hiding and ignoring. Followup as promised by one of the owners would have been the better choice for a company that's just gotten too big to care about its customers.

Completely useless performance. They really stand behind the poor workmanship and low quality job completion. If you want to waste your money on garbage, call them up. They will bid the job, schedule the work, come out and do the absolute minimum, if you're watching them, if not they will do LESS. Couldn't recommend LESS.

For your warranty to cover the visit the tech has to diagnose the problem correctly. If the tech fails and they catch it later don't expect a refund. So video your problems and keep notes if you have issues. They do ok work most of the time, just know the warranty is not "worry free" as they advertise. They also told me to complain quickly when a problem occurs and that gets dicey because they charge you if they can't figure it out.

Charles the technician was very professional and even got our ultraviolet light to work again. It has not worked for a while, I gave him a new bulb and he installed it and it worked. We have tried this bulb before and it did not work, I am not sure what he did but it works now. You can send him for all of our 6 month maintenance

Excellent company! My AC stopped cooling after 5pm on a sweltering day. I spoke twice with customer service reps (I called again to verify details) who were kind and helpful. My on-call tech Ramiro G. was wonderful. Texted me, sent his photo, and called. Arrived on time at 9pm, had to climb up his extension ladder with his flashlight ONTO THE ROOF where my unit is located. I couldn't move one of my big potted patio plants out of the way and he did it (and moved it back!) He explained the job clearly when finished, and the transaction was smooth. I was anticipating a minor disaster, and ended up delighted with such prompt, professional, and thorough service from AC Today.

Fantastic experience with A/C Today! I called this morning around 11:00am and was told someone would be out late this afternoon. The technician arrived early, around 2:00pm, and called when he was about 30 minutes out, as a courtesy. The problem was quickly identified and fixed. The best part was the cost was much less than I was anticipating! I have signed up for their biannual inspections to prevent further issues and have become a lifetime customer! THANK YOU for making my experience as pleasant as possible!
