We originally had a few problems with an issue on a new Toyota we had just purchased. Hearing of our problems and frustration we were approached by the service manager Joshua. He was very understanding and concerned with our problems and quickly stepped in to make everything correct. He went way above and beyond and made our not so great experience terrific. Every time we have returned he has greeted us with a smile and makes sure we are happy.Thank you very much Joshua for making our experience enjoyable.

0 stars again. I've purchased several vehicles from here and have had good experiences, but the service dept always let's me down. I grew up in the dealership and understand what the customer means to such a business. I have an issue with my 2020 Camry drivers seat that they refused to to fix under warranty because it was 3 weeks over the 3/36 warranty, also refused to goodwill the situation, which is well within their power. My right leg was in a boot and was unable to drive for about 6 weeks, so I couldn't get to the dealership before the factory warranty expired, mind you, it's a $200 fix. I'm a Toyota person for life and will find another Toyota dealer to take my business to.

Seminole Toyota service center is pretty subpar in the customer service realm. Made an appointment with all the information including contact information with my extended warranty information.Get there the day of the appointment to be told they don t take the warranty company, or if they decide they are willing to work with them they won t release the vehicle until payment is sent.At any point this could have been a quick phone call, to not only discuss potential problems, but it just shows this service center doesn t care about clientele.Even if you purchased the car directly from this dealer I would think twice about using the company.Update to Owners Response: I did give all needed information before hand so that the service center could handle any issues before the appointment. Additionally it wasn't you need to authorize anything it was this is a problem after this is a problem and this is a problem. I'm coming somewhere to solve issues not have more.Like I stated, this could have been a phone call to discuss issues. I have no intention of calling CJ to waste more of my time. This company does not care about clientele or customer service.

My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I reach out to my previous sales representative Jerold Colonna who was unable to assist me at the time. He made sure I was in the best hand. He introduced me to Beatriz Hernandez and she was very knowledgeable and kind. I respect her for acknowledging my concerns and making sure I understand every option before making any decision . I can't forget about my Finance guy Bryan Zamora, he was simply the best. Thanks Team! A very happy customer who will definitely recommend this dealership.

Worst service center ever. I brought my car in for a noise being caused by the tension bar. Toyota decided it was my ac. 2800.00 later I get the car back with a disconnected hood latch and the same noise. The car was misdiagnosed . After bringing it to the attention of Christian Mejia, the service advisor, he could care less. Then we brought to the service manager, same response. They would not make it right. They tried to charge us for the repair of the tension bar. I got the car out of that shop so fast promising never to return. Oh! They also lost they sale on a new 2024 4 Runner because I am scared to use the service dept.

This is the best service department I have ever been to. I get my Toyota serviced here and I m super happy with them. Matt the service assistant manager is my go to person, great guy and super helpful. Nice waiting room area, I highly recommend them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went there to get my Camry serviced and Charles took care of me. He was a sweetheart. An awesome person. He was clear about what he said and I was happy he took care of us. If I have to come back I will definitely ask for Charles. Thank you Charles. Very nice gentleman.

Recently moved to Florida and purchased my new Camry. Needed to bring it in to service to have a couple things looked at and fixed! My service advisor Michael was very professional and courteous to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed and kept me updated along the way! Amazing customer service!

Checked in at 2pm. Waited in my car until 2:30. Cain was the service advisor . He was nice at first but after i signed the agreement for service I was then forgotten about. No updates during my wait. Unlike other visits where the service was top notch and the service advisors are attentive; this visit was was less than pleasant.During the initial discussion, I was told that my battery would be replaced and then asked if I wanted to do the terminal service like the last time I when I replaced the battery. My understanding was that I would only be charged for the terminal service if the battery was replaced.I waited for almost three hours with no update about my service. I then walked up to the desk to ask about my vehicle service and then Cain appears and says that my vehicle is all done. He nonchalantly mentions that my battery was good and wasn t replaced but he went ahead and did the terminal service. If he would ve call to update me about the battery not being replaced then the miscommunication would ve been resolved. Instead he tried to slip it past me and as if I was on board with it and the condescending tone wasn t appreciated. Now I ve spent thousands of dollars at this dealership and one thing that is not appreciated is the lack of professionalism, lack of respect, lack of communication and lack of consideration from Cain. I know exactly what was said during the initial conversation. I honestly expected more from this employee in executing his job in a professional manner but instead he proceeds to tell me that I m wrong in front of other customers and employees. It was humiliating to be treated in such a degrading way. He continued to argue with me and says don t worry I m taking care of it only after he realized I wouldn t back down. Its the principle of saying one thing and doing another. It was never about the $35 service but more so about the lack of courtesy, lack of consideration, and lack of professionalism.*Full disclosure* I was made aware that they were short staffed at check in so I immediately knew there would be a wait. No problem. It was the shortcomings there after that was the icing on the cake.Service: Oil change

Check engine light code cleared after a fuel pump recall done here, but light was back on in two days. Since then I've been trying to get back in to get it diagnosed AGAIN, but keep getting put on hold for extended wait periods or sent to random voicemails. Asked for the service manager to call me back, days later nothing. Whoever is routing calls in the service dept needs some serious customer service training. What a joke. We're ready to trade in for a new car once this issue is dealt with, but will definitely go somewhere else just out of principle.

Went to Seminole Toyota for a Highlander, and immediately, they told me about the shortage of vehicles. Show me the only one in inventory without disclosing the MSRP on window, and offered for $10k over the MSRP. Went to AutoNation Toyota, and immediately, they gave me the MSRP. Be aware of those dealers that lack respect for customers.

If I could give them Zero (0) stars I would certianly have done that. The entire experience was terrible from jump. Christopher my service advisor was full of himself. I had to call the police to come with me to get my car back. They had me in tears there and was soooo rude and nasty. the experience was so horrible Im actually selling my toyota. I dont want anything to do with them. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm still really upset they put an additive in my engine without my consent and then tried to justify the surprise bill amount in different ways. The manager offered credit for my next visit, which I guess is something, but unfortunately I won't be needing it.

I was greeted immediately and the guy did some checking in front of me. He checked fluid levels, filters and even turned my tires and found a nail I didnt know I had. Super impressed! They have their program down

I always go to Seminole Toyota for our vehicles. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle, Steve Zullo is by far my favorite person to work with. He s upfront and honest and always makes sure I get the best possible deal.I just recently went in for service on both our camrys and Tim was very attentive and informative on our options. He wasn t pushy on things I didn t want or need and addressed all my questions.Excellent customer service and all around value is what keeps me a loyal customer. Thanks guys!

Visiting from out of state, and had to take my 2020 Prius in for it's 10,000 mile service in order to maintain the warranty. The service dept. tech was prompt and courteous, explained everything to be done, and had my car ready in under an hour. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Wish my hometown Toyota dealer was as good as this one.

bought a used car and 3 hours later had issues with A/C, we went back to the dealer where they directed us to go to the dealership that the car was still under warranty with, which was 50 mins away. So needless to say I wont be coming back to this dealership. Time is priceless and they wasted my time. A car shouldn't of had issues right after it was purchased, there is no excuses.

Went to get an oil change on my tacoma, service man came back to tell me my brakes where real bad and my rotors needed to be turned also. I told him I wanted to see it, went to the back and saw that I still had more then half of my pads still left. I lost all trust in this dealership and will not be coming back. Not very professional on there part, don't try to screw your customers over.Service: Oil change

Much is left desired. Place needs a desperate upgrade. Feels dirty, worn down and dated decor. If you want to see a nice service area go to Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Toyota needs to bring their A game to the service Dept. Employees are polite and service is good.

Since David Maus sold everything lock, stock and barrel 4 years ago, customer service has deteriorated steadily. As soon as I resolve my current issues with my car, I will find another mechanic/dealer for our Toyota needs.

Love them ! Our service Guy as always on Point with all our Concerns and never goes over board with selling or un necessary persuations to buy anything just to the point ! JIM STILMAN ! Thats why we love going to sanford Toyota ! The only problem we ever had was on the part of buying a new car we had one guy who was a total racist type guy assuming everything about someone with out even knowing or listening to the facts ! Bit i believe he's no longer with them ! And if he is i wont use him at all ! Im a PuertoRican veteran and i am proud to serve my country land of the free and equal opportunity but guys like him are the reason we are not united as Americans ! But he is one Bad apple amoung a group of Great guys who take care of all your needs ! Still will go there always !!! Thank_You Toyota !!
