Tire Kingdom is my go-to company!! They always keep it real with me, give me great prices and communicate well with me about my car troubles. Ben and his team are fantastic and knowledgeable about the product and have great customer service. I ll definitely be coming back!!!

Our boat trailer got a flat tire while we re were out. Called around and went to a few other places first and they couldn t help in a timely manner. Tire Kingdom was absolutely a savior for us!! We took the tire in and we were on our way out in less than 10 minutes, all it needed was a new valve stem. Two very nice young men helped us out at this location. Thanks so much!! Don t bother with the other places on 46 in Sanford. Do yourself a favor and just call Tire Kingdom!

Natasha was extremely helpful and kind at the front desk. Brian did a great job with our tire balance & inspection. Christian D. was knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend this place!

I have been dealing with Tire Kingdom for minor car/tire services, as well as oil changes for years. I used to go to the location in Sanford on 1792 and never had any problems whatsoever. Unfortunately, that location closed and I ve been going to the location on 46 in Sanford since. The last several times I ve gone there, I ve had nothing but problems. From overbooked appointments to being charged above the quote given for services when contacted. I ve been staying with them because I purchased road hazard warranty from them on my tires a few years back. Took it in this last weekend for some needed services in addition to tire rotation/oil change. Was called and told that I had a nail in my tire and needed a replacement tire. Told them about the warranty I purchased in which I was told they had no record of any warranty. I know they have been recently bought out by Mavis, so I told them I would check my records and get back to them. Once I found a copy of my warranty which is still applicable, called them back to tell them I have proof of my road hazard tire warranty. I was told that the nail didn t actually go through my tire and it suddenly doesn t need replacing. I then asked if I could bring the copy of my warranty in so they could have it in their new system and was told there is no way they can do that. I was also quoted a total for my other service, which again, was attempted to be charged more upon pickup. I have never felt so ripped off and taken advantage of. From going from needing a new tire, to suddenly it not being a problem once they knew I had a valid warranty .to constantly trying to overcharge every time I pick up my vehicle. I am officially done with Tire Kingdom and advise everyone to stay far away! When I asked the store manager, Mike Dessoye, who else I could speak with, he replied with at this point, I don t even know who my boss is . Absolutely ridicules!!!! No customer service whatsoever and they will just lie right to your face! Stay away!

My husband brought in our truck for a squeaking sound and was told it was the tension arm. They said that the serpentine belt was bad and would replace that, too. When my husband asked if the serpentine belt was pretty bad, the mechanic said, "No it was fine. It's just my standard practice to replace it while I'm in there." This doubled the bill. So if you want to go to a place whose standard practice is to replace perfectly good parts and jack up your bill, this is the place.

Mike and his team were able to quickly get us in and install a set of 4 Goodyear tires with no issues! We appreciated his team s ability to help in doing this as we were leaving town for Christmas vacation. I would definitely do business with them again!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Will at this Tire Kingdom. My tire was flat to the point that the rim was nearly touching the ground and the belt came undone from the tire. Unfortunately, I have a warranty on my tire through another tire store that was too far to safely drive to. However, that did not stop Will from assisting us with changing our tire and filling it up with air to allow us to safely get back on the road. Legendary service is an understatement. Thank you Will, we will never forget.

I was in a super big pinch and needed to get my trailer tires patched and inflated. As I pull up the manager Ben comes over and immediately starts working on the issues. He patched a total of 3 tires and had me back at work in no time. I can t recommend him and his team enough.

Truly a great location! The staff was wasted no time getting me in, checking my vehicle out and giving me a solution to my problems! We all know how tough it is to find great service, this location is filled with it!For any of your vehicles maintenance be sure to stop in!! Oh yeah great prices on tires as well..thanks for getting me back on the road!!

I like to get the most for my dollar, shopped all over Orlando. Tire kingdom had the most to offer and was very well priced.Staff was friendly as well.

I had an emergency omw to work and needed my tire changed. I work at Pet Paradise so I had my 3 dogs with me and the guys there were amazing and got me in immediately so the dogs didn't have to sit in the heat and wait for an extended amount of time. There will be no where else I take my car because of this amazing service! I thank you and so do my dogs!

Second time making an appointment online for a tire rotation. They cancelled the first one due to nobody available to do the work. It s a tire rotation, so I m not sure what special certification you need for that, but that didn t make any sense. Showed up 10 minutes prior and they acted like my appointment wasn t in the system. It took 50 minutes to complete the work. Pretty disappointing, especially taking an hour off of work to come get this done, only to have to take an hour and a half.

Will was great he inspected all of my tires up on the lift and didn't find anything wrong. He didn't charge me a penny to help me out. I will always come here for tires and car repairs.Thanks Will.

I booked an oil change. The man I spoke to insisted that if I came on a certain day and time saying I would be seen as soon as possible and I wouldn't be late for work. They took my car back fifteen minutes AFTER the appointment time and made me late for work. They were happy to take my money and didn't tell me the price went up from last time from about 30 to 50. I'm not coming back here. Also their website doesn't list prices.

Never again. I bought a three year service agreement for an alignment and the customer service rep at the store said they were bought out recently and the agreement may not be honored. I still have 2.5 years left. I proceeded to get an oil change and it took over 2 hours. The clerk said they hadn t restocked the oil filters and so they had to order them in order to finish the oil change. Again blaming the recent buyout on why they weren t properly stocked. I won t come back.

Michael and Ben were amazing to deal with. I was able to get in right away for a much needed alignment. They also diagnosed an ABS issue my truck was having. It was refreshing to deal with friendly, direct and honest people. They explained everything in detail. This is my go to shop now when I need anything.

Needed my tire patched. Went to another tire place that wasn t able to help me. The guys at Tire Kingdom were very helpful and got my tire patched and sent me on my way. Yes they were busy and yes I had to wait a little while but honestly the great customer service I received was worth a little bit of my time. Thank you Michael for your help, you guys will definitely be my go-to tire place from now on.

This TK shines above all of them. I know they have an ownership change but the customer service is the same ... GREAT. Big shot out to Will who was outstanding in helping me and educating me on my tire issue. Thank you very much Will for your help !!!

The best service and management staff.They are very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you something you do not need.Went to a dealership in St. Petersburg, and they tried to say I needed all these repairs that were not needed.I would highly recommend. Reasonable prices, fair and honest staff.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Marvin, Nick and Bernard for a repair of a slow leaking tire. I was immediately taken, and my car was repaired within 20 minutes. Thank you guys for being so nice and easy to work with.

What a wonderful place! I commute back and forth to work and that morning I was behind a semi when something large flew off the truck and almost went through the windshield. It hit the front of my vehicle and bounced around and broke both rims on my truck, flattened both tires and made it undriveable. I am so thankful the tow truck driver brought me to Tire Kingdom. It was 0530 in the morning and I was driving in major rush hour traffic so you can imagine how scared I was on the side of the road by myself. Mike was working that morning and he was so kind and helpful. He actually got me to the car rental place so I could be on my way after explaining what I needed in order to get my truck fixed. I had my truck there for two weeks getting all the insurance information together and new rims. I am so thankful for him and his staff for being so kind. That morning it did not hit me until I sat down at the desk inside Tire Kingdom and I realized how It could have been a worse situation for me that morning and how lucky I was not injured during the accident. I am an ER nurse and know how dangerous it is even to be parked on the side of I-4. I don't think Mike realized how much I needed his calmness and kindness that morning. It was just plain scary. His staff was awesome also. They got my truck up and going as soon as the equipment came in and were also very nice. I live in Ormond Beach but will most definitely drive here to get all my tire needs.

Was told I was in the wrong place due to my employer. I just needed help getting a flat tire changed with a spare and was told to go to another shop. Guy working the desk was rude and not helpful. I understand they were "busy" with 2 people waiting, but they were not even willing to help at all.

Visted today and had my tire alignment checked. I was in and out without any hassle. Mike the location manager was able to provide me with superior service. This location is extremely clean and with friendly employees. I highly recommend visiting for your vehicle needs. I will definitely be back for service as it comes up. Thanks again Mike!

Older gentleman was on the phone, walked over to me with an attitude and looked like they were ready to roll their eyes before i even got a word in. Asked how long it would take to patch my tire, and they told me that it could be done by tomorrow?? Were they going to take my tire to dinner and a movie and make sweet passionate love to my tire? I asked if they could do any better and they said no.. So i went to Tire Gator next door and got it done in less than an hour! Mind you Tire Gator was busy too but they didn't need an overnight extravaganza with my tire. Don't go there go next door! :)
