Came here cause my truck had a lifter sound in the engine !They asked me to leave it over night !Next morning they told me engine needed open heart surgery and that it was under Chevrolet warranty! In three days the top mechanic took care of it ! New everything !!! Kevin took care of it !!! Just go home , pick it up couple days later ! Boom! Done !

Sadly I agree with the other recent bad reviews. They are charging an "availability" charge. In other words the more people buying the car, they will add a few more thousand dollars to the msrp. They actually have a sticker added to the car with this fee. Then to top it off they are charging crazy interest rates. If you are flexible with the type of car go to the VW dealership in Orlando. They are offering low interest rates and no market adjustments. I was not happy with this dealership. I even called ahead of time and asked if they were charging any extra fees on top of MSRP and they lied and said no.

I ve been getting my car serviced here for a little over a year now, and my experience today was beyond horrible. Manny Arruda the assistant service manager should be doing labor and not interacting with paying customers. His disposition, body language, and tone of voice was piss poor, and could care less. My normal service Rep, William always delivers a 5-star customer service experience. I am pretty disappointed that he s on vacation. My lack of trust and confidence in Manny has me afraid to leave my car with them for fear they re going to do something to it. If you have the option, chose another Chevrolet dealership. RUN! And I mean RUN FAST!

Terrible wait times. Been here over 3 hours for an oil change. I had a 9:30 appointment, its 1 o'clock now and my car is still not ready. Its ridiculous how long this is taking. I won't be back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to the location a few days ago for a routine oil change, I showed up at 10:00 a.m. And didn't leave until 3: 30pm! While me and my 4-year-old son waited, we were repeatedly ignored and not giving any updates about the cars status at all. When my car was finally finished I wasn't given any sort of explanation or shown any sort of remorse or apologetic attitude from the manager or employees. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any car service center bar none. It has been a few days and I have not been reached out to by the manager or the establishment at all, I feel like this is very unprofessional on their part, do not bother wasting your time here. I would give zero stars if I could.

Had oil change appointment for my New Corvette Grand Sport.I EXPRESSED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT THIS CAR ISFLAWLESS BECAUSE OF EXTENSIVE DETAILING AND I NEED IT TAKEN CARE OF. I received back totally trashed. Oil all over the interior and windshield. Floor matts trashed. The whole lower part of theVette covered in white Limestone water/mud spots.Service: Oil change

Went in for a check on my vehicle for an AWD service warning and a new battery for my key FOB. Everything was fine except my service advisor Richard Nunez who was dismissive at best. Did not express any concern I had on my vehicle and basically brushed me off to a 3rd party diagnostic service. Left the vehicle with them and received absolutely no correspondence throughout the day, leaving me clueless and without a vehicle for the evening and through the morning hours of the next day. Finally he texted me advising they found nothing and offered some maintenance specific services on a vehicle with only 13k miles. Finally I spoke with him and he offered no apology for the lack of communication about my vehicle and gave me lie after lie about how he tried to reach out to me... After calling him out on his lies he got snarky and disrespectful. Finally picked up my vehicle only to find out they didn't even bother to change the battery on my key FOB. The only reason this is not a one star is that the service manager took the time to speak with me listening to my concerns and personally took care of my remaining services. It's unfortunate a person with such a terrible attitude and work ethic ruins a reputation for what could be and probably is a good business.

It's hard to give the service department more than two star and that's a stretch. I still don't feel like the work I paid for was done even after lots of reasons given by the service person. An alignment done without touching the wheels. I could tell because they also failed to wash the vehicle. No dust disturbed in the engine bay either but they say the work was done. I'm installing cameras for my next visit to any dealership.

I'm really appreciative of the experience I had with the Seminole Chevrolet Service Deptartment. My service advisor Matt was very communicative and kept me apprised of all issues that the technicians found with my truck, and was able to get me back on the road in a reasonable timeframe despite limited/delayed parts availability due to global supply chain issues. I have nothing but good things to say about these folks - from management to cashiers; this service department operates with integrity, honesty, and great overall care towards the customer.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I went to see something and think about it it and left with a brand new super shiny truck for the wifey. The staff is amazing. Everyone does it s best to get the deal done. I am very pleased and happy with them.

I had a service appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, keep in mind I was on my lunch break. At 12:20 PM I was out walking the parking lot and noticed that my car was still parked there, the service had not been started! What is the point of scheduling an appointment? Didn't seem to bother anyone that I had been inconvenienced, they have lost a loyal customer! Never going back!!

I brought my GMC Terrain in at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, February 14th to find out why the tailgate wasn't working. I had an appointment. By Wednesday afternoon my car had not been looked at. I retrieved my car and called Kaiser Buick/GMC. The service technician told me to check the button that activates the tailgate. It was in the off position. 3 days at Seminole Chevrolet and no one could tell me to check a button?

Had a 9:00 appt, waited 15 minutes to have a rep contact. Tried to sell me services I did not need. After I was processed and 45 minutes my truck sat in the service lane. A corvette behind came in 10 minutes after me went ahead of me. Very disappointed in the way I was handled.

Had an appointment for 12 pm, arrived at 11:50 am and was told at 1:10 that the gentleman went to lunch and won t return till 2. That was such a waste of time and so unprofessional, especially when I asked the girl at the desk at 12:15 if there was going to be a delay. It s always a different issue when I come here, but it s the closest one to me.Service: Oil change

Booked an appointment on the Chevy App. And the first thing I hear when I arrive is expect a 2 hour wait THEN WHY EVEN OFFER APPOINTMENTS? People make appointment to plan there day and budget time. The person who serviced my car everything was fine the only problem I had is that they forgot to wash it after they were done I always get that complimentary wash and today they forgot that's why I didn't get the five star

Very friendly very helpful once I went there I called to make an appointment on the recall my car had and I gave her the VIN number and she said it was invalid over the phone and this happened twice so I finally went up there but once I went up there you know everything worked out
