We've taken our car here a few times and each time have been extremely satisfied. So much so, that we sent my husband's son over with his vehicle.They get us in and out in a timely manner, seem very fair and honest.We moved here in the summer and having found a place that we can depend on is a blessing.And to top it off, they have a senior dog that is just precious, waiting to greet you.But honestly give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I'm so grateful to this NAPA! I purchased new, low end, windshield wipers from a NAPA store in Michigan, then immediately drove to Florida. The wipers broke on their own within two weeks. I stopped into the NAPA Auto Parts store in Santa Rosa Beach, and was advised they are independently owned. Nevertheless, the owner replaced my windshield wipers with an upgraded set at no extra cost to me. I'm pretty sure she took a direct hit for the cost, but she won me as a customer. Thank you!

Charged over $200 for a battery for a 2018 Mazda and $75.00 to change it! They said they gave the price before installing but they did not! Auto Zone changes battery's for free and their battery cost is less than half of this place! These people are a total rip off. Avoid them at all costs. Read the YELP reviews and see how many others have been ripped off.

Today my family and I took a trip to Destin for some holiday shopping. When we got back to our car it was dead. We got a jump from a good Samaritan and headed home to panama city beach. On the way I noticed a slight amount of smoke coming from the battery side of our hood.We pulled over and used Google to find this shop. The team had a new battery in stock and installed it and checked my alternator and starter too. We were in and out in under 25 mins and are now safely home. I can't thank them enough for the swift response they gave to my family and I.

The only reason I'm giving them this rating is that it took 3 hours to change out the battery in my 2017 Silverado it was one thing after another, they didn't reprogram the computer, after they did we drove off only to find the turn signals didn't work after taking it back the tech said he needed to disconnect the battery for 30 min to program again, during reconnecting the battery he broke the terminal clamp, they didn't have one on hand so it took another hour to get one delivery but after that everything was working again, they were polite, apologetic and seemed very sincere about the whole situation, I would use them again
