TNT Mobile RV repair came to look at our RV this week. First and foremost, they were actually early, around these parts of Florida traffic is very bad and that says a lot about this company. Secondly they were very knowledgeable, friendly, and more than willing to find a solution to the problems that we are having with this RV. Eric went through every problem that we had in question, and was very thorough. Lastly, I was very elated that he was able pinpoint and diagnose the repairs that needed to be preformed at a very reasonable price.I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with their RV.

Eric called me Mr. Jim. I had him come by our Airstream several times during the course of our vacation at topsail preserve State Park. Eric was prompt. Eric was courteous. Eric was most competent and just a good guy. I would recommend him to anybody, Jim Ford, Kensington, Maryland.

While in Destin FL our hot water heater stopped working. We contacted TNT and Within a short period of time the repair was made. We discovered after Eric talked to Lippert that the unit needed to be replaced as parts were no longer available. TNT handled all the paperwork for the extended warranty and Made everything so easy. We have had other mobile service and nothing compares to the service and attention we were given. Eric also ordered and installed a new board for our furnace and did a repair on our stove at no charge. Just amazing good people with unbelievable knowledge and experience in RV repair.

Called to see about getting RV fridge fixed. He called me back initially and said he would be in the area I was and after he was done he would reach out. If not that afternoon the next morning. After not hearing from him by mid-day the next day I called back. Left voice mail. He never returned it. I left another and stated simply if he s not going to be able to look at it please call me back and let me know so I can find someone else. Still no callback from him. I DO NOT recommend him. I can t comment in his repair skills, only on customer service or lack of in this instance.

TNT Mobile RV Repair did a great job! Fixed our busted water supply line to icemaker, plus fixed a couple of other problems they saw. Customer service was outstanding.

My generator absolutely would not start 2 weeks ago, I figured it might be low oil. Eric pushed the generator button, it started right up. Go figure! Oil was good, too. Eric sent me on my way happy. He's the man! I will be back, and recommend him to my friends

I have used TNT several times. on time..returns calls, looks up products to show prices no hidden BS .. Eric hits rides a running works effectively no smoke breaks etc. my fridge and hot water heater out same day!! Eric gave solutions quickly fridge is limping along til fans arrive. Cold baths til tank comes in Ha I m thankful it s not Hot g

2023 Thor Tellaro 20L Van - Tammy & Eric were very responsive and they fixed multiple issues/add ons much faster than our local RV center. We should have just used them in lieu of RV Center who took 5 weeks to repair items and 3 weren t even done right.

All I can say is.....WOW!Team TNT showed up, said good morning and got right to work! They quickly knew what was wrong and fixed it. While they were at it, they found a couple issues with my tank reader and fixed it at no extra charge for me since he was already under the rig.I will say, they love what they do and it shows.Tammy took a bunch of photo's to show me the repair work and have it for my records.Eric was very efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again and pass along his info to all our RV friends.Thank you again TNT!!

If you are an RVer, you should know how hard it can be to find a mobile repair service especially when traveling. Tammy and Eric at TNT RV Repair were incredible. Spoke with them on Saturday and they were able to schedule us for Monday. Arrived without issue and tackled our furnace problem. I was seriously impressed on their strong work ethic and sense of responsibility to the customer. They stand behind their work and I would strongly recommend TNT RV Repair for any issues you have.

If you are anywhere around the South Walton County area of Florida and need RV service, I highly recommend that you make TNT RV Repair your first call. They do exceptional work, and they are exceptionally nice people. We had a very critical repair requirement to the inoperable Vacuflush system on our Holiday Rambler motorhome and were on the verge of canceling our trip, but Eric and Tally got us back in operation. We ve been coming to the Gulf Coast during the winter for several years, and in future I will hold off on repairs until I am in this area so TNT can do them.

TNT RV repair was hands down THE best repair experience I have ever had with an RV repairman. This guy was flexible, fast and responsive to text messages about scheduling time, and he really knows his stuff. Do not hesitate to use this company! I will definitely be using them again if I camp in the area in the future!

We had a problem our break away switch malfunctioned and applied brakes to our trailer but not enough to lock up breaks so we were unaware of problem until I unhooked trailer and saw line hanging. Called TNT and Eric came right out. Breaks were toast. Eric replaced breaks & drums the very next day after rounding up all the parts needed. Excellent service and was still had extended warrantee that Eric dealt with. Thanks to Eric our vacation was saved. Would highly recommend giving TNT RV Repair a callNeil Lynch

I can t speak for the quality of work, as he never showed up, but the customer service is terrible. Honestly some of the worst I ve ever experienced. I called 8 days ago to book maintenance, nobody answers ever, you have to leave a message. The technician promptly called me back to schedule an on-site repair the following Saturday morning at 930. Saturday morning came, by 10 still no sign. I began calling and leaving messages around 10:15. Today is Tuesday, I ve yet to receive a call back after 4 or 5 messages I ve left over the past week. This would have been less of an issue had I not canceled an appointment with another shop in favor of this guy, my mistake. Go with anyone else if your time is of any value to you. Saturday morning wasted, and still no repair. Thanks TNT

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. First of all, they never answer the phone. You have to leave a message. He was 2 hours late, he quoted $200 CASH ONLY for the repair, didn't fix the problem, told me to order a part and he would take the $95 service call fee off the final repair. I called him back to get details on what part I was supposed to get and he had his wife call to tell me to "get the cheap one". When I told her that I had a few other questions, like do I need the rings, etc she told me he would have to call me back. They never called so I lost $105. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. BE VERY AFRAID. i told him I was a hurricane victim and he victimized me again. He should be ashamed. I left yet another voicemail again to let him know that I wanted my money back and why and they never bothered to call me back.

Eric is a rock star! His pure knowledge is so detailed. His passion to complete the task is a major benefit! Not only does he know the task on hand, he looks for other issues while there and offers advice. Great guy!

Tammy and Eric are awesome people! Eric can fix anything on a RV. custom work ect. they are a great team. extremely busy this time of year so sometimes hard to get a hold of but definitely worth your effort!!

Tammy and Eric are the greatest. We had extensive damage from a storm on our RV, and we were supposed to go out of town to Disney for our sons first trip so we were pretty bummed..... Well they made sure that we were able to make that trip, and spent countless days and late nights working on the rv so that we could make it on time. You don't find people like them anymore. Words cant express how grateful we were for them! Thank you thank you thank you TNT!!!!!

Eric is THE MAN!!!! We were traveling from Virginia to Florida and the trailer brakes started acting up. Sometimes they would work and sometimes not. Eric came to the park we were staying at, and fixed the problem. When we got home (back to NV), my husband called him and he took the time to give his opinion as to what was going on now. Eric is the guy. Thanks Eric.

These people are the real deal. They re kind, extremely helpful, and always finish the job. Eric is awesome and full of knowledge and will not leave until the job is finished. Can t express how satisfied I am with they re service. I will not use anybody else.

Had a water heater problem, Eric showed up at appointed time ordered parts, 2 days later water heater working great, add in the fact he came to 1st site to diagnose 2nd to repair, also gave me valuable info to fix hole in floor from blowout damage, Highly recommend TNT RV Repair.

They were able to show up very short notice and quickly figure out the problem and tell me exactly what to do to fix the problem without trying to overcharge. Even offered to come follow-up free

Called them the other day for an emergency and left a voice mail. Called again yesterday. Left another voice mail. Needed help bad. Never called me back. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
