My husband only loves one thing more than me- his car. So when a dent showed up last week he rapidly went through all the stages of grief (including an entire evening of reviewing surveillance video in an effort to apprehend the culprit to no avail). Thankfully when he gained his senses and arrived at acceptance of his circumstances, Ian was able to schedule him quickly and for a great price. He couldn t be happier with Ian s attention to detail! The car is once again PERFECT and I have a happy husband!

This experience was worth the money. Ian communicated very well with me, weather hampered the chance to remove some dings in my brand new truck, which were bothering me everyday! But eventually things lined up and the workmanship shows his experience and talent with this service. Literally like it never happened. One of the dings was on a crease in the truck body and I thought would never look the same because of the angle and way it was. He came to me! I work in Panama City and sent Ian a pin through Google maps to my parking spot, he let me know when he was arriving and when he was finishing up. Convenient to have the service mobile and I was able to pay right there with my debit card.Would recommend to support a local business owner and the work was superb.

Ian was phenomenal to work with! I was calling place after place to have a dent fixed the same day (I was deploying the next morning) and everyone recommended giving him a call. He asked a few questions and said he would be right over. He was up front and honest about the price and what to expect. He came through in a pinch and a great price for the quality of work; the hood of my truck looks brand new! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Ian is wonderful to do business with and communicates frequently to update you on how the process is going. My vehicle took about two days to repair and he even sent me pics to let me know it was safe and taken care of. Ian prides himself on your satisfaction with his workmanship. A coworker in charge of our commercial fleet at work who recommended someone else asked me for Ian's contact info after seeing the before and after of my vehicles damage.

First and foremost let me say that Ian is nothing short of a magician! We had there major dings on our truck we needed repaired. I sent Ian pictures of the issues and he promptly responded with a range of prices for each. We originally scheduled an appointment for me to come out to his shop to do the work. I explained that we would probably just rent a car if he needed it more than a day. Ian came back later and said if I can be flexible on the date, he could come to me and save me the cost of the rental. Bonus! Ian arrived on the date and time arranged, and as he inspected the truck, he found two more small dings as well and offered to fix those while he was here for a nominal fee. Awesome start! About 4 hours later, bam, everything was done, including the two new ones he found. The work was flawless, I could not even tell there were dings there before. His final price was spot on with what he quoted, and the fee for the two additional dings was more than fair! Just in my brief conversations with Ian, you could tell he takes such pride in his craft, hence the quality of his work. His was honest, forthright in his communications and just an overall good guy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you will be amazed at the finished product. Hopefully I don't get any more dings down the road, but if I do I know who I am calling. Thanks again Ian!!

Ian is one of the few people that genuinely takes pride in his work - he has a true passion for what he does and he truly knows his art. He is responsive, courteous, professional, and is a true expert at paintless dent repair. If you have a dent, dings, hail damage, etc, Ian can repair it. He repaired 10 dings on two different cars and his work is flawless. I highly recommend his expertise.

I have been in the car business for almost 50 years and have used many dent repair men but Ian is by far the best. Quality work done on time by the ultimate professional that takes pride in his work. There were so many 5 star posts for Ian's work I almost didn't believe they were real. Take my word as a car fanatic this guy is a highly skilled tradesman. His repair of a deap dent in a fender on my Cadillac XTS absolutely exceeded my expectations.Ian came to my vacation rental location in Sandestin and that was much more convenient and less expensive then trying to get the work done at my local dealership back in Michigan.

Ian is absolutely awesome. He repaired my Tesla s hood ding perfectly. It s like it was never there!!I HIGHLY recommend him. Not only was the repair perfect, but he is professional and very friendly.

We recently hit something on the Highway and that something didn't just break our fog light but it also left a very nice big dent on the bumper. I called several places but decided to go with Seaside Dent Repair due to their good reviews and the way Ian explained everything to me over the phone.Ian deserves more than 5 Stars, he came all the way out to Crestview to fix our bumper and not just that he also replaced the Fog Light for me. While here he fixed several other small dents and the car looks as perfect as can be. I am more than happy with the outcome. Thank you so much again Ian :)

Outstanding service! Ian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me multiple options to fix a 3 inch dent on my car. He came to my house and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done on my aluminum bodied Tesla. I highly recommend Seaside Dent Company.

I don't write reviews very often but needed get this one out there. Ian worked on two of our vehicles, repaired a major dent on one to the point where it is no longer visible and much preferable to the solution offered by body shops. The dent on our second vehicle could not be restored to 100% due to some internal damage. We were aware that this could be the case upfront and Ian did not want to be paid for his work. Very honorable and a great person to work with. Highly recommend!

Ian goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. I had a monster 12 inch dent in my Camry that would have probably cost $1500 or more at a repair shop (not to mention time lost dropping the car off etc.). Ian made it so simple and affordable...his price was less than a 1/3 of a repair shop. It was as easy as 1,2,3.1) I texted him some pictures of the dent and he replied within a couple of hours.2) We talked on the phone to go over pricing and available times.3) He showed up on the agreed time at my house and worked tirelessly for 5 hours until the dent was gone!!!I will definitely use him again if ever needed. My wife s 2016 Accord Sport had two dents in it.. keyword = HAD!..Thanks to Ian with Seaside Dent Company. Those two dents are nothing more than a memory. Ian was professional, and courteous with great pricing. His work speaks for itself. There is a reason he has stellar reviews. He is that good! I won t consider anyone else for my dent removal needs. Ian came out to my house and quoted me a price to repair a number of different sized and shaped dents. About a month later after finding another new dent in my car I decided to take him up on his quote. When he arrived I showed him the new dent expecting to have it added on to the quote. He had no problem offering to fix it for free! He ended up finding a couple other very minor dents he found in the process and fixing them. This is a perfect example of the character and service you're going to get with Ian and Seaside Dent. I am very meticulous and actually watched him repair every dent. He had no problem with this and reiterated that all that matters is that I'm happy with the work. My car looks perfect. If you are looking for an experienced professional that provides unparalled skills, reasonable quotes, and exceptional work in the Okaloosa area there is no reason to go with anybody else other than Ian at Seaside Dent Company.

We had a great experience with Gulf Coast Dent Works. Our car sustained extensive hail damage while we were traveling out of state. Ian responded promptly to our request for an estimate to repair the numerous dents on the body panels. He helped us work through the claim with our insurance company and he made the repairs on time and on budget. Our car once again looks like new!

Excellent. That sums it up. Ian is an excellent person. He drove almost an hour to tell me he couldn't fix my dent to his standards. He then hooked me up with a dealer repair guy who has my car today. He texted me the next day to ask if the repair guy had contacted me. He wouldn't accept payment for his time. Wow. In this day and time i would never expect to have that kind of experience with a total stranger. Excellent, that's all I can say. And by the way, he would never ask me to post this. After poor customer service from another paint-less dent repair company, I googled for another option and found Ian. He responded to my email request for a quote in less than an hour and followed up via text over the 2 weeks (we were both out of town during this time). He came to Panama City Beach today from Seaside, did the job for the fair price he had quoted and it looks absolutely perfect.The repair he did was for a small but deep door ding that must have been done from trim on another car door.The work was perfect, he was a great communicator, and he was on time. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I can't say enough about the work that Ian did on our two cars. The man is an artist. He came to our house at the time that we scheduled and took a pretty deep and sharp ding out of my car door and three smaller dents out of my wife's car. He took his time until the work was perfect. Even knowing where the damage used to be, I can't find it at all. The price was also very reasonable. It's great to have a business like this in the 30A area so that we don't need to drive to Panama City or Destin for everything.

It doesn't get better than this! Ian met me at my favorite cigar shop, and fixed a dent in my brand new Ram 2500 in one hour. Ian is a true professional. Prompt phone call back when I initially contacted him, showed up on time, charged a very reasonable price, and best of all.... My truck is like new again!

Your ReviewAs an auto dealer in Atlanta, there are a number of dent companies around. Ian is the best. My parameters are simple. Come on the day we agree to. Walk the lot. Do the work. Ian is better than that. He communicates well, is always on time. Does excellent work. I mean excellent. He did a nasty dent on my family car and it is perfect. He is tireless. Ian, We're not just writing a review about your work, but about you as a person, too. My wife and I were impressed by your attention to detail, your desire to put forth your best efforts, and the end result was much more than we anticipated. Having purchased a brand new jeep, I was really upset when it got a nasty dent that appeared really deep and scuffed up. You showed up with a positive attitude, great manners, a clean and neat appearance, and confident in your abilities. You, sir, did not disappoint! My wife thinks you're a genius and when you pulled out of our driveway, she said, "Now there's a man who restores my faith in mankind. You can tell he is a faith-based person." The job was perfect. It went from a rather large dent about a foot around my gas cap. The job was perfectly done, no trace of a dent, Ian even helped me fix a rubber cap at the end of the running board. I would highly recommend Seaside Dent Company to anyone who needs dent repair

Wow - what a great guy!!!!! Ian was on time, completely professional, yet personable, and truly cared about our predicament! He stayed with us the entire time he was trying to perfect the dent and damage, and the results were amazing! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again when/if we need help!
