Drove down from Indiana and realized with all the stop and go traffic that something was definitely not quite right with my brakes. Decided to call a few places and Mohr s was more than happy to get me in first thing in the morning when they opened to get my vehicle checked. They were transparent about what I needed and pricing all along the way. Kati was great to deal with and made the process so easy. They had my vehicle fixed and back on the road within a handful of hours while I spent my day on the beach with family! 5 stars for great service, quality and going above and beyond to get us back on the road to Indiana safely! Thank you all for taking great care of us!

Such a positive experience with this auto shop. They went above and beyond to work on my 4runner, going out of their way to order parts for me. Mike & Katie are the best! :) It's awesome when the staff is not only helpful but also super knowledgeable. I know the staff s expertise made a big difference in getting my truck back on the road safely! They definitely deserve a stellar review for their outstanding service! Thanks guys!!- Maddie

SERVICE was 5 STAR!! Late on Friday afternoon we realized we had a flat tire and could not hardly get anyone anywhere to even answer their phone. The friendly staff took care of us and went above and beyond to help us and even called around trying to find us the tire we needed! They could have easily told us it was too close to closing for them to be able to help us, but they didn t! Thank you so much from your new friends from Arkansas!

Brought my Honda in to get tires. Spoke with Mike and other employees at the business. They were very courteous and helped answer any questions I had about the work being done on my car will definitely go back if I am ever in need. The work was done quickly and completed just as promised.Plus I like doing business with veteran own businesses.

They tested and replaced the battery in my Audi S5 quickly and professionally. I did not have an appointment, but they worked me in. Very knowledgeable staff. Nice to know we have a local place that will service my vehicles, since no dealerships are nearby.

Our car was not running well and trouble starting. They got it in same day, found the problem and fixed it and we had it back by 3 PM. Extremely good communication, friendly service and would highly recommend!

Always have done what is expected. Dependable. Pricey, but WHAT ISNT TODAY! I continue to take my jeep there because they do as they say. I recommend over other local shops. Friendly, usually have parts ready to go. Great choice. I called on a Monday morning about a possible axle leak. They told me to come in right then. They were able to diagnose right away. The team at Mohrs is the best! I was quoted thousands of dollars at another shop in town and went to Mohrs for a second opinion. They were honest in what needed to be done and helped to guide me through the process. I have a unique imported truck. Called a few days ahead and asked if they were familiar with it. They said they were. I was told that I could get a diagnostic on it as well! Was told to drop it off and it would get worked on throughout the day. Dropped off the truck Thursday and heard nothing. All good business can get busy. Friday comes and I get a call asking what I want done. They then asked me for a parts list. This made me realize that they are not familiar with my car at all. After hearing nothing else Friday I called Monday at 1. They said that they haven t touch it yet. I was a little upset so I just went to get my truck and take my business elsewhere. When I got to my truck the doors were unlocked and cracked open for I m guessing 5 days, and the e-brake wasn t up in a manual transmission car. Super glad they never touched my vehicle. Seems they can t even treat a car in their custody properly.

I got a flat tire the day before I had to drive the car to the airport. What made it worse was that I didn't have an appointment. Thankfully, Mohrs Automotive were incredibly friendly and professional. They were able to fix my tire quickly and efficiently - I was in and out within 30 minutes.It seems like a really well run family business. Overall, I had a great experience at Mohrs Automotive and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance. Thank you, Mohrs Automotive! Mohr Automotive came highly recommended to me by my neighbors, and I must say, their recommendation was spot on. It's truly invaluable to have a mechanic you can trust to repair your vehicle without trying to overcharge you for unnecessary services. Took my car here while on Vacation after my check engine light came on and started flashing. They exceed my expectations!!! They were honest, timely and called to chat with updates. I wish I could have Mohrs auto in my hometown!

Mohr's Automotive did a great job fixing our Yukon's air conditioning the same day that we brought it in. Superior customer service and execution. We will use them for all our vehicles, as we support this outstanding business.

I brought my Toyota Tacoma to get a oil change and a tire rotation they charged me $267. It doesn t cost nowhere near Half of that for materials. Found oil filter online for $10 and the most expensive was like $20. I d be willing to pay $30 just for mark up purposes but $76 is kinda ridiculous i think. The tire rotation is $60. I know people who have diesels that say it cheaper than that to do a tire rotation and lube and filter. This place mark up is way to high and just a rip off. I absolutely will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Do not take your vehicle here.

Dishonest company. Charged me for services they did not perform. I verified that thru another BMW certified mechanic. They also damaged my air condition condenser while in their care which I had to replace. I have emailed them and I have called them on numerous occasions to resolve these issues with no response. BEWARE!!!

These guy are overpriced and unreliable. I will take my business elsewhere, ever since they changed ownership the place has never been the same. They always try to find something wrong, so you can be over charged for a simple repair. As an example they put the spark plugs in my Jeep 18 months ago, then charged me to replace them and said they were junk. They called me and said it was ready to pick and then when I got there and paid for the overpriced service I had to wait 20 minutes for them to put everything back together .Services: Carburetor cleaning, Auto engine diagnostic

They were awesome to out of staters We had a screw in our tire and had the spare on. They checked our tire to make sure it wasn t losing air and put it back on at no charge. And wished us a pleasant visit in Florida and a safe trip home. Even got to met their mascot Bird the dog.Service: TiresService: Tires

My car would not start but still had battery power. I had it towed to John John Automotive. They went through it with a fine tooth comb and were able to get it started. They kept it the whole day and continued to ensure it was running before having me come get it. Their top notch customer service was a breath of fresh air. Nor did they charge me for their time. Check Mike and his team out. You won't be disappointed.
