Excellent customer service! Courteous, professional, sincere interest in meeting the customer s needs.I picked up a nail in the tread late Saturday afternoon, the day before Easter Sunday. Called Alex at Tuffy an hour before closing time. He worked me in, and got me back on the road quickly.This is the can do service level we hope for. Alex and the technicians at Tuffy are great.

Alex helped me out so much getting me a good price to change my brakes and rotors. He gave me advice on how to get the most out of my tires and keep me safe on the road until I can replace them. They also have an ad to take off 10% of any service performed if you leave a review which is an awesome promotion. Thanks Alex and the team at Tuffy!

For months, my son's 4Runner had us bouncing from shop to shop, feeling frustrated and frankly, ripped off. I was just about ready to give up hope until I ran into a personal friend who recommended this specific Tuffy in Sanford. Let me tell you, it was a game-changer!My son said that from the moment he got to the store, the staff was friendly and took the time to listen and understand his issues throroughly. To top this off, he also mentioned he felt the team wasn't pushy, just transparent and informative, explaining everything in terms he could understand what needed to be done in order to fix it.But what truly sets this shop & team apart is their customer service. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting us back on the road safely and happily.My son is now a loyal Tuffy customer, and so are us. Please pass our kudos to the team.

I appreciate the great service at this location! Everyone is always so helpful. I just took my daughter's car in this past weekend and not only did they work her car in last minute on a Saturday, but also gave us a good deal on multiple services AND stayed late so we could pick up her car. I've lived here 30 years. Stopped going here. NEW MANAGEMENT. ALEX gets an A+ in service and if there were a higher rating, he would get it. EXCELLENT SERVICE and care. Very helpful, courteous n prompt. All technicians were great as well. They even brought me to garage to point out some potential items. Very satisfied n they have regained my service. ***

I've been going to Tuffys for about 10 years and they've done a great job with anything I've needed done to my vehicle. I never have to wait to get an appt. either. John is my mechanic and he's the best.

I love coming to Tuffys for all of my cars needs. I used to go to pep boys and I always had issues. Ever since I started coming to tuffys I have had no issues. If you are to come to tuffys definitely ask for ALEX!!! He is super helpful, attentive, and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes as it should!!

Starter motor issue. My Endurance warranty listed Tuffy on State Road 46 in Sanford for repairs. I arrived one hour before closing and was greeted by a friendly associate, He quickly confirmed AAA's analysis regarding damaged starter assuring me that my warranty would be honored. Next morning, my car was ready. Great service. Thanks Tuffy, it's no wonder you've earned your excellent start rating. You now have a new customer!

Alex was very nice and helpful. Had a warranty on my vehicle but due to me just getting the car the warranty didn t kick in yet. Alex was helpful by giving me a discount on what I had to pay to get the car fix.

This is the 2nd time I've brought my '88 RX-7 here. Usually, I only let my personal mechanic down in St. Cloud touch it. The service here is excellent, and Sean was outstanding. The team is friendly and trustworthy. I'll continue to bring my three cars here for as long as the service and work performed remains top-notch.

I usually go to another Tuffy but have recently moved. They don't share vehicle information across their stores or allow you to use, for example my one year of alignments, certain things that you purchase in any other store than the one you purchased it in. Very annoying and silly. Staff is friendly and the environment was comfy while I waited.

My wife and I brought our truck here to have the exhaust system replaced and we had a horrible experience. First they downgraded us from a dual exhaust to a single and then refused to change it initially or give a refund and take their parts back. After begging the manager he finally agreed to fix it and install a dual exhaust. It was still not the equivalent to what we had but better than what they had put in initially so we accepted it, not that we had any other choice. Then within 2 months it broke and pieces of it were hanging down off the truck due to it being welded so poorly. They fixed it under warranty but then this happened 2 more times, they did try to fix it each time it broke but it was clearly not fixable as it kept happening. We finally were forced to bring it to Mr muffler instead who replaced the whole exhaust system again for only $750, put in a better exhaust for cheaper than tuffys had and did a great job. We had paid tuffys $1100 so now we had paid twice for the same repair, so I asked the manager John at tuffys for a refund on just the amount we had to pay mr muffler of $750. John did seem to understand my complaint when I showed him the pictures of how bad of condition the exhaust was in that tuffys had installed but he told me the owner whose name is Joe was refusing to give us back any more than $400. I asked John "why doesnt the owner feel we deserve a full refund? What was his explanation?" To which he responded "he didnt give one". This is unacceptable. That's not even half of what we paid for a repair that was done so badly it wouldn't even hold, it literally kept falling apart. I am so sorry I ever used tuffys and will never ever go there again.

Tuffys auto in Sanford, Fl on SR 46 is my go to auto repair. They are helpful and available to assist in every possible way. Nick is so knowledgeable and will answer all questions!!! I highly recommend them. They are fast and the know what they are doing.

Both my check emissions system and check parking brake system light came on together. Yikes... Justin and the Tuffy team were amazing! I came in without an appointment. They immediately made me feel more calm, welcome and that my needs were important to them. They checked all of my systems, identified the issue and had my car back and ready to go within a couple of hours. Tuffy Tire and Auto Service Center in Sanford is my "Go To" for any of my automotive needs! This is the best Tuffy's in Central Florida and the only one I'll use. I needed my oil changed quickly on my lunch break. They promised an hour and they were done in 25 minutes. Tiffany made sure they guys knew I was in a rush and I was so grateful. Great prices too! They're the best.

Below the manager said there was no merit. He is wrong we never discussed this. Quoted 2 different prices. He also did not say anything about the break job they tried to up sell me...Tried to rip me off... avoid this location others are good. Went in for my tires to be balanced. The lady up front seemed nice and gave me a quote then a young man said actually it was $5 more per tire starting today. She seemed uncomfortable and I did not trust but wanted to get this done. He said they would have to drive it to see what might cause it to shimmy at 65/70 mph. when he called he said it did not shimmy at 65/70, Just when they applied the brakes in town and needed new routers and pads. This was insane I had just had this checked by my trusted mechanic who was out of town. He checked them again when he got in town and they are fine. They did do the balancing and now I have no issue. But beware they know brakes are scary and they tried to rip me off!

Our truck has been having some issues with the brake system and we had another issue pop up about a month after the brake system was almost completely replaced (there was a lot of damage due to a brake fluid leak so it needed to be). When we took it in, they took a look at it and noticed that they hadn t replaced the hoses on the last visit (we suspect from a parts shortage at the time) and they proceeded to change it for us as warranty for the brake work we just had done. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system and very pleasant to talk to while waiting on the repair. This has become our favorite spot to bring the vehicles when we need to. Absolutely love working with them.

Let me start off my saying my day started off pretty damn bad. My car was running hot and I took to Carmax which was the company I bought the car from along with the warranty. Let s just say they were beyond rude. I called the warranty company and they informed me of the option of going through a 3rd party repair company if I choose to do so. I was directed to Tuffy and when I say the minute I walked in the door the staff was friendly and willing to help me with my needs. There was an older man, I can t quite remember his name, but he has the best conversation and very thorough in communication with what s going on with your car. I was there for a while because when you going through a warranty company the repairs have to be approved. Let s just say this Tiffany came in and saved the day, she got on the phone when she had all the needed information for my repairs and got the job done within 15 minutes of the call. She also got me a loner car for the next two days while my car in being repaired. I didn t have to go through anyone else but Tuffy for all my needs. A One stop Motherf**king shop. Before I left the car technician was already working on my car. What are the odds of that. I just want to take the time to say thank you to the entire team for making this experience like no other. I appreciate you all.

I got a brake fluid leak and it turned out to be a bigger deal than that, Tiffany called my warranty company on my behalf several times to ensure they cover as much as they would. Then when the repair took longer due to it needing more work, Tiffany ensured I have a rental (and made sure warranty was covering it) lined up. Last but not least, when my rental didn't show up (rental's problem, not Tuffy's), she personally took me to pick up my kids from daycare, then drove us home, then chased down the rental car company and made them deliver the rental at my doorstep the very next day.Yes, the actual repair work was great (I think? I don't know enough mechanics to know the difference, but hey, my car brakes now so thats cool), but Tiffany's above and beyond customer service has created a loyal customer for Tuffy today.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement
