1.5 hours for an oil change & brake light bulb replacement. Also arrived 15 minutes before my 3pm appointment as suggested. Felt a little long waiting but attendant was very sweet.

They will keep you in line for twenty minutes only to tell you they accept appointments only. Nice job Walmart, great customer care.

I got my oil changed down in a timely manner which is a good thing being the I was the first person here, but I have been waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to pay for the service I received and no one has yet to arrive after touching the screen for someone to assist me as well as called customer service and not still has yet to come. This is bad customer service and very disrespectful at the same time to be inconvenienced like this.

Horrible experience. I do not recommend. Very unorganized since the day I scheduled my appointment. Today, I have an appointment for 12:00. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. It is currently 1:43 and they have not started working on my car yet! Absolutely ridiculous! My car is literally the only car under the ramp, and there was only one car ahead of me upon my arrival almost 2 hours ago. There are a lot of young mechanics who are hanging out and on their phones, taking breaks, etc. What's the point of even making an appointment? 0 star(s)!!!

Horrible experience. I do not recommend. Very unorganized, called in the morning to scheduled for a flat repair the lady told me I didn't need an apt that they close at 7pm, I asked if I get there by 5:30 pm they would fix it, she said yes. SHE LIED. Manager told me it was first come first serve. -0 star(s)!!!

I went for a simple oil change I m not sure what happen but everyone decided to stop working I waited for over 2 hours and nothing was done. I left didn t get my oil change everyone with me was complaining about the wait and poor service don t waste your time coming here

The two mechanics; Santiago and Victor, and the service advisor, Frank, were great. They work with you and take pride in their work. They were understaffed, but still made sure you received the best service.

Great service by the guys who were there and they went above and beyond to find the tires I needed even though they weren t initially in the system. I also was a walk in at 7:00AM! However, they only had 2 actual mechanics on that Sunday I went in. One to check people in and one to actually do the work! They finished changing my 2 tires around 1:30PM-ish. I appreciate their work, but WMT needs to better staff their automotive center!

I was told it would be a 1.5-2 hour wait unless I had an appointment (in which case I would skip the line), so I made an appointment and came back. My appointment was at 4:00 but they didn t start on my car until 5:40. I spoke with the manager (Micky H.) about the delay and he told me there was a shift change and said if it were up to him they wouldn t even have appointments. He had a bad attitude and couldn t care less about the customers who had all he waiting hours. Terrible Service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Service: Tires

Mechanic Ark & Coach Wady took great care of my vehicle & bill regarding the time it took for me to get serviced. I arrived at 8:45 in the morning & left around 2:00pm that afternoon. I had a concern, and Mr.Wady offered amazing problem resolution. Thank you guys!

The worst and longest experience of my life total of 8 hours for two tires. Save your money and value your time go elsewhere. The service manager Mickey seems to not know how long it takes to change two tires on a vehicle. Must ve never changed tires before my car is literally the last one in the lot and they still can t give me an accurate time after already having waited 4 hours.Service: Tires

I had to go 4 times for one simple tire change because the previous tire that I got fr there had a puncture that they said cannot be fixed. I had got the tire from them less than a year ago (so much for the quality of the tire and the state of our roads). When they finally took me in to fix my car, they called me to inform that another tire also had a puncture that was unfixable. Eventually on my 5th visit I had to replace two tires. They actually did a good and quick job but the experience of going there 4 days with a flaT tire without enough technicians available kinda ruined it for me. Worst part was I had called them the 4th time to see if they had availability and went there in 15 mins and still got rejected service in the end. This time around I took road hazard - hopefully that helps for the future.

I got a great deal on tires for the 2020 Black Friday sale. They were installed and balanced by the tire center. My TPMS is working properly. My problem is that the kid who installed the tires nicked, scratched, and chipped the paint on all four wheels. I know it was him as I had just thouroughly hand washed my car and all 4 wheels prior to going In for installation. If he had taken his time and been a little more careful I'm sure this could have been avoided. I will not be returning to Walmart ever again for tire service. These wheels are not cheap. My advice is to go ahead and get a good deal on tires at Walmart but have them installed at a reputable tire shop. My car is my baby. I'm thoroughly disappointed.

Tonight I totally wasted almost 2 hours of my time at this place that do not have care for customer. If customer s car is checked in for service, the service employee should finish those for service. Not to let their customers wait for almost 2 hours and inform their customer not be able to do oil change. Reason of service employee is they don t get paid for overtime. Walmart such a big company do not pay overtime???. Ridiculous! I was so disappointed i was treated that way wasted so much time patiently waiting then being told that my car service will not get done. Their name should be change to Walmart auto NO CARE.

I purchased 2 tires from Walmart and they just informed me after I had them installed at another shop because they were too busy and understaff, that I have to pay 16. for balancing each tire because I told them that I don't trust the service performed at a tire shop where I had the tires installed.Service: TiresService: Tires

I bought three new tiers from them. They installed three new tires which are not matching the already existing fourth one. The car started giving TPMS error soon after that. I went back the same day and told them about the error. They asked me to take it to Honda service center and fix it. I drove the car with the error few more weeks and talked to them again and I got the same answer.Honda said the only way to get rid of the error was to replace the tire which was already there.So now I am changing a good tire for no reason. I called them again and they said now it is too late for them to do anything about it. And I told them I came twice to you (the same day and few weeks after that) and you asked me to go to Honda.The manager Hector didn't even talked to me. Someone else was explaining things to the manager and was talking to me. He said there is nothing they can do and hung up on me.Please don't go there if your car has sensors or if you want to save a few dollars. You will end up spending more money. They didnt know how to do their job properly and they were very rude after messing up my car.

Arrived at this Walmart at 1:30PM to see if my tires arrived.. Took until 2:30PM for staff to find my tires and get checked in.. I was at this location until 7:30PM to get 3 tires installed and 1 rotated...They close at 7PM... Ontop of this when I called Walmart corporate they said I shouldn't be charged an install fee based on how I purchased the $300 tires as well the department manger told me this same information the day before when I got an update on my tires arrival time... Still got charged $70 ... The online department did make things right but we will see if it actually comes through... NEVER again will I get tires installed at this location.. I watched my car sit outside the bay for 1 hour+ while everyone in the shop area left at the same time.. One kid was sitting there for 30+ minutes waiting for check in because they told him to pull up and wait before they left... Another guy was frustrated because he got a text to get his car but no one was there to give him the keys ... At 5:00PM there wasn't a single car in the tire bay... They did not bring the car in until 6:00PM..did not start until almost 6:30PM... I wasted my entire day stuck at this location while watching the workers take their sweet time doing anything... Never. Again. Will I use this service.Update : after being wrongfully charged. I did receive my money back from Wal-Mart corporate. Thank you guys if you see this for making things right.

The wait is truly 4 hrs or more all depends if there are 3 cars or more, but I brought another car with me so I got it when they called me it's ready

Careless customer service, false advertising. Auto service is never available. I went twice to there around 9 and the employee Wesley see me in line and then wait about 10 and 15 min for to say that they are short on employees and they will no take more car.

Very unprofessional after a2hr wait they told my husband it would be 3 more hrs, as they attempted to let other customers go ahead of him, he then asked for the car keys back and the guy literally held the keys behind his back. My husband then became angry and demanded the keys back and they called the police!!Service: TiresService: Tires

This store is always out of items that I have been buying for years. Taking consideration I am aware that we have shortages, but the items I am referring to are common items and too many times they never have a lot of things. Not to mention the Pharmacy can't explain where my fiance controlled substance prescription went. After being threatened that one of us would go to jail in front of customers... All the sudden after another 6 days this prescription all the sudden is ready for pickup. They still can't explain where the other one is. Well this one took the cake I took my car in about 4 months ago for an oil change and the Manager Hector is a friendly man but if you are deciding to use their services keep an eye out. They told me my car would be 1 1/2 hours. Well it was closer to because Hector had put a friend of his in front of me. He was only there 30 minutes.

My battery was dying and I went there with 20 minutes left in the day and while they had stopped taking customers for the evening, they did take me. They were quick, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! My technician had to leave because his shift was over so he passed me to his associate and there was another example of the level of care, concern, professionalism and helpfulness. I always go there for oil changes but it's great to know that they can do other things as well and show regard for their customers. What a brilliant approach to customers: treating them well and they will return again and again!

I rated this a 1 because of the service. Corporate really needs to check out this location. My husband and I pulled up to get an oil change and it was a car in front of us getting checked in. We were literally waiting behind a car, that a Walmart working was working on. Why did he not pull that car forward and work with it under the bay. He did not acknowledge our existence. We waited for about 20 minutes. Finally, I got out the car and got the worker's attention and told him we would like to just check in to get an oil change. He said ok when I'm done with him I'll get to you and it will be 2 hours before we can give you an oil change. I couldn't believe his response. We kindly left and went to another location and got an oil change. We did not have to wait and received excellent service. My sister reported that a similar incident happened to her at this particular Walmart location, which she also left and got an oil change else where.

1st you get checked in. Will take about 10 minutes, very slow. 2nd they give you a passport to verify status and wait for service to vehicle. There is no where to sit, I had to stand at an empty counter. Randy came and showed me defect. I liked that, but still standing. 20 minutes later he brings my key to the desk. 3rd took care of my bill 5 minutes later, got my key, I'm out. Total time 50 minutes. Come early. I left around 11AM on a Wednesday and 6 cars were waiting in line.
