So sad to be leaving 30A Luxury RV Resort tomorrow but we've already booked again for next year. The sites are very spacious, level and paved. The facilities, including bathhouse, laundry and clubhouse, are impeccable. The heated pool and firepits were especially welcoming when Florida weather was still a little chilly. We met so many great people that are also planning to return next year. Superbowl party, food trucks and Sunday happy hour meet and greets made campground time so much fun. There is also much to do locally. Cheryl and the rest of the crew are top notch.

Great place to stay! Cheryl is the best and so is the rest of the staff they made us feel very welcomed. They have food trucks available nice heated pool,clean restrooms and also a shuttle bus to take you to the beach and restaurants a hidden little gem best place. We will be back! Thanks for making our vacation so special.Nearby activities: Everything is close by and convenient!

Such a gem of an RV park! Very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and beach access, while still being a little tucked away from the congestion/traffic on 98. The resort is very clean, the sites are spacious and concrete. Cheryl and her staff do an awesome job keeping everything running smoothly! She schedules food trucks on the weekends and also hosts a happy hour/meet and greet on Sunday afternoons. She really goes above and beyond! If she gives you a recommendation on local restaurants - take them! She turned us on to some fantastic ones!The pool is heated during the cooler months and is spotless! Very friendly campers too! This was our second stay and we have already booked for next year!

Super clean, great location great staff, Cheryl is fantastic :)Heated pool is fabulous. We've had campfires at night with campers n had lots of fun. Food trucks on weekends and parties at clubhouse. One of the friendliest resorts We've stayed at in Florida can be to the beach in 5 minutes very convenient.Will def come back next year if possible ;)

After visiting several RV parks in Santa Rosa and surrounding area, 30A RV park was by far the best choice, The park was very clean, well lit, you don't see any of the clutter that you see in most parks. All the rvs are in good condition and well maintained. The clubhouse, laundry room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The girls in the office, Cheryl and Ashley are very pleasant, and accommodating. As to location, is perfect, six minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the bay. It is easy to get in and out of the park with plenty of pull through sites. The roads are wide with enough room to maneuver even the larger rigs. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Needed to keep our motorhome and truck/motorcycles in a secure location while we went back to Ohio for 5 days. Owners were more than accommodating. A beautiful RV park with a warm pool. Could use some palm trees with some additional landscaping. We will stay there again since the Florida State Park System makes it harder and harder to get a reservation for out of state visitors.

This is a great location to get around the area, close to the beach, and great restaurants, the spots are level, cement, and spacious. The grounds are clean and well-kept. The price was great for the area and they had lots of available space. The only negative I would point out is they only have one trash dumpster and it is in the back, quite a ways when you are parked near the front, not a big deal but some may have an issue with it. Also with they had places for dog poop bags, and trash cans around the area. Other than that this place is great, nice pool area and with fire pit.

We had the BEST time. Truly felt like a resort! With help from the property manager (who was fantastic by the way!) we chose a site close to the pool since we have two young daughters. The pool was heated and our girls had so much fun swimming. As for resort location you can t beat it. Short drive to all the fun spots - Destin, Seaside, Aly s Beach. Oh! And the closest beach access was just a 5 minute drive and was a very nice access! Plenty of parking. We especially loved going to the 8am beach church service on Sunday. We will definitely be back to 30a Luxury Rv Resort!

New RV resort that states it is a "Luxury" RV resort. We have been traveling around the US since September and have stayed at numerous resorts of all levels. I understand this resort is new, however, it is not at the "luxury" level yet - but it could be. Pros: Good location, new concrete pads, new pool and bathhouses. Cons: No furniture (not even a picnic table), no open fires or fire pits allowed at sites, no pet receptacles, not gated, and no vegetation on the property whatsoever which would allow for any privacy between spots. Suggestions: pet receptacles, garbage pick up (only trash location is a dumpster behind a gate at the end of the park); plant some hedges or vegetation to allow for some privacy and make it look like more than a parking lot. Again, it COULD be more so hopefully ownership will listen to any constructive criticism.

Very close to 30a and all the great towns and beaches along 30a. The campground is very well kept and clean. Great concrete parking pads. We and some other campers were having power issues and management was very quick to respond and address the issue. Staff was very nice and friendly. This is a great campground but does not warrant the name of Luxury RV Resort. We would definitely return next time we are in the area.

We just spent over two months, traveling from Florida to New Hampshire and back and stayed in several campgrounds with our travel trailer. 30A Luxury RV Resort is at the top of our list. This campground is our favorite one we stayed at during our trip for its friendly host Cheryl, cleanliness, location, and overall wonderful experience. They offer roomy, clean sites that are spacious with level cement pads with a lot of grass around each site. The pool, laundry facility and Clubhouse are very clean. This was our third stay totaling over 5 weeks and we will definitely be back. Thank you for another great stay!

We are new RV vacationers and we re welcomed at the 30A RV by Cheryl, the manager.Clean, friendly, great location, nice slab sites, great pool, laundry - we are so happy we booked again for next year!Thanks!2024 - We are back for 5 weeks and even better than last year!So many new additions and a FANTASTIC place to stay.Location is perfect - especially being able to avoid a lot of the traffic.New activities added that are so much fun.Shrimp Boil, food trucks, happy hours, corn hole boards!We have had fires around the fire pit, swam in the heated pool and have met so many wonderful people!Manager Cheryl has gone over and above any expectations of a manager. She is there for all problems, questions, activities and is extremely knowledgeable about the area.We would highly recommend this park and will be coming back next year! We love it!

We are new "glampers", not campers. We do not enjoy cooking at any campground!!! We only use our camper to have a clean place to lay our heads at night. We loved the location and cleanliness of this RV park. Mr. Rocky and Ms. Cheryl were so helpful by giving us valuable information such as how to rent a golf cart and how to rent beach chairs! They also gave us a list of great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the entire experience. We would definitely return when in this area.

This campground was amazing. First of all, GREAT LOCATION. Minutes away from great beaches and must see beach towns around the area. Finding parking near the beach is always a hassle but they make it easy with their shuttle service. Their facilities are very clean, to include the laundry room. We used the laundry room all the time to clean beach towels and swim wear. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Coming back to this campground next summer. Highly recommended.

This is a new Rv Park, hence, there is no trees or landscaping. Other than that, the streets and sites are all paved. This makes leveling a coach much easier. Ashley at the office was exceptionally helpful. We stayed here in a 40 foot motorhome. It is only about 10 minutes down to scenic Highway 30A. Many restaurants , grocery stores, Walmart, and activities nearby.

We were passing through and could only stay two nights but I am already looking forward to going back! As far as facilities go I only used the laundry room in the back of the park and it was great!! Nice long concrete pads! We came in after hours and they were very accommodating with that. I only have great things to say about this park and area. We have been to several beaches in 30A and have always had a great experience! We will be back!

To begin with, I never leave reviews unless we have had a terrible experience or it was an over the top fantasic experience.This campground is absolutely amazing. It is the perfect location to be able to get to the beaches (they even have a bus that will take you to and from the beach Thursday - Sunday) as well as all the amenities you want at the beach, yet you have a quiet, private place to stay. The pool is great and common room is great. There is a laundry room if needed. The campground is wide open with level concrete pads and manicured grounds. There are not any limbs hanging or sticking out that will scratch your rig. They have pull through spots as well as back-ins. With the wide open spaces and manicured trees, it makes it super easy to maneuver so you can get your rig lined up perfectly with sewer and electrical hook-up. I cannot say enough about Cheryl. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. We have found our new go to place for the perfect beach vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 30A Luxury RV Park. This is by far, the best and cleanest RV Park on the Gulf Coast. It is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. It was so refreshing to have large concrete pads which made it easy to maneuver around. The community hall is the most upscale we have ever seen in a RV Park. Abundant shopping, restaurants and golf courses are nearby. Cheryl, the new office/general manager, is truly professional and was attentive to our every need. She was extremely pleasant to work with and went out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant. Already made our reservations for next year. We stayed the first two weeks in February in spot 28 in a travel trailer.

First and foremost, I rarely leave reviews, but here I am! We just left the 30 A RV Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. After just 2 or 3 days, we decided we will extend our stay at this resort for 4 weeks. The sites are all concrete and level, the hook ups are simple, the restrooms are sparkling ( I only went into the men s) and the staff is just wonderful!!! Cheryl had the pizza truck come in weekly, hosted happy hour several times and the Taco truck also set up one evening. The location is perfect for a beach trip, less than 2 miles, offer shuttle service to and from to boot. AND, last but not least, the dyers are free and the laundry room is supper clean too! Great job Cheryl and team for making us feel at home! We will definitely come back!Food & drinks: Definitely try Louis Louis, Crust Italian, Blue Mabel and Shrunks, all were delicious!

We came here for a motorcycle rally it was a very nice campground close to anything you need very nice people run it. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could my wife and I will be there again. For the people crying about no shade or Picnic tables you're in Florida for the beaches go enjoy yourself. We will be seeing you in a couple weeks.

Great staff and so friendly. All the facilities and pool are super clean. Will definitely be back as its super close to beach and they have a shuttle, close to bay and all the restaurants and shopping you could ask for is between 1 and 2 miles. Great Cell, wifi and Satelite service as no aggravating trees dropping on your rv and blocking service! Cant wait to come back, check out our picture of beach last day sunset.

We loved our stay at 30A Luxury RV Resort! You can't beat the location to EVERYTHING in this area! It's so close to all the essentials like fuel, the grocery store, but most importantly the beach and all 30A has to offer.The park itself is great too. It's tucked off the main road and super quiet at night, feels incredibly safe, has a nice pool, and great showers and laundry room. The staff is kind and helpful and everyone staying here was nice.

The Rv resort was GREAT ! Clean, well kept, we loved it. However, staying here you have to use public beach access . The closest one is Ed Walline public beach access. What they don t tell you is there are private beaches on both sides & they cram everyone into 40 ft of beach front & there are beach ambassadors that are rude & aggressive telling you not to dig small holes for your toddler to play in, measuring your tents, trying to get you to record interactions they have when other people start arguing with them. Bottom line is we love the resort, wouldn t stay again because in order to have a nice day at the beach & not be sitting on top of people we had to drive 20 minutes to inlet beach.
