I had my car windows tinted by Velocity Wimdow Tinting. It's been a little over 24 hours ago and I'm very impressed with the quality of the job. There are no streaks and no bubbles. The staff is friendly and professional and always kept me informed about the job and how much longer the work was going to take. I give them a 5 star and an A plus. Very happy customer and I highly recommend them.

Robert did a fantastic job with some challenging window tinting on a recently-purchased pre-owned vehicle. He was courteous, helpful and professional! Great experience with Velocity. Very, very fair pricing with quick and responsive service. I recently bought a new 2024 vehicle and wanted to have a windshield strip put in. Very affordable and in and out in about 20 minutes. Whoever handles their email correspondence is wonderful with questions and setting up the appointments. Highly recommend giving them strong consideration for your tint needs.

Customer service is like no other! Least expensive I was able to find. They have done two of my vehicles most recently my 2021 Chevy Silverado, and they always deliver an amazing product with a lifetime warranty. Thank you so much. You guys rock!

I Purchased my new vehicle through headquarter Hyundai in Sanford with lifetime guarantee on the tiny and when the back window bubbled, they sent me to Velocity which was quick an easy BUT when the front passenger window started to peal up, I scheduled an appointment, submitted my drivers license and warranty card which they confirmed 2 weeks before and when I show up for the appointment they first mentioned 2-4 hours wait and that they needed the warranty for that window? I asked why is all this mentioned now at the appointment instead of in advance of additional paperwork was needed from the dealer which will take a couple of hours???? I didn t even go back in to tell the receptionist that we were leaving. Horrible experience!!! I would have to reschedule once I have the copy of the original warranty. They have no care for people s time.

Their professionalism and they're super friendly customer service I will go back to them any day of the week and twice on sunday. They have done many of my vehicles and I have never ever had a problem. My car right now the passenger side window inside tint was starting to peel from the top. Even the fact that it was out of warranty by many years they still offered to fix it. This is the best company I have ever had the privilege to deal with!!!!

Took my new car in for a front windshield tint, had it done and everything looked great. However when I went to start the car all the electronics were dead. I couldn t figure out what had happened. I went back in to talk with them and they said they don t know what s going on.So I was looking to get the car towed which was $150. I called the dealership and they didn t have any answers for me. So I goggled the issue and found out that on certain car brands when you get the front windshield tinted the excess water used to clean the glass and apply the tint can temporarily knock out your electrical system. The only remedy is to let your car dry out. So we left it overnight. Came back the next morning and sure enough it started right up.BUT the issue I had with them is they knew nothing about when I went to pick up my car..But the following morning when I went in to share with them what had happened and they need to make people aware that this could happen then their story changed and they knew everything about it. Wow..!! They said we had you sign the disclaimer and I said I signed nothing, show me what I signed and they couldn t find it.So it was disappointing in how they played dumb one day and then were experts the next. In the end the workmanship was good but the their lack of ethics was very disappointing.

I added tint on my wife s car about a year ago and they treated me very well! They were knowledgeable about different options and gave me a good price. My wife was satisfied and loves the tint on her car.My experience was so good that I came back to get some tint repaired on my car.This is a good place that does high quality work.

After getting my Windows tinted here on Feb 13, I still have bubbles, peeling and window tint was not put on evenly to begin with. I overlooked the unevenness of the tint application, but the bubbles and peeling I cannot over look. I have put window tint on vehicles myself before, and I should have here. I could of done a better job.......... Updated 4/24 After calling and complaining about ALL the windows on my car being put on poorly, I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they said only the driver and passenger window was in the notes as needing replacement and a full removal will take 3 to 5 hours also I was not able to upgrade to the ceramic window tinting even though I wanted to pay the difference. Then when I wanted them to remove the tint and refund my money they would not. They said all sales are final. I would take my business else where if you want your tint put on properly. I paid my hard earned money for a supposedly A+ service and got F-. And I can't even get my money to take my business else where. I should of done the tint myself. TERRIBLE! No wonder why all sales are final cause if they mess up your stuck with the doing over again and hoping it doesn't come out bad againService: Sun control window tinting

Many options for car tinting here. It was extremely easy to call and make an appointment. I appreciated their texts or call reminders for my appointment. They were right on time with their estimate of being completed with my car. Tint looks great!

I had to go back because the tint was not right and the tint had uneven cuts and many bubbles. When I went back to the receptionist only asked for my keys and I told her if she wanted me to show her what is wrong. When I when to pick up my truck, I asked what was done. She said we replaced the tint on all windows. When I went in my truck, the front windows was never touched. Back windows were replaced, but previous glue was not cleaned properly and now you can see also the glue. According to receptionist, I need to wait more time to dry. I guess I will wait but to me glue and stings of dust will not disappear. I have other cars tint before but I had never experienced anything like this. I am very disappointed.

Just dropped off vehicle to get windows tinted, Velocity was highly recommended by others I know that have used them. On the phone and in the office the staff was excellent and answered any questions we had. Will definitely be going to them for all my window tinting needs in the future!

My experience with Velocity was excellent! The desk staff are very friendly and helpful, and the speed and quality was very impressive. They had the windshield and front windows of my sedan done in 45 minutes, when I was prepared to wait 1.5 hours. Had my 2019 Ram front windows and visor done. Job was done and looks ok. I m going to give it proper time to cure. The reason for the one star review is because of the tint that was left on top of my truck cabin. A fairly decent size of tint and little bits of film pieces was stuck on my truck. If google allows I will attach pictures and video. I called and spoke with Vanessa (think that was her name). She was nice and said the owner would give me a call tomorrow. I will edit my review once I speak to the owner. I know mistakes happen but when you pay for a service you expect quality in return.

They were very very kind and explained everything to me so that I felt comfortable with my choices. It's my first time tinting my car but she looks amazing so far!!I also shopped around for about a month with different locations for pricing and I think this location was very fair compared to the other quotes I got.

Had them come to my home to tint the the windows on my 2019 corvette. They have done a perfect job and we re pretty quick, even removed the original tint
