Unfortunately not a good experience.I have a VW and it says 109.99For the oil for my car , once was done it came down to 160 +, I asked why and guy went talk to manager and came back saying that for a European synthetic was more expensive.What you mean, in the sign says European synthetic for 109.99.Be careful with this branch

Great service, nice staff, I always come here for almost any simple car need and it gets fine in a great timely manner. Thanks to Jean and Xavier who usually take care of me and my car. Even simple questions so I can do something s myself. Great valvoline I love how many Baes are open, compared to the other one by Rinehart doesn t take as long.

Worst service I have ever dealt with! Employees are rude and lazy! Came in for a simple tire rotation on my 2010 Honda odyssey and was told my car can t go on a lift due to the fact I have a cargo top, which made no sense because I ve gone to plenty of places and never once have had to remove it. So after agreeing to remove the top(that was full of personal belongings) so the vehicle can go on the lift. After about 30 mins of waiting I was told my vehicle is too low for the only lift that s working in the whole building because apparently all the other lifts were broken and inoperable. I told the guy the vehicle is factory height there s no way it s too low. In the end I wasted 45 mins of my day and had to remove my cargo top due to un knowledgeable employees. Definitely wouldn t trust them working on my vehicle if a simple tire rotation was a problem. Went 1 mile down the road to empire tire and had my tires rotated writhing 10 mins!

Today I had an exceptional experience at Valvoline that I just have to share. With a very tight schedule and only 30 minutes to spare, I was in dire need of a battery check and potentially a replacement. I explained my situation to the staff member, fully expecting to be turned away due to the obvious time constraints. To my surprise and relief, they accommodated my urgent request with incredible efficiency and professionalism. Without even needing to leave the queue, they checked the battery, confirmed it needed replacing, and installed a new one, all in the space of 15 minutes.It s not every day you encounter service that not only meets but exceeds your expectations. Valvoline has proven to me that they re not just a business; they re a team you can count on, even when the clock is ticking. Their swift and skilled service has earned them a customer for life. They re simply the best, and today, they showed me why I can always rely on Valvoline for my car care needs.

NO STARS! Female worker over filled my coolent. Was driving around for a week smelling a sweet smell smdh. Are you serious?? I had to call in Corp to report this was not ok. Then she said she couldn t put air in my left front tire bc the r was blocking the pc she needed to fill the tire smh. All she had to do was pop open the pc and add air.I m done with this location. Over filled my oil twice now this ??? With over two ppl looking at my car this could have been prevented thank God my baby and I are safe and was able to save the container. Have used this location for oil changes over the years.No problems till now.Got an oil change and they upsold me to a fuel injection I had no problems really the car felt a little sluggish they told me this would make car run betterDrove the car early evening to Orlando I was pretty scared I ended up on the side of the road for a little while before I was able to get me and my car to the someone wonderful in customer service helps me on the phone Saturday night told me to make a claim Sunday morning well that didn't go over well because you're not open Sunday Monday morning 8:00 a.m. I called they did investigation and they told me it had nothing to do with their service my car is now non-drivable the whole transmission is ruined just saying ruined it's an 8000 work which I'm not going to get because I only have $4,000 I would like a refund for the fuel injection part.I know damn well I could have drove off and none of this would have happened right away....Sebastian was a very nice manager and so were the employees I'm still out of a car I wish I'd never gone

The oil change was great however they forgot to put my sticker in to remind me of my next oil change and I asked Nick if they could mail it to me so he asked if I lived out of state and he didn't know the store policy on mailing it to me and that they're human and they make mistakes and could I swing back around ? Really I don't live out of state but since you're human and make mistakes I should pay for your mistakes are you paying for my gas?

Unfortunately, yesterday I changed the engine oil and asked to change the brake fluid. The employee in the service department said that you have an appointment at 9:30 in the morning in order to change the brake fluid. Actually, I was at the service center at 9:30 in order to change the brake fluid. The manager there said that the brake fluid cannot be changed for a day. There is no worker here and I have an appointment because after I stopped working in order to change the brake fluid, why is he giving an appointment when there is no employee? I am a customer here from 2017. The customer should not be treated like this in the service center here As bad as you can imagine

I have never left a review in my life but I had to today. Charlie gave outstanding service!! Pulled in at 6:50 on a Friday evening to get my air filters replaced. They didn t have them in stock so he ordered them for me. They were delivered 20 minutes later and then installed. I really appreciated him staying after hours to service my vehicle. That is above and beyond excellent service!!!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Had a horrible experience. Last time I had my oil change and the tech failed to tighten the drain plug to a specific torque. So when the tech tries to unscrew the bolt this oil change, it removed the entire bolt. After I started smelling a burning smell, I took it back and they said it s leaking. In a poor attempt to fix the issue the tech tries to hammer the drain bolt in and let s me drive away. Didn t fix the issue. Filed a claim. Still waiting. Over $650 later. I had to replace the entire oil pan.

Great experience. Edison helped me with an oil change and even put air in the tires. Gave me an idea on some issues that I was having with my AC. Great customer service & was in and out in 15 mins. Would return.

Horrible the worst experience ever!!!! Whatever you do don t go to this location or Valvoline period. Went to the location with my husband today while he got an oil change after sitting in the car for 40 minutes and seeing another car that came after us leave before us I got frustrated. Only to find out one of the worker broke his oil filter stick she obviously didn t know what she was doing. Long story short they left us sitting in the car knowing something was broke while burning up. The manager finally came and stated the piece was broke and someone will have to go to the Altamonte location to get the piece to fix it. Mind you we arrived at 5:50pm it s now 7:50pm. I ask the manager what type of compensation will be given I was told $15.00 dollars off. But it gets better it started with needing an oil change now the check engine light is on. I thank God for deliverance cause the old me would be on a one way trip to 211 Bush Blvd!! It s gets even better, now the car has to be left here.

I had one screw missing from my skid plate. Came here on May 31st. Somehow I felt something dragging come to find out there are more missing. Call customer service and they said they are supposed to replace them. That was never suggested to me. I drove around two weeks with the ones that weren't missing now missing. I bring the car back and they said it's notated that they were missing . Why would they fix it then instead of notation?! This is crazy

They did a great job on the oil change itself once I got into the bay. The guy was not pushy about up sales. The only problem was that it was a really long wait to get in, like over an hour, and nobody ever came out to greet me and let me know how long I was looking at.

I recently went to Valvoline Old Cheney Hwy, in Orlando FL, to get an oil change. The techs talked me into changing my battery, flushing my transmission fluid, wipers and changing my oil of course. Well I made a trip or two then drove to work that following Monday where ALL of my oil then drained out on the drive there.I called, submitted a claim to wait 2 days for them to contact me back and agree to come out and look at my car. Towed it to their shop to give it an oil change. I asked for them to keep my oil filter as I wanted it checked for metal shavings. This was not done as assured by area Manager Mike and the Manger Anthony that he brought with him.The admitted that the issue was a result of their own and agreed to reimburse me for the Uber and Lyft rides I had to catch back and for to work but are giving me the run around for a refund of services performed. It's been a week and a half later and they finally agreed to give me a refund of the oil change only. I spent $479 and they agreed to refund $69.Is this the company you want to take your car to? I always trusted them to do the right thing, but this experience completely ruined my faith (simply due to the way they are handling the situation).Give me my due refund.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Very slow and unorganized. They will try and sell you every product they have before you leave. I am ok with trying to get an upsell but don't waste my time. Do better at making sure you are doing first come first serve. Cars that arrived after me were allowed to proceed into the bay and receive service before me. No big deal except I waited for nearly 40 minutes behind the car in front of me.

I had a problem with one of my tires and although they could check your tire pressure and put air in it for you they didn't patch plug or help you with your tire so that really didn't make a lot of sense to me. Why be able to check the air pressure in the tire or look for nails but you can't patch your plug it? I do have to say though that the worker was very friendly and as helpful as he could be

Don t take your car there, unless you want to be without a car. Took my car there for an oil change and they up sold the transmission fluid replacement. Now I need a new transmission and according to them and their so called mechanic it s not their fault, and they re not liable for it. You better believe I m coming after them

Amazing experience I came in for an oil change and the person that was helping me was jean and ray and they told me the guy downstairs was tami you have a great team tami was quick jean was checking everything and explaining things I didn t even know my car had like the cabin filter or what the car needed till jean explain I learned a lot and ray loud and precise I love it !!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
