See photos, post oil change today. Instead of removing 2 screws to access the cabin filter on my F150, the tech removed the weatherstripping from my door and side access to the dash to change it, then said he couldn't get the cover back on fully. "It should be ok." My AC was a little louder than normal so I took the time to access it the right way and found the cover hanging open. Guess that's what a $59.99 cabin filter change gets you these days....more work.Then noticed the oil on my driveway. So in total, $257.37 to fix my own filter and clean my driveway. Good times.

TJ assisted me. Very professional tech. We always bring our fleet vehicles for maintenance. Everyone that works here is great and friendly. 100% recommend. The manager is awesome and very helpful

Phenomenal place to get an oil change!! They have their system down packed!! In and out on a very busy Saturday in 30-40min and you don t need to even get out of your car?? Love it!! I was watching Netflix while I waited in my car AND they filled my windshield washer fluid, made sure my tires had the right air pressure, checked my wipers to ensure they were ok, WHAT???!!! I never had service this good for an oil change!! Stupendous!! Friendly staff too. Ya have to come here.. price is very reasonable for all this service. I will be a lifelong loyal customer for sure. Thank you!!!

There are two lines and no one to tell you which line to get in to make sure you are seen in the order you arrived. When I arrived, there was a car in each bay and two cars in each line I guessed wrong. The car in the bay for my line was getting extensive services. I was in line for 60 minutes and that car was still in the bay. Meanwhile, a car that arrived after me was already getting serviced in the other line. Please figure out a better system to treat customers fair.I don t recommend it!

Second time at this location and it will be my last. I have been to Valvoline IOC where I used to live and had decent service. Although they do try to upsell services and products, especially to women - we are all not stupid when it comes to our vehicles. I came in for a full synthetic oil change. There were long lines in all the bays, and I waited over an hour to get in my bay. The oil change was taking way too long and other techs were coming to my vehicle and looking underneath. The CSR - Jacob was talking to me and I feel keeping me "busy", so I wouldn't know what was going on with my vehicle. He never said anything to me about what was going on. They tried to get me to buy wiper blades and air filter, both recently changed. They put air in my tires but filled them to the wrong pressure. After my oil change, he handed me the receipt, as I was reading what they did, it said "front differential fluid level - added premium". I questioned why that was on my receipt. Since I didn't request that service or advised I needed it. He said "no big deal", the tech accidentally pulled your diff plug instead of the oil plug and drained your diff fluid. But we replaced the fluid, at no charge. And you didn't tell the customer, when it happened??? Poor customer service. And in the comment area - it says I have "engine oil leak noted", if so then your tech spilled oil or diff fluid on my engine. I park in my garage and I had NO oil leak. They also did not reset my change oil light, even though my receipt says they did, I did it when I got home. Nor did they check my lights, as they were preoccupied with the mishap going on under my vehicle. They also lost one of my skid plate bolts. Bad job all around. How do you pull the wrong plug?? Didn't the techs Jaime/Ethan, go thru an accredited ASE training program? Corporate needs to look into this location, look at the reviews. I will be going back to the dealership, pay them $10 less, get my tires rotated for free, spend about the same or less time but feel better about the service I receive.

I love the friendliness and professionalism of customer service at the Rinehart Road in Sanford FL! As a female, I feel they always take care to make sure I understand what's happening and offer pre-maintenance direction. I was able to use a coupon with no problems. Trash just trash idk if the worker was flirting with the lady in the car In front of me or didn t know how to change the oil. He took 20-30 mins to finish. (In head I m like like me check the reviews) boom not surprised. same issues rude, harassing ( with proof in the photo with same answers with a different case number .. it was my turn to be serviced .. I skipped and told just let me go through . slow slow slow. Just look at the reviews don t know how it s 4.1. I ll be taking my money else where .

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They broke a line that went to my radiator and denied it. They showed it to me that it was broken and tried saying it was already broken. I sat in their line for over 30 minutes my vehicle ran fine, As soon as I left there my vehicle started overheating. They still denied it. I contacted corporate and still never heard from anybody. The location refuses to accept responsibility. I will never go back and I've heard so many other horror stories from people that I've spoken too,so beware because they will break your stuff and deny it.Service: Oil change

This place does a great job. They take good care of your car and do not cut corners. All of their safety checks are done perfectly, and the staff is very polite. Only one problem is there is a long line most of the time but that only means a lot of people trust them with their cars....worth the wait to me.

Diaunte was in charge of my service today. Maaaaan this young fella provides some of the best customer service you will ever find anywhere!Most people make recommendations. On the other hand he quickly educates you on the importance of services and let's YOU make a decision. Furthermore prior to checking out, he asked if I had a discount coupon which I readily submitted. Well spoken, intelligent, straightforward, very efficient, the type of employee that companies value in management positions. Never been here before. Went and the experience was okay. GF has been there before and she recommended them (Valvoline but not this location specifically). Decided to come here because I go to pep boys regularly and like them but was in a pinch for an oil change and wanted something fast. Never had an issue with my car since I got it over 2 years ago. Left and immediately had my forward breaking system malfunction and something else about stability. I went back and the manager who was there was VERY nice and reset the codes and my car was okay for a day but unfortunately the lights came back on. Im only giving it a good review because of how kind the manager was when I came back and he gave me some insight as to what could be wrong. Waiting for an appointment at carmax to get my car diagnosed. Not saying its their fault but definitely will stick to pep boys like I usually religiously use.

I just experienced the MOST insane display of a lack of customer service. Teresa "the manager" upset because I didn't want to pull so close to the next car, I could actually see the next cars flaws i.e. scratches. My sensor was going off and she said, "I ain't finna argue wit chew". She sends a kid over named Quinton at least that's what I was told by another employee. He comes over to try to start a fight with a female and intimidate me. He obviously was scared because he was shaking, sorry I'm not scared of a kid. He slapped the corner of his laptop onto my car and says very assertively in his loudest voice, " these are Thee options". They were $79 & $101 for an oil change. I showed him my phone all while talking and ignoring me. I said, "I have a groupon". Again, he ignored me and said use your words. Lol what? I said I am using my words. He said your being rude. I said actually I have yet to be rude. And honestly, it's you who are being rude. My tone, mywords, everything is in a calm manner. I asked him his name because he didnt have a name badge, and he said you don't need to know my name. I said why, you know mine, so what is your name. He refused to give it to me. Ok no problem. He said you are being rude to my manager. I said ok I see what's going on here. So Teresa is in her feelings this morning because she cannot control someone, so she sends a kid to try to intimidate a customer. Not cool Teresa. I asked another employee to come over, and I started recording the whole conversation because im not going to get sucked into Insaine Lane. His name was CJ and he was perfectly fine, he could see I was recording him and I confirmed I was. I explained why, and he tried to defend his coworkers, in a professional way. I just told CJ I have a Groupon and could CJ please scan my Groupon. He said when you pull all the way up, they will scan it. Ok no problem. I thought about it, and this intent to intimidate me is just enough for me not to trust that they will actually put the oil in my car, that they will tighten up the plug to the oil to my car, and they will tighten up the bolts to the wheels on my car and they won't go flying off while doing 60 mph. (I was going to get a tire rotation as well). I have been a long time user of valvoline, im sure this is what Teresa wanted, is for me to never use valvoline again. But in reality she is harming her own pay check and the company she works for. I owned a business for 20 years and the employees do not care if they run off 1 customer, but when they run off enough for that location to shut down or the company to close their doors, its the owners who actually suffer and all the good employees. All beCause 1 person feels so entitled to bully ppl, when all she had to do was so ok np maam. Using good judgement for myself and the things i own, is up to me. I refuse to pull up so close to another vehicle that it makes me uncomfortable. All because I'm dealing with an emotional female that cannot control her emotions. I dont care how mych she wants to be a man, she is a female and this display proves it.

Wife just left from getting an oil change. She was venting to me on how one of your employees made her feel uncomfortable. Repeatedly asked to take her out on a date even with my kids in the car? Went to change my oil as usual. Did not agree to change wipers (as my son does that at home). Branden appeared not pleased. He Went over recommendations very loud and abruptly when he mentioned tire rotation i attempted to explained that was not possible as the back tire was showing low all the time, he kept interrupting me and would not let me speak saying he just had to go over recommendations regardless which i tried to interject to say even if it is unsafe! He would not let me speak even when i asked for him to listen, i told him if you know about cars you should not be recommending the tire rotations to me he said he knew about cars that is why he worked here i decided i had enough rudeness and ill advice . Completed oil change and left . They appear to just want to sell services and if they don't they get upset! Loss all trust!Service: Oil change

Went there last Friday (7/14) to get an oil change. They offered the fuel injection cleaning option which I accepted since have misfire on cylinder two even after changing spark plugs and coil packs.After they finished the oil change they moved me out of the line so they could feed the cleaning solution into the intake of the car. They had 4 people trying to get this done for almost an hour even under the car until they ultimately gave up.Why offer a service when you can t do it? Made me waste my time and potentially damaged my car. I understand turbocharged cars may be harder to work on, but it would make sense to not take the job if they don't know how to do it.They refunded me for the fuel system cleaning service they couldn t do and sent me on my way. I didn t even make it to the corner when an ECS light came on the dash. The code says the turbo is malfunctioning. Brought it back, they cleared the codes and sent me out again. After three tries, the assistant manager created an incident report and stated the area manager would reach out to me before the end of next week .The following Tuesday (7/18) I called corporate to start a claim, they told me someone would reach out to me within 48hrs. I call today (7/21), a week after the incident and couldn t get any answers as to why the area manager has not reached out to solve this issue.I have not been able to drive my car now for a whole week.Update: I received a call on Saturday (7/22) saying I could bring my car back for a diagnostics on Tuesday. I pressed them to do it sooner so I could get my car back as soon as possible. We agreed on bringing it back today Monday (7/24).They state that a diagnostic was done and they couldn't find the issue. The store manager stated that they only removed one hose but I explained that they took other things off and even went underneath the car. She simply said that those things "have nothing to do with the issue".She also said that it has nothing to do with service because they didn't even do it. Well... they tried and the turbo code only came up after I left their store.They ultimately denied any liability. Now I'm stuck with having to take the car to another shop to fix their mistake.If you only need an oil change, sure, go to Valvoline. However, do not get anything else done otherwise you may live the same situation I find myself in.Service: Oil change

The staff was good, they all seemed to work very close together in sync. That's very important in that kind of work, but it also made our wait that much shorter....great job guys....keep up the good work
