I came here because the insurance company recommended Seminole Collision. I truly am so so surprised at how well the repairs came out. Excellent staff and waiting area. Got my rental same day I dropped off and I was paired up with Anthony Jr. He was my estimator and did a good job of communicating with me and the insurance company , ordering parts, cleaning my vehicle and making sure everything came out to excellent quality. Thank you so much to Anthony and his assistant Allison L. For making sure my car came out excellent !

State Farm sent me here for my collision claim 2 weeks ago. I was involved in an accident off of colonial after the I-4 exit. The team at Seminole collision made sure to schedule me in right away , order parts and keep me updated throughout the process. My estimator Anthony Villanueva Jr was a pleasure to work with and he made sure my 2007 Camry came out with excellent quality. We had someone back into our beloved 2014 Sequoia on January 20. I was concerned about how long it would take and how the paint on the new door would match with the rest of the vehicle. Seminole Toyota kept us updated through each step and had the vehicle ready for pickup by February 10. I was shocked when we got there and looked at it. The paint was perfectly matched and the car had been cleaned and looked immaculate. Anthony did a great job and, while hopefully we don t have to use their services again, I know our vehicle would be in good hands if we had to! I highly recommend them!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Called Thursday to have my door handle replaced on my 1999 Toyota Tacoma and got an appointment for Saturday at 10am. Got there at 10:03 and was in and out little over an hour. Excellent service.

The service I received at the collision center by Anthony and the team was amazing! I had a metal object fall off a truck in front of me on 417, and I ran over it. It punctured my gas tank and destroyed my underlining, and probably more unseen. I called in to inform them that I was stopping by, and when I got there, Anthony confirmed the incident with me and gave me a timeline for part delivery and repair. I was a bit skeptical when I went in on Tuesday, and he said the car would be done by Monday. The last time I had a repair done at another repair shop, it took them over a month, so I handed him the key. Enterprise car rental was already waiting for me. Throughout the week, I received updates on parts delivery and repair, and I never felt like I was in the dark. It was a pleasant surprise to receive an update letting me know my car was done on Friday, only three days after dropping off the car! I highly recommend having your repairs done here with Anthony and the team! You won't regret it!

My car was dropped off on January 2nd was done by January 25th. Overall they did a really good job and I am satisfied with the work as of now. The only reason I won't give them 5 stars is because the advisor originally told me I could take my car elsewhere, after I dropped it off and that set a bad taste in my mouth which made me question if they would be thorough, but so far so good and I am happy with how my Michelle turned out. My car was hit in the rear side and the wheel was also bent which meant lots of suspension work needed to be done. I was more worried about how the car would drive vs how it looked, but thankfully it was fine and they went on a test drive with me to make sure it drove fine.

Just picked up my Toyota Corolla at Seminole Toyota Collision and I could not be happier with the service and quality they provided. My estimator Anthony Villanueva JR helped me out with my ZKG warranty claim and made sure to get my car in and out with quality and kept me updated along the way. The front office ladies were also very nice and easy to work with. Thank you Anthony Jr and everyone at seminole toyota collision for making my corolla look brand new again !

I Highly recommend Seminole Toyota Collision Center. These people are exceptionally good at what they do. We can't thank our advisor Gary enough for all he did to help get my son's vehicle back on the road. This shop has an amazing crew of hard working magicians, don't know how they did it but they did. Repairs were completed in the time promised, done right the first time and all for a very fair price which really helped in our case, being self pay with no insurance involved. A bad situation that ended well thanks to these good people.

Bad communication, workmanship was not up to par when inspecting the vehicle both parts that were replaced had scratches and did not fit properly. When I asked for a solution no clear direction or action was taken and I was left to call the insurance company to get involved in a resolution. I would recommend to inspect your vehicles closely when bringing them to Seminole Toyota for body work repairs.Service: Painting

If you are thinking of taking your car here DO NOT! I have 5 month old tires. I. Change the oil and oil filter before I dropped my car off. My car had no problems. My car got side swiped . It was just scratch up nothing serious. When I got my car back there were wires hanging out from under the steering wheel. My car said I need to change my oil filter and ALL of my tires were low pressure. Till this day before I go to work I have to fill up my tires with air. The right side of my tire was constantly running out of air . So I decided to change it out with my spare m ,Thats when I realized THESE LOSERS STOLE MY SPARE TIRE .I called them numerous of times no response. I showed up today they did give me a spare but not my spare tire.they gave me a used up spare to the point where the tire is practically SMOOTH.I give up on this place I gave them a chance to do the right thing so now I will be contacting my insurance company. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR ! Also watch them not respond to this. They don't like to respond to the reviews that hold them accountable.

I had an appointment today with Seminole Toyota Collision Center for an estimate to repair a door ding on my RAV4. I met with Leslie Cox who suggested a way to fix the ding without a costly repair. She took it into the shop and they repaired the damage on the spot! The repair looks good, and I am extremely grateful to Leslie and the entire team at Seminole Toyota Collision for taking care of this quickly and expertly. I just had service done here. And I had the worst experience ever they never informed me of how the process was to have the car repair. I bought the car there to get reviewed for repairs and I was just told to drop off the car. I wasn t told that this was the process before I even went there. I was not ready to leave the car because I didn t have nothing prepared to be without a car. And they even told me that there was no car available to rent and it was like eight in the morning when I was there. After repairing the car had more scratches and they didn t do a good job. They just bought it. The car gave me the key and I was on my way now. If you have anything you know wrong how does it look? Is everything OK? Poor customer service. I would never use this facility again.Service: Painting

Excellent service from dropping off our car, getting the rental, and also the speedy turn around. (A week earlier than they had estimated).When we picked up our car, and dropped off the rental, we again had wonderful customer service, and the work that was done on our car was flawless. I brought my vehicle here last year based upon the reviews thinking that my vehicle would be fixed properly. In 2021 my car was vandalized with multiple areas of damage all around the body. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that the paint on the doors did not match the newly painted areas. I brought this up to the service manager. They said to drop the car off and that they would buff the doors to try to match the color better. So after asking 2 coworkers and paying an Uber to get the car there for them and to pick it up I received it back hastily with an explanation that it did not work. When I inspected the car after the manager ran off I realized that there was no way the door was buffed and on top of that my car was given back to me a mess. Still I remained calmed and asked the manager Anthony to try to resolve the issue through the insurance company or to get me a reduced quote to paint the doors. It has been 4 weeks and I can not get any correspondence back. They simply do not want to be bothered by my situation. The picture I am attaching shows how both sides of my car looks on the doors. This is apparently an acceptable way to give someone s car back.

I was involved in an accident a month ago and brought my 2017 Rav4 here for repair. Anthony was my collision representative and he did an amazing job at keeping me in the loop with the repairs to my vehicle. He by far exceeded my expectations!! I was quoted repairs to take 16 days and my car was finished in 8 days!! The onsite rental pick up made it very easy for me to get a rental and head to work quickly.

RUN!!! HORRIBLE!!! Delivered car back with issues it never even had prior to the accident; David seemed to not careless about my issues.My car was delivered back and the inside had glue/overspray on the windows. I stopped and had it cleaned off with GooGone. Unacceptable!!!RUN FROM THIS PLACE. GEICO SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL THIS A GEICO AUTHORIZED COLLISION CENTER. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!

Don t use this place!!! They are charging the insurance for authentic Toyota parts and instead they buy replacement parts in eBay. (Fraud) He make the mistake of telling me. They called twice to tell me my car was ready and when I get there I was told some of the parts are from eBay because they are in back order. Don t go there. If you already bring your car there don t pay until you check your car. The guy was trying to fool us and lie us about everything. Don t do it!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am writing this review to let any current and future customers of Seminole Collision know, "Not To assume that what they say is what they will do".First of all,I took my vehicle there to be be repaired. My trunk was to be replace as well as some repairs based off of the original quote that Seminole Collison quoted me.In good faithI dropped off the vehicle with the intention of this service being preformed.When I went on line to check the update on the vehicle 3 days later I noticed that the proposal had been adjusted to only repair not replaceing anything and also just bundle the truck.I immediately called the manager and come to find out, they blamed it on insurance coverage, Falsely.My insurance company confirmed that they did not change my original claim.Once this was resolved and the repairs were complete, I finally picked up my car. It was not clean on the exterior.When I got to my home and gave the car a good wash I immediately noticed that there was an overspray on the back window, and bottom trim and also the roof.So I took the vehicle back to the collision center and they had to keep the car for the car for a couple hours to remove the overspray.Part of the service for my trunk was to repair the hinges.That was not by any means fixed properly. I cannot open and close the trunk correctly due to the alignment of the trunk itself.I am so disappointed with the service and outcome that I was expecting. Please beware of taking your vehicle to this business.The workmanship needs alot to be desired.You have to be in top of them through the entire process.

I rarely write reviews and when I do it is either because the service was exceptional or horrible. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Horrible horrible experience. Brought my vehicle there and literally a month later and a lot of run around it was not done. Brought it to another shop and they informed me Toyota's estimate was wrong and were able to complete within one week.

Terrible service. First, communication is nonexistent. Second, you ll have your car sitting there for weeks. Third, the car went in with no issues; now it s at the dealership because it won t start after being repaired. Fourth, there s no accountability by management. Take your business elsewhere. You ve been warned!

From start to finish they helped me through the entire process from the estimate to the repair even the car rental which is all in the same building making the transition from my car to the rental and back was a breeze.
