Tommy & the rest of the team did a high quality job repairing my front bumper after an accident. Paint matched perfectly.I was given updates along the way and made aware of parts that were needed ahead of time.When picked up, I was given the run down of the specifics of the paint and procedures to follow to allow the paint to cure completely.If you are looking for the highest quality in terms of paint, this is it. Just know that you get what you pay for. They take each individual part off the car & paint it completely.

They did an amazing job! They worked with my insurance and fought for me as a customer to make sure everything was going to get repaired properly. My vehicle came in with significant damage and left looking like new! Tommy Stokes did a great job with the estimate and working with my insurance. The staff that worked on my car did an excellent job!

The folks at Sanford Paint and Body were amazing. They completed repair on my Fiat Spider quickly and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The level of communication was fantastic and I won't be taking my car anywhere else. 5-stars all the way!

I cannot express enough how happy I am that I chose this place. I was very stressed and Sanford Paint and Body staff did an Amazing job of communicating being very quick and efficient on anything that needed to be done had great communication and were genuinely nice all the time. Tommy Stokes walked me around the car and explained everything he was so thorough and just really made me feel comfortable. He communicated throughout the process which I truly trusted and felt really good about the whole process. My expedition was definitely in the best hands and the job they did was absolutely Amazing and very timely which was so nice and extremely important! I would recommend Sanford Paint and Body to anyone they really care, do amazing work, and are quick but extremely thorough! My expedition looks brand new and when I picked it up I couldn't be happier! it was all cleaned up vacuumed wiped down just perfect. Tommy walked me around gave me instructions so I knew exactly what to do! I cannot thank Tommy and his staff enough! There is a reason this place is rated #1!

These guys are GREAT! The area looked like nothing ever happened. I wish the rest of the car looked as spotless as the parts they worked on, yet still the blend is so perfect that you can't see a difference. I will refer these guys over and over again. And TOM was the best part of the whole experience. His follow ups were great and he explained things in a way that helped me understand the process with the insurance.

Tommy is awesome! Walked in with a large dent in driver side door due to a series of unfortunate events. In 10 minutes Tommy had the dent popped out and the door looking like new again. Great customer service! Would highly recommend! Thanks Tommy

I recently had my bumper replaced. I was happy with the service.. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Stacy and Tom both made the experience pleasant. Definitely a stand out choice for your automotive needs..

Everyone at this body shop was extremely nice and friendly. The receptionists were great both times I visited and Tommy was super nice as well! I fully recommend coming here if anything happens to your car.

They are #1 for a good reason! I was referred to Sanford Paint and Body by my MIL. The facility was very nice and the waiting room had plenty of chairs and a TV and was nice and cool.I was a walk-in and even so I was quickly greeted and waited only a short while before I met Tommy Stokes to get an estimate. Although they were not able to help me, he referred me to someone who could and even took the time to write up an estimate just so I would have the part numbers and names of everything I would need to get my car fixed. (It is so old I ll have to hunt them down, but he helped immensely by providing parts and suppliers.) I have never seen customer service like this before, especially these days. Excellent!! Tommy went over and above without expecting anything. I know where we will bring our newer car should we ever need body work and I highly recommend Tommy Stokes and Sanford Paint and Body!! They are honest, trustworthy, very courteous and really care about their customers! Thank you, Tommy!! (And Pat for the recommendation!)

Sanford Paint & Body was FANTASTIC! I still can t get over what great service I received from the very first phone contact and was impressed with the respect and kindness that I received from everyone. Tommy was assigned to me and my vehicle. He examined my truck and QUICKLY gave me the estimate for repairs . I ve had repairs done by other companies but not one can even compare to this experience. As great of an experience as one can have having to get their vehicle repaired. All staff was super friendly and informative. They communicated the process and kept me up to date with the repairs. Work seemed very well done. Had one issue after getting my vehicle back, but I called them up, they took a look at it right away and was able to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them.

This is mohammed jordan I brought our car to several places before i brought to sanford paint &body, the minute i spoke with them , i knew its the place i am having my car fixed at .they checked what does the car need, parts availability, etc , and gave us an estimate , they were updating us during the process, they were very helpful , trying to help with our rental.The job they did was amazing. Special thanks to the manager Missy and customer service Stacy . They are absolutely wonderful

I can't say enough good things about this business! Customer service was on point, communication was extremely consistent and effective, and follow-through was always quick. Tommy and the staff at Sanford Paint and Body did an amazing job on our Dodge Hellcat Redeye after we were rear ended. Tommy kept us involved in every decision and was consistent with communicating with us in regards to repairs. They paint match was perfect! We could not be more impressed with their performance.

Very professional and cordial people who care about what they do. And they do it right.Tommy did the estimate and saw my job through to the end. Excellent pro. Office coordinator Nikki was very helpful and easy to work with on the repair. Very efficient process and my car looks like new. Service was very personalized. At end Tommy walked me around car, gave me instructions on next 30 days what to do and not to do to ensure paint cures properly. Invited me to pick up special solution if get tar on newly painted repair. Love this place. Lifetime guarantee on work.

Tommy Stokes was an excellent service advisor and the office personnel was very polite and helpful. He kept us informed of the status of the work and took care of our needs. My truck came out looking like new. The one problem was the paintless dent remover that they recommended did not show up to do the work and has not contacted us yet as he said he would.

My Corvette was in a front end accident in which the front fender, bumper and headlight were damaged. I didn't want to just take it any where that said "paint and body". I googled shops in my area and Sanford paint and body had rave 5 star reviews. I provided my own replacement parts and I couldn't be happier with the work. Turn around time was about 4 days and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Great customer service and Levy is the best.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very glad they have a mask policy in place. These guys are awesome and Levi kept me updated on my vehicles repair and it was ready when they said it would be. Great quality work on the repair

So I was rear ended a couple of weeks back and when the other party s insurance gave me an option for repairs I chose Sanford Paint & Body because of its reviews and proximity to my home. I literally showed them my car, scheduled a day to drop it off, and got all the info I needed same day as the accident.Roberta the receptionist was so friendly from day one. This was my first time being involved in an accident and she made sure I was taken care of. She helped me to get a rental car situated and walked me through the pick up and rental process. (I ll also mention I had a couple of scheduling conflicts due to my work schedule and they worked with me on it.)They told me it would be about three days and it was. Fast and efficient work. I dropped the rental off and got ferried back to pick up my car. It was so clean! She looked all shiny and new. The work, as evidenced in the photo, speaks for itself. Not to mention they cleaned the inside too! That was a happy surprise.There were two parts they had to track down for me so I brought my car back this morning when they got them. It took about an hour and she was done! I am so impressed with the work and service provided by this business. I absolutely recommend them.Thank you Roberta and the rest of the team!!

Went to get a quick quote with no appointment after getting rear ended. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!The estimate was handed off to Tommy which was amazing to work with and let me in on all kinds Tricks of the trade when working with insurance companies. Super helpful.They have earned a lifelong customer here!Tommy is stand up guy! He even fixed up a completely unrelated scuff mark on my front bumper with a quick chemical treatment on the house. Great guy!Thank you Sanford Paint and Body! I will be back.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated professionally and all my questions were answered. I was kept updated throughout the whole process of getting my car repaired. The finished job was exceptional, you can't tell that it was involved in a hit and run! Thank you to the Staff for All you did. This is the to go place if you want a job well done.
